Don’t tell you in the receipt, paperwork, or in person that a credit card swipe is processed as cash and not credit so I had an unexpected transaction fee and interest fee on a one time payment they processed. Customer service says a friendly heads up would be nice.

I got a title loan and made a couple payments and I was be able to trade my 98 ford explorer for my new 05 ford ranger. They are very easy and reasonable to work with they will work with what ever situatuon you are in.

When i get to see rush it was cool at first after I got my vehicle everything changed they were really informative anymore the warranty went out after 30 days so if I had any problems with the vehicle I had to deal with them on my own and they werent really understanding when the vehicle was late on the payment very little late so if youre looking for a vehicle and dont want to have the hassle being harassed when your vehicles a little late on the payment and you want a full warranty for three months or more depending on where you go I would recommend another car lot cuz I have done two other Lots before and Ive had better experience than this

They are fast i was approved as soon as i picked my car. Day one had gear problem and alternator they picked it up and did not want to fix it right the owner told the mechanic to rig it up so it was drivable good thing i went to the shop were it was at he is doing it the right way god bless him. I think its either a female issues or a racial issues why he did not want to fix my car but its getting fixed i will do alternator my self.

Great customer service. Buying process was easy and semi fast. Was able to do paperwork one day and then come back 2 days later to pick up my can. Then something went wrong with the vans cooling system to where it wasnt cooling right and starting to over heat and tye sliding door wasnt working anymore. Called them on a Monday morning and asked me to bring it in. Took it in and they fixed it without any problems. Would recommend buying a car from here. Will be buying another one from here if I ever need a second car. Thanx Lupe and gang. 😀 And thank you service department. 😀

Do not buy a vehicle from here .They sell salvaged vehicles which is illegal.They try to says its a salvaged repair. Look up the VIN before you buy. I also had an ac problem on the car. They made me sign a title loan to repair problems on their own vehicle. The AC problem still exists. FYI dont go there. Lastly if they respond to this post I will get lawyers involved due to breach of contract.Dont trust this place!

Im not happy about my experience when i got my car here after the 2 months my engine went bad and had to get a new one. They only gave 30 days of warranty. My car had couple leaks and bad breaks yes it got done within the next day but after the 2 months the issues came back. I took it to another mechanic and told me they did the quick fix that its temporary. I wasnt to happy about it and i feel like I was ripped off. Sorry for the bad review but just being honest.
