I called, then texted with measurements and details, as requested. No response. I called again to confirm Jason received messages, and he confirmed he did. Followed up in a few days, no response. Then a week, no response. Listen, if you dont want the business, just say so! Dont waste my time asking for measurements, etc to just ghost me...thats just unprofessional. Dont waste your time with this guy.

Worked with Jason. He was great. He was informative and listened to my needs. They provided exactly what I needed to update my windows. The job was well done and was executed in a timely manner. Would recommend and use them again.

We were very pleased with the help we were given during the planning phase, the quality of the the windows, the reasonable costs and the very friendly and skilled workers. Jason was very helpful and easily reached via cellphone. We were most pleased that Precision Fit Doors and Windows provided us the flexibility to install some of the windows by ourselves and that they showed us how to do the job correctly while they installed the windows that they were contracted to install. Because of this flexibility in installation, none of the other companies that we reviewed could match their costs. The windows are all finished and look beautiful. We love the simple construction and the large windows that we have with the Max Daylight design.

I had asked Jason for an estimate on replacing a sliding door with a french door. He gave me a rough number over the phone and he asked for me to take my own measurements to verify. Before I got around to taking measurements I decided to have them replace the rollers on the existing door to buy myself some time on figuring out the replacement options. When I book the service appointment I asked for his company to also take the measurements and give me a detailed quote and options for the french door replacement. Well a month later, on the day of the scheduled service appointment, the technicians finally showed up for their 8 am appointment at 2 pm. Not a fan of wasting most of my day off for this. The technicians serviced the door in 40 minutes but they didnt know/ remember they were supposed to measure and give me an updated quote. And after waiting for 6 hours I wasnt going to ask them again for it.The service work is completed but there seem to be some communication issues between the management and workers on scheduling and scope of tasks to complete. Ill look for quotes elsewhere.

Precision Fit Doors and Windows is a great company, with super customer service and a high quality product. When we were getting estimates for new double front doors, my husband and I were impressed by the detailed estimate that Jason, the owner, submitted, plus the price was very competitive with others. He came to our home, and was knowledgeable about the type of rustic, wooden doors we preferred. He was able to include all the specific hardware and touches we desired. Mark and Andrew were the installers, and they were friendly, professional, and perfectionists. We love our new front doors, and highly recommend Jason and his crew!

Jason and his team are a first class enterprise. They are professional, courteous, efficient and very responsive to customers needs. We had several outside doors that needed resizing and thresholds redone. They did the work perfectly. We had a shower door that needed proper brackets (previous installer had improperly installed and was pulling away from the wall!). Their work is impeccable. Not a complaint, only compliments and kudos to all. Highly recommend for any work.

They were very nice and cleaned up the work area inside and out when they were finished. The cost was reasonable compared to other estimates we received and windows look great. Precision Fit Doors and Windows is a great business! We contacted Jason to get some work done on our custom home radial arched door and jamb. He was able to accommodate us within a day! He is very communicative , knowledgeable, and great at keeping his word. He reviewed our door issues with emailed photographs and knew exactly what needed to be done. The two gentlemen that arrived to work on our door were very professional and interested in making certain we were pleased with what they were planning to do. They did an amazing job on repairing the jamb and refinishing the wood! It looks brand new! I would not hesitate one moment to have this company repair or replace my doors or windows. Jason of Precision Fit came out June 7 and fixed our front door. He did a great job. We were impressed with him – he was very nice, took time to explain things, and was very easy to work with. And, most important, when we called or texted him, he answered right away, and made time to come quickly when we needed this in a hurry.We had him foremost in our mind two weeks later when we needed someone to evaluate a problem with our bedroom door - and once again Jason responded immediately to our need.

I worked with Jason from Precision Fit for security doors. He was extremely good at communicating via email and/or phone. He was very patient with our needs and constant questions and always had an answer. He was very knowledgeable about the product and made us feel at ease. His house visit was timely and quick yet we never felt rushed. This was a large purchase and he walked us thru every step of it; he is very patient.
