Many items low on stock, or even just completely out, but I got what I needed and they were friendly and helpful.

Not the best selection especially in the area of motorcycles but the staff was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to try and find if they had what I did need and they were able to find some of the things that I needed and for that I definitely give them 4 out of 5 stars

Great with getting online orders ready. They have the best prices for car batteries at the time I went. The only reason why I give it a low review is because I showed up to pick up my battery with the expectation for them to install the battery (they advertise this everywhere for free) but once I get the battery I ask them if they were going to help me install it. They said they couldnt because they only had 3 employees in the store. At this, I was pretty frustrated because I came to this store because they advertise that they will do the installation. It didnt help that I had to do the installation by myself with a baby. At least I wish the employee could have helped or apologized that they couldnt help. I definitely felt like I was the burden and an inconvenience in this store. I do recognize that people have bad days and they are just too busy. I get it. I too have been in their shoes but I sure as heck do my best to treat my customers kindly and at least validate and recognize my customers situation. I just wish they could have had better customer service skills in communicating to me that they would like to help me, but they just couldnt. I am open to an apology and I will be glad to take down this post and write a glowing positive review if you just apologise in a reply to this. I want to be a loyal customer.

I have liked everything so far. Theyre friendly with great customer service. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. If they have a question they will also read the label and tell you whether its the right product and the process if necessary. Its within walking distance of several other businesses that people use frequently.

Prices are pretty much equal in price to the local competitors on the same road. The service unfortunately is severely lacking, although they’re helpful when you finally make it up to the counter it takes practically forever for someone to assist you. It’s not my go-to parts store and at the pace they work it probably never will be.

Ive had a few problems with vehicles, and this guys are great. They have what I need, they have better prices than most places, and they typically know what theyre talking about. Except on Spark Plugs. Dont believe anyone that says spark plugs are pre-gapped.
