Bought a car from them a day later three lights came on the car completely stopped in the middle of the road. Towed the car to their lot only for them to say they don’t know what the problem with the car is. They want to offer me another car off their lot so they can get more money higher down payment. They have the worst selection of cars overpriced for the miles and years of these old cars. Go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle and save yourself the trouble with these people.

These dealerships sell the worst of the worst cars. Unless you are looking to get screwed with a broken down vehicle, on interest, and exceptionally high car payments, I do not recommend this place to anyone ever. Everyone is friendly when they are swindling your hard earned dollars!

Did not get the vehicle I wanted but I wanted to give this place a shot. Look here people, I read the reviews before coming here and all the negative feedback all these customers say is a lie. This business is better than any other dealer I have gone to. No complaining customers the whole time I was shopping for my vehicle, all the vehicles I test drove started up, cold a/c and wonderful salesmen. I would put all five stars if I would have purchased something but at least they tried their best.

I’m going to go with 5 stars my reason. When you buy a used vehicle never expect it to be in its best shape. That’s why it’s used. Now the prices are over the top very much so. The sales men are great and will help, the payment lady acts tough on the phone until your in her presence. My truck had two transmission problems they did payment plans, did there best to help me. And that’s why I give Them a 5 they try and make an effort. It’s just them doing there job.

My roommate bought a van from here for her and her kids (mainly). She paid it in full, with a 500$ warranty, not even 4 days later we find out theres absolutely no oil on top of the cars gears falling apart. That van was not worth the 3200$ she paid. These people are not helpful at all, either. You have to go down to their lot just to schedule an appointment with THEIR mechanics. Not even to look at it, just to set a date for them to LOOK at it. Total waste of time, money, space, etc. I wonder how these people are still in business.... stay away from here! You get what you pay for. Then you end up paying to practically rebuild a vehicle.

Bought my 2011 Dodge Durango from this dealer and tbh it’s been great. Was fully Loaded and a lot nicer than anything I had in the past. The best part is I was able to do 12 months same as cash and although it was tough some months I just paid off my SUV and am in the clear. I payed no interest. Let me clear these cars are higher in mileage and I suggest you know what your buying. Bring a mechanic with you, get the car fax. Be smart when you purchase and just done go with what looks good but do your research. When buying used you always take a chance but I personally don’t know any dealers who are willing to work with you the way Orozco’s is. There were months where I was late on my payments but as long as I called and kept them informed they worked with me. Any other dealer wouldn’t have. Because they offer these kind of concessions “No Credit”, “12mo same as cash” they charge a little more but they give you chance where other dealers just plain won’t. I’m grateful to Orozcos and for someone like me with bad credit they really helped me out. Know what your buying before you buy it.. be smart. Let them know upfront about your concerns and I guarantee they will work with you. Just make sure you know what your getting into and that’s with any dealer.. don’t buy outside of your means and research what your buying. Be smart. But great dealer! I would recommend them to anyone

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!! They have 2 dealers the other one is called Az elite auto sales i purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima and on the second day it left me stranded and the check engine light came on in the middle of the street with my children in the car! I took it in to get “fixed” and picked it up 2 days later. The day after i picked up the car it left me stranded AGAIN!! It’s been a total of 5 times that the car has broken down BEFORE A MONTH when they supposedly “fix the issue” i am now asking for a trade in or my 2,000 back and they refuse! I have been missing days of work because of the situation. Unfortunately now i will have to get in contact with an attorney to get my money back! I read the reviews before i purchased the car but i didn’t listen and decided to give them a try. HORRIBLE MISTAKE!!!

Bought a car 4 wks ago. I think the second day it broke down. They fixed it and it broke down again. We took it back and picked it up from the shop, broke down again. They took the car again on Tuesday and Im still waiting. Today was my kids first day of school, and I wasnt able to get them to school today. All they do is screw you over. I made a payment arrangement with them and I have it in a text message and they came and repoed my car 2 days before the date we made the arrangement for. They are rude and just want your money. I have hired an attorney for representation against them I have the payment arrangement in writing and then they reneged on the deal. I bought a car paid 4500 down then had to put over a grand of work into it because it broke down. I cant wait until we go to court and they get exactly what they deserve! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!

My girlfriend and i bought a car at this dealer for our new baby coming and 2 months after it brokes down we took it to them so they could check the car.. now they want 900 d to fix it. i have never been so disapointed on a dealer before..dont buy here dont waste your money like we did.

Please people I hope you can read this masage before you go and buy a car with this people.. they are very nice when you first looking for your car.. but after you buy it if the car has any problems they will not give you any warranty or at least the refuse to fix the car I bought a 2000 ford explorer and I started having problems with suspension and engine, all they told me cars are not new, it sure have problems and that I was responsible to fix them... that was only 3 days after I purchased the truck... then my payment was late 7 days they charged me 30.00 doll extra. that is ok but I only took the money for the payment the said if I still dont pay the 30.00 extra they will repo my car. I will never ever buy here again... and people that dont have good credit. dont worry most of the dealerships will sale you a car.. please dont go buy from this people. they dont respect you at all.

They are horrible. I was in Mexico taking care of people that have health problems and to find out they followed my children to Wells Fargo and repoed the car right there, left my sons one whom is dying and on hospice care out in the heat. These people dont care about you and they sure dont care if stuff comes up. I have always had the money its not my fault Im out of the country and cant get phone reception. So I fly home stopped by to pay my payment this is when I learned they did what they did. That is when an employee gave my a print out of everything, this is what Im taking to court, its all in that print out. My car will be paid off in a couple of months then Im filling court lawsuit just waiting, you can sue upto 3xs the amount. Do not go to these people the lady is mean. Now that I have only 2 mos left on my car, they want to harassed me. Just got a call this morning with the crap. Also the cars they sell they up the price, watch out on the paperwork before you sign, the price was 12,000.00 it was months before I realized they uped the price by 4,000.00. Nobody in their right mind would have paid 16,000.00 for my car. I didnt have to go to a buy here pay here, I just liked my car, I didnt jump the first day I saw it i shopped around. I read all the reviews from years ago, they are still doing all of them.
