I bought my 2019 Fiesta St from AutoNation. It was the best car experience I have ever had. It was fast, friendly, and just a great experience. I drove all the way from Palm Springs to buy this car. The dealer took care of me. I bought the extended warranty, GAP and a piece of mind.Needless to say, I had some issues with my car. I called the dealer, spoke with Floyd Brown the manager. He did not even think twice and took care of me. They stood behind me and my car. I will forsure come back to buy another car from them. They are just amazing. From walking in to walking out I was very pleased with my first time car purchasing experience. Financing is very flexible with no hidden fees. I had the pleasure of having Regan Howard as my sales associate. We gave him a very hard time making him go through all his inventory and he knew exactly what I wanted before I even did. Service department had my truck for 2 weeks and drove 197 miles…. Just to balance tires? fix messed up paint job, which they did prior but messed up on and fix tint which they originally ruined when I dropped it off the first time…. Instead of fixing their mistake this time around they just tore off the old tint. (The tint was damaged the first time I dropped it off to their service department to fix the tire mistake) they then Asked to fill my tank and call it even after dropping the ball three times… mind you I barely had enough gas to leave the lot after 200 miles were put on it……. Tires finally balanced after three trips. Paint still has drip marks everywhere and a hand print in the paint…. Now have one driver side window with zero tint now….. thanks auto nation for awesome customer service!!!They also never answer the phone, no receptionist, whoever hears the phone decides to answer I guess… do not waste your time here, or money…… because then you’ll be wasting more time and money!

So far, we’ve had a great experience at Auto Nation in Phoenix! My dad and I worked with Ed and another very nice lady in financial!!!! Beyond friendly and not just a fake friendly but very kind and patient and knowledgeable about everything!!!!! We went in on the fly and ended up leaving with a great car and the whole thing was just great! Super stoked too about the 90 day/4000 miles warranty as well! This was my first time using auto nation at all and just the experience today was great so I wanted to share that! Not your typical mean and pushy car people that’s for sure!!!

I cannot begin to explain how well I was treated here. It is more than evident that customer service is held at a high regard. I came in with lots of questions that were swiftly answered by a younger gentleman, Shahram. He gave me insight on the vehicle I was interested in. Usually car dealerships are a fight to get what is fair, the opposite was true here. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was worthy of 5 stars because I was blown away.

I went in the other day interested in a new grand Cherokee and they said that with 50 down my payments would be 600 a month. I felt I needed a few days to think about it. I emailed last night and I asked if I put 1500 down what would the payment be and he said 610. How does putting more down make the payment go up? If they would have kept their word, they could have had a sale and with there being no cars on the lot you would think they would be desperate to sell a car. Because of this, I will be taking my business elsewhere

Vanessa’s assistance finding my perfect can was so helpful. She was patient as I was undecided about which option to chose that was best for me in my current situation. It felt like I was shopping with a friend and it was pretty fun. The financing was available with acceptable terms and there was no awkward “negotiation” about the pricing… it was smooth process with many extended warty and gap options. No high pressure and helpful associates with a wide variety of options. Would recommend and would shop again.

Pretty disappointed in the overall experience. Had to point out that mats were included in the description of the car before they agreed to give us a set. Agreed to split the cost of a missing key that ended up not being missing. It took more than two weeks to figure that out, only because of my persistence that as of now is only somewhat resolved. I’m still waiting on the $300 refund for the key. Love the car, it was an Audi A3 with 3 k miles. This would be the last place that I would look to buy a car.

Totally horrible experience, first they will offer you next to nothing for your trade, (in my case 50% of the true value) then if you agree they cannot even deliver a car. I was trying to spend $40K and was treated like I did not matter from everyone except the sales person. The different locations fight among themselves and they try to sell broken cars. Wasted my entire Saturday afternoon on these jokers. Once they have your email and phone number the barrage of junk messages are incredible even AFTER you tell them you do not want any solicitation. 3 days after I visited and tried to buy a car they were calling to buy it from me for less than I paid. I was never able to take possession. Steer clear of these people. This is why online car buying is becoming so popular.

In todays hectic car market it is great that they allow you to reserve a vehicle you are interested in so you do not have to worry about making a trip for no reason. Well at least it would be great if they didnt just sell the car from under you anyways. I was in the market for a specific car that they had, I reserved the car to see it later that day, received confirmation emails from Ricardo. Then a few hours later I was told someone reserved it yesterday and didnt show up but came today and are closing the deal. Oh so the person can miss their appointment and its somehow my problem? They could not have offered to get back to them if I did not want the car? They were that thirsty for a sale they couldnt wait two hours? They sold the car to the other person of course. I have no idea about the in person experience is like but if you reserve the vehicle on the website that doesnt mean much to them. Never getting my business after this experience. I had cash in hand ready to buy.

First time doing an online auto deal but it was worth it. Regen helped us quite a bit. Professional and outgoing, really appreciated that he wasnt like other salespeople in other dealerships who are constantly over your shoulder. He gave us our space and gave us the info when we needed it. Just 2 things we didnt care for, the vehicle we wanted and drove 200 miles for was not available due to a maintenance issue, the other was going in already pre-approved and having to wait 8 more hours to close the deal. We didnt get our vehicle till 3 days later, but Regen delivered it to us, so we wouldnt make that 200 mile trip again. That was awesome. Thanks again Mr. Howard.

I have been trying to call Autonation for 2 days to make an appointment to get my car checked because I received a “recall” notice on it. Nobody answers the phone… ridiculous!!! I will be going to another Jeep dealership from now on. Unbelievable!!!

I would strongly suggest you avoid this dealership. The people were very friendly, but otherwise our experience with them has been poor, at best.We purchased two cars from them in the past few months. The first car was fine until the AC went out. I took it to them to repair since it was sold as a certified used vehicle. They said the part that failed is not a covered part so I will need to pay for any parts and labor to get the AC working.The second car we purchased was never delivered to us. We paid cash and were told the car wouldnt be ready for a few days. Instead, we got a call nearly a week later saying they had actually already promised it to someone else before they sold it to us! The only good news is that we did eventually (3 weeks later) get our money back. The bad news is that we wanted that car and instead had to wait 3 weeks to look for a different car while they held on to our money!Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable place to purchase your next vehicle! Unless you like giving free loans to car dealerships!

Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. I called about one of the Lifetime Warranty battery. It was an automated recording telling you to choose which department you needed. It would ring the parts department about 6-7 times then go back to the recording again. Never could get anyone to answer, so I thought I would try the online chat. She said that someone would call me back about ordering the battery. I asked how long it would take to order and she replied I would need to call and talk to the parts department directly. I tried the number again, same thing just rings and goes back to the automated recording.UPDATE:Im still waiting for someone to call me back. I guess it really doesnt matter at this time since Ive already replaced the battery from a different business.

The salesman I dealt with had selective hearing and did not understand I wanted 2 different types of cars if they didnt have it or didnt want to work with me I wasnt going to buy from them. Yet he continually called and tried to convince me of other cars. I understand thats his job but there is definitely a limit and he surpassed it. I took my business elsewhere. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I love the no haggle pricing. Car prices seem to be very reasonable. I was not attacked by a bunch of sales people. I was able to look then go in and get someone to help me. My salesman was no pressure at all.
