We had new windows and two sliding doors installed a couple of days ago. Our experience that day with Jason and his crew was impressive. Every interaction was friendly and professional. We are very pleased with how every thing looks and have already noticed a decrease in traffic noise.

We had several old windows replaced last week by Lifetime and they did a great job. Here are some of the reasons we loved their work.- They did exactly what they had agreed to do- Their price was fair and accurate- They were on time, worked hard and cleaned up perfectly afterwards- The installers, Mike and Ryan were really nice guys and did a fantastic job.- They were professionals who clearly knew what they were doing. Of course thats expected from any vender, but is not always the case- The new windows (two bedroom and one kitchen,) look great, open SO easily (horizontally, with a light touch) and close tightly.And, everyone we dealt with at Lifetime was courteous and friendly. Were really happy with their work and will definitely have them replace more of our windows. My only regret is that we didnt have the work done months or years ago.

Don’t even bother. They want 60 minutes to give you a 5 minute quote and they want both my wife and I present in order to even give us a quote. They won’t do it otherwise.You’re not going to dictate to me how we will run our house. Both of us take turns getting quotes and we decide together at the end who we should use. I’m not going to let these people waste both of our times.

We have only lived in our home here in the valley for just under 12 years and this is the second time we replaced our windows. I wish we had known about Lifetime Windows and Doors the first time around. We did not and so we did what we did in our home in Colorado, which was to replace with a quality vinyl window. That worked well in Colorado, but they didnt last here, with our intense summers. This time we chose to work with Lifetime and use the Marvin Infinity replacements. We have had Lifetime replace windows in our home on three different occasions. Each installation was a wonderful experience. The install crews have been extremely professional and personable. Their work is excellent and the product is very high quality. The first windows we had installed 3 years ago look just as fresh as the ones we had installed today. This speaks to the quality of the entire process. Lifetime Windows and Doors really stands by their lifetime promise. Even the smallest issue is no problem to get resolved. We had a screen that was damaged by a cat and Lifetime repaired it upon request.One window installed last May had a slight crack in the frame. I would not have ever seen it, and it probably would have never been a problem but the installers saw it. They put in an order to replace the whole window!I could not be happier and cant say enough good things about this company.

Original salesman was polite, provided many different options and explained pros/cons. I replaced my sliding glass door, originally wanted french doors, but the cost and the required space to open the doors was not as i imagined. I went with a sliding door with the larger frame, so it looks like a door instead of a sliding glass door. The two guys that removed my old door and installed the new one were just as polite, got right to work, worked many hours and once complete, there was no mess. They took the old door and all the packaging. Service was excellent and the door should help with my electric bill, as the old door was the original that came with the house. Lifetime warranty sounds great, and door looks fantastic. I would recommend doing business with this company. The only concern I had was I was hoping to get a bigger frame around the door, to match my window frames, as they said they would try. In the end, the frame was not touched, the original frame was left intact.

The initial process was not as good as can be. There was a mix up of loan paperwork and timelines, deadlines and the overall process. It was perturbing. Partly because the company and partly me. Would have been nice to have one person to speak to instead of multiple people. However once that was taken care of, everything went smoothly. The windows are fantastic so far. The crew was exceptional. As much as Lifetime will claim that they only use their own crew for installation, our and our friends were installed by contractors. Once the sales person left our house we never heard from him again. No check in or anything lease. Foreman came by to authorize the finish of the project was the last I heard. Then the loan people got in touch with us.

Crews arrived on time and completed the work expeditiously. There was never a problem with the work site, it was kept orderly and clean. The product is excellent. Scheduling was very flexible to fit our snowbird schedule. All in all a great experience!

This was a phenomenal experience. From our initial sales appointment to the ordering and communication until install and then the 2 day installation process. I am a first responder and I had an appointment for them to come out for a free estimate. 1 hour past, past the schedule time that was given. I then gave this Company a call to find out whats going on. When I got to talk to the live person, they told me they tried to confirm my appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment. I told them that Im a first responder and I was on shift that day. The rude person on the other line told me its my fault for not confirming. When someone calls and doesnt leave a message how is that my fault. The sales rep never apologized and tried to reschedule an appointment. He just kept on knocking me down for not answering the phone. Im sorry I was to busy saving someone life!!. Stay away they are rude and very unprofessional..

We had been looking to replace our windows in our home and quotes from other places were so outrageous, that we kept putting off the project. We wanted a quality product at a fair price. Our close friends recommended Lifetime and when we heard they were a local company with a lifetime warranty, we were stoked to get a quote. They came quickly for our estimate, were honest and open about the product and offered no interest financing options for 2 years. We signed up right away and we are happy with the product. We love the the New windows! They are keeping our house warmer. The installers did some damage and left without saying a word. I had to contact lifetime to get them back to patch the broken drywall, finish the caulking they missed. They broke all the slats on one of the shutters outside. All they did was push the slats back in and ledt . The slats fell out again. Going to have to pull that shutter down and fix those slats . Not that happy about that.

Everyone was very professional and responsive from the sales person to the installers. The job was very well done, excellent quality and great service. The only reason I don’t give the full five stars is that one window had to be reordered twice. The first time it was delivered with a broken frame and the second time it came in the wrong color. Third time was a charm! They installed it with the same quality installation and completed the job. I never had to chase them down to get it done and they were always accommodating scheduling their time with me. Awesome company!

Lifetime Windows and Doors were so easy to work with and will work with them again in the future. We were able to get a consultation time that worked easily with our schedule. Measurements were taken a couple of days later. The two windows and sliding patio door arrived almost 7 weeks from initial appointment. Robert and Abel arrived at 7:30am and were completed in 3 hours. The work done was excellent. Robert reviewed all of the work done before they left. Cant wait to get two more windows done.

We just had all our windows replaced (19). Every step of the way was professional, informative and just plain comfortable. Was it expensive, yes! However I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for. We needed new windows bad. Almost every seal was popped in our old ones and in AZ this meant no efficiency. We chose Infinity because we wanted not only a good window but one that was aesthetically pleasing too. The windows from start to finish were done in 2 days. The installers covered all furniture before starting, cleaned up as they worked, and they were very polite. My house is so beautiful inside and out with the addition of these windows. I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend them!!

One of the best experiences in home improvement Ive ever had! Robert, Bub, and AJ were not just extremely knowledgeable and efficient, they were friendly and very considerate and kind. They shared my enthusiasm and made it a joyous experience. They cleaned so well it was nicer now than when they came. I have some physical difficulty, and they went above and beyond and did very thoughtful things like putting the blinds back, the porch chair, washer, etc. which was not required in the contract. Beautiful Anlin windows. Still waiting on “buttons” (strictly for aesthetics). Loved the interaction with the consultant and the price. Where to begin... what an amazing experience! Beginning with Mark B, my sales consultant, really great - no pressure and no hard sales pitch just informative. Then there was Mary - always so sweet, cool and patient with my many questions and phone calls. Vince, Anthony and Juan, installers from the first two days, sooo great!! Vince and Anthonys attention to detail was so awesome - this was a hard job because my house is like a thousand years old jk jk and they went through a lot to get this install done - they asked questions when necessary and went the extra mile to make sure things looked really good. Eddi, Tyler and Jose, installers on the third day, these guys came to install the big picture window and even though it was difficult they did not cut any corners and went the more difficult but ultimately better route and made sure the window looked great! Then Antonio, the drywall/plaster guy, oof he had so much repair work to do... you cant tell! He not only fixed everything but made sure that it looked the same and sometimes even better than it did before the install. Really terrific! Finally, George who did a final walk through to make sure I was happy with everything.This was a process. Lifetime made sure everything was done with care to my home and finished really really nicely. Attention to detail and quality of work were the best! Thank you so much.

Great company to work with! Installers did a good job. However their caulking wasn’t that great, found some on the floor and countertops even though these areas were covered. They should be sure when dropping caulk they clean it up right away. Also some of the caulking is thick around the edges of the windows, shouldn’t be as it shows more and is unsightly.

Windows look great, installation crew was professional, yet friendly, paying attention to details. When they found a hole in one of the screens, they immediately reported it to the shop and the new one was installed the following day. Our salesman Paul helped me to get the right windows for a good value.Highly recommend!

I had all 28 windows in my house replaced by Lifetime. I went with the Marvin Infinity line. The entire experience from sales to installation to after care has been top notch. Their installers were all excellent, friendly and helpful. The windows came out so beautifully that people have actually knocked on my door to ask who did our windows. I had a small piece on my 8 foot slider come off and they were out to fix it 2 days later, no charge, no questions.The window themselves are so much more efficient than our old windows, we can really feel the difference this summer. With the windows and a new air conditioner. we have been saving around $200 a month over what we spent on our electric bills last summer. Best home improvement experience I ever had.

Very professional crew! From the moment they arrived to when they left, they took great care of our property, were extremely polite. They cleaned up all areas, and arranged for replacement of accidental damages (patio string lights were broken).They worked with great attention to detail, and as a result the installation looks awesome though it’s not yet fully “finished”.(As we write this, we are awaiting electrician and drywall, stucco repair.)One detail that the company could give attention to is a courtesy reminder or notification of crew arrival. Although we had installation scheduled well ahead of time, on the weekend before, we were wondering if installation would proceed due to virus concerns. On the morning of, we were still unsure whether they would come out. A courtesy call either on the day before or even morning of, would have done much to allay our anxiety.

The big plus of this experience was the installation crew....EXCELLENT!! Thank you to Freddy, Eric, Robert and Abel......you were polite, respectful, informative, and the hardest working guys we have hired in a very long time........we give YOU 5 starsGenerally speaking we felt this experience was worthy of 3.5. Our main entry door is defective and will need to be replaced, one of our bedroom doors was not delivered, and one of the garage windows was measured/ordered wrong. We also had explained the desire for heavy duty sliding screens on our patio doors to our salesman, and was assured that these were heavy duty....WRONG. He didn’t have samples of the screens with him, and said he would have the guy who came to measure bring us a sample......WRONG again! We took his word and are disappointed in the screens, they are not much better than the ones we had.

Dont do it - not this company. Got estimate for whole house windows but liked a different companies windows better. Bought Lifetime Slider doors. Salesman was very helpful and attentive. Totally different story after they got the order and our money. Follow up is horrible - no communication, doesnt return calls or emails. Got the doors long after they were promised. Once we got them, there was an issue with the seal and we werent happy with the product. After repeatedly calling and leaving messages, the manager finally came out and agreed that the glass should be replaced, and that he would make it right but that hed have to go through the motions with the manufacturer. The screen doors were also very hard to operate and we were promised new screen doors. He claimed to be the new sheriff in town and he was going to do things right by his customers (even if he had to absorb the cost), so things would go better on his watch! Well, someone came out and replaced the seal, (helped a little bit) but they refused to replace the glass or the doors. Oh and the new sheriff still hasnt replaced the screen doors. Its been about 9 months. Would not recommend this company.

Reasonable on prices, great looking windows and we love them. The inside of the window is basically the same temperature as the room.

Our entire experience with Lifetime Windows and Doors was top notch! Excellent communication and follow up with our sales rep, Jim Daly. Likewise, our appointment schedulers Mary and Shalynn kept us up to date on every step. The installation crew, Frankie, Eric, Robert and Abel, was prompt, professional, friendly and installed the windows beautifully. Our job required some stucco and drywall work and Hector and Antonio did excellent work on that as well. We installed 11 Marvin Infinity windows and one patio door and they are great!! Regardless of the product you can’t go wrong with Lifetime!

My husband and I were very pleased with the whole process of choosing these windows.I contacted Lifetime Window and Doors to have a salesman give us a quote. Chris Bird came down the next morning. At that time we were only going to replace our patio door. As we talked I knew that LifeTime was running a discount, but I didn’t know that you could get 24 months no interest if paid in full by the end of 24 months. Once we heard that we decided to have Chris quote on the whole house. We are so happy that we did. It was a noticeable difference right away inside the house with the new windows. We ordered the windows in May and they were installed July 6th.The communication with the home office was always very clear and concise. Mary and Shaylan were constantly sharing current updates on the status of our new windows.Jose and Jacob were are installer. Chris said that it could take 1 1/2 days to install with three men. It took Jose and Jacob 1 day to install 7 large windows plus our new patio door.We went with the Anlin Windows which are vinyl and love them. I am pleased that we have a LifeTime Warranty on our Windows and Patio Door as well as this screens.The Anlin Company knows how to make Windows for the Arizona hot temperatures that keep the heat out of the house. That’s what they specialize in!! You get what you pay for!!

Wonderful windows, great service. Installation was a pleasant experience, they left everything very clean inside and out. We love these windows. Not the cheapest but definitely the best value and enhances our home. Will be coming back for doors after the remodeling!

It was nice to have Robert and Eric there because they replacemed our back of the house windows prior and was familiar with job. Lifetime Windows and Doors recently installed 14 new windows in our home. This was our first major home update project so we were nervous about selecting the right company. After meeting with several other window companies we decided to go with Lifetime and we are extremely happy that we did. The sales person was extremely knowledgable and walked us through the process answered all of our questions. The installation crew (Mike, Bubba, Greg, Austin, and AJ) were more than we ever expected. They were polite, courteous, and treated our home with the utmost respect. After the windows were installed, the only evidence anyone had even been to our home was the beautiful windows that replaced our outdated ugly ones.
