I contacted Online Automotive Group from an add on Facebook Marketplace. I was looking for a blue SUV. I had other options but facts my insurance told me directed me to look at Onlines 2008 Rav4. WOW!!! I have been looking for a Jeep for a few months and it has been pain. A friend referred me to Jeff at Online Automotive Group LLC and he had the Jeep I wanted, with Less Miles and 3 years newer than all the other possibilities less than 2 hours after reaching out. WOW! We bought a 2009 Miata from Online Automotive in March 2021. We dealt with Ron for the purchase and he was very good to work with. We had plenty of time to inspect the vehicle and take it for a test drive, and the car was just as described on their website. When I told him I was early in a lease and needed to get out of it, he told me he’d figure something out when other dealers told me it wasn’t possible. When I had reservations about the vehicle size (it wasn’t on the lot yet), he personally got a loaner and drove it to me, so I could check it out in person. I was also in a hurry on delivery day and told him i needed it to be as quick as possible and he had me out of there in under 30 minutes. I wouldnt imagine giving a car dealer company 5 stars but these guys definitely deserve it. I just called to ask for a car that I saw on their webpage and they said that I could come and test it anytime. When I went there, car was ready and already running. A/C was on so I didnt have to test it with all the heat of the Sonoran desert. They were friendly, helpful and most importantly not-insistent. You can go there test whatever you like and leave comfortably. Even if you dont end up buying your car there you will have made some good friends.

I will NEVER do another deal with anyone other than Jeff Tellman. After being screwed over so badly by AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep, to the point the FTC and Attorney General were involved, I was more than hesitant to do business with anyone. My husband had purchased from Jeff in the past and highly recommended him, so I reached out and was cautiously optimistic. Jeff was amazing. He found me the PERFECT car to meet my needs at an amazing price and most importantly, didnt rush me through the process and try to sell me things he knew I didnt need. He was patient and kind and answered every question I had no matter how small. Service after the sale has also been phenomenal. At AutoNation, if was like pulling teeth to get anything done, at least 6 or 7 requests followed by broken promises, AND they illegally kept over $5k of my money for 9 MONTHS after I got rid of my vehicle. Not with Jeff. If I need something or have a question, I send an email and usually get an answer the same day. I cant say enough how happy I am to have found him and will never go elsewhere. We had really good experience. We only knew that we wanted an SUV but not with 3 rows of seats. Ed Moses was very patient in letting us decide what we thought would work for us. We decided on the Ford Edge and wanted a certain color. Ed searched and found not one but two in the color we wanted. We again were worried about buying without seeing or driving beforehand. I live in north Idaho and found the car I had been looking for at Online Automotive. I reached out to Ed, and he answered all of my questions. I found an independent mechanic to look at the car, and Ed had gladly took it there. Once it checked out I flew down. Ed even pickEd me up at the airport! I opted for financing thru a credit union that Ed worked with, and for a better rate than I could find at home. From the time I touched down to when I drove off in my new car, only took about three hours. Ed even topped off the gas before I headed out.I love my new car. I do not usually purchase a used car but OAG had a low mileage Infiniti FX37. My visit to the dealership was good and I was able to take the car for a couple of test drives. Ed had the car detailed and fixed a few little things. I had the oil changed by an Infiniti specialist and was told that all the belts and hoses were good and everything was ok. I think Ed only sells cars that are roadworthy and reliable

Very overpriced. The salesman who was to show me the vehicle was pushy and rude. When my stepfather and I said we werent interested, the salesman started insulting us and shouting obscenities at us all the way to the parking lot. This place is a joke and they do not care about their customers.

My wife and I have bought a couple dozen cars in our lives already and this was the best experience ever! Cory found a car in another state for our son while he was deployed on the USS Carl Vinson in North Korea and made sure it was delivered and detailed by the time he exited the plane to purchase it and drive it home! These guys are the best we highly recommend them!

My wife went in and looked at a vehicle. Through the process found an item that may need attention soon. Was promised that item would be fixed if she purchased the car because they dont sell cars with problems. Asked for it to be in writing which they forget to do until just as we were leaving we asked about it and they put down they would fix the problem. After about a week of having the car the problem needed to be addressed. After 1 attempt to cure the problem they started with the excuses. In the end she just asked to have the engine steam cleaned. Havent heard from them since. In my opinion I wouldnt buy from this dealership unless you like to be lied to and have a company go into hiding when problems come up. Maybe its because they only make $500.00 a car is what we were told by them? There are lot of other dealships that would love to earn your business. Lesson learned

Just bought a Murano from Sean. He came in on Sunday for us, because we live in Flagstaff and could only come down to the valley on Sunday. We traded in our old vehicle, and were out the door within 2 hours. A much better experience than any of the big box dealers. Their inventory isnt huge, but theyre getting a bigger warehouse and more inventory in July! Highly recommended.

The help I had was good but they’re asking too much for their cars. The mileages are usually low but you can get a better deal off craigslist for the same mileage but a new model.

After searching on line for several weeks, I found the car I was looking for at Online Automotive Group. I scheduled a test drive, and worked with Ed Moses, one of the owners. Ed is far removed from the proverbial used car salesman. No ridiculous pressure or over-hype of the vehicle. After the drive, we agreed on a price, and then Ed found the lowest rate financing (lower rate and less restrictive than my credit union that I intended to use), and I left with the keys in hand. The entire transaction was completed in about an hour and fifteen minutes. Ive bought dozens of cars over the years, and have always dreaded it - its usually an all-day undertaking complete with salesmens back and forth games & tactics. This was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever encountered.

After my beloved C350 that I was driving for 12 years was totaled I was dreading shopping for another car. Did my research all night and set up appointments to see 7 cars and stated my trek... after a disappointing first stop and about four texts from a Mazda dealer who was my last stop for the day - Online Auto was my second stop.Sean welcomed us in,took us into his warehouse and showed his impressive selection of well maintained cars... he let us drive the C class that we asked about and left is alone with the car. We loved the car and his zero pressure approach.We requested some time and went to lunch, we decided to buy returned back and asked him for his best price... he gave us a deal that to me was better than Carmax, Carvana or Vroom based on my research. We completed the paperwork in about 15 min and we are done. Just like that.I know where I am going next time I want a car.

Will never do business with this company. Their subcontracted Mechanic almost caused several accidents on the I-17 freeway from Bell Road to Deer Valley. He had the Company name on the vehicle so we decided to pay the company a visit. When we did they insisted he was just a customer until he walked into the side entrance for employees. Who ever the associate was in the front then changed his story and said it was a mechanic of theirs and it was his personal vehicle with a smirk. Then their subcontracted mechanic according to the front associate got up in my face and threatened me with physical violence. At this point I walked out and let them know I would be leaving this review. At this point it, the associate suddenly took things seriously and came out complaining that he is not their employee, when he just said that it was his mechanic. SO I would never do business with a company like this, they are more about padding their pockets, lies, and threats then being a responsible company.

From start to finish, Glenn R was AMAZING. I had been searching for a VW EOS Exec edition with red leather interior for over a month when I saw their posting with no pictures pop up.Shortly after my inquiry, Glenn sent me photos and assisted me in securing the vehicle & since I live in CO and the dealership is in AZ, he assisted in coordinating a meeting on Easter for me to purchase the vehicle.I had secured a loan (so I thought) with my CU prior to my search but ran into issues with them changing terms at the last minute and then losing the loan with them saying they forgot to hit enter and had to rewrite it.Glenn solved this issue also getting me a lower APR then even the CU could offer.Upon arriving in Phx I discovered an issue with the top and again, excellent service is their motto because he had their top mechanic, on Easter, worked for over 8 hrs to try to resolve the issue; A small over site later didnt fix it 100% but the contract was re written to include a repair made in my home town as opposed to me having to stay in Phx longer.Glenn is truly a problem solver!!I cannot express how amazing he has been and I highly recommend this dealership. I have purchased over 13 vehicles in the last 17 yrs and have not had a single good experience until I came across this team. Great vehicles, great prices, low mileage and if they dont have it, they will find it for you..We are attempting to purchase another vehicle from them w/in the next few weeks vs dealing with anyone local and will continue to use this team for ALL of my used vehicle needs.Thank You - so very much.. for the first time ever, I dont feel I have been taken advantage of. Just wanted to set the record straight on a review posted by Scott Worthy. I am the subcontracted mechanic (sorry...Mechanic...forgot that job descriptions are proper nouns...) who declined to let a HORRIBLE driver cut him off on the I-17...Mr. Worthy was driving in the HOV lane. I was driving in my PERSONAL truck (which has a license plate frame from Online Automotive, which is the place where I PURCHASED my 2014 GMC Sierra 3500) in the left lane. There was approximately a 1-2 car gap between myself and the car in front of me. Mr. Worthy felt it was acceptable (and safe) to attempt to merge in front of me. Unfortunately, I did not feel it was safe and so I did not allow him to cut me off...I apologize, Mr. Worthy, but Im driving a 6 ton vehicle. I am in NO danger of being able to stop when morons like you cut in front of me and then slam on your brakes...As for the threatened him with physical violence claim...lol...Im sorry, but if you saw this dough boy and then saw me, you would immediately understand why Im laughing at the thought of ME threatening someone who has the physique of Mr. Worthy...yeah...not my style...but, on the flip side of that, I did call Mr. Worthy an effing idiot and instructed him to go take a drivers ed course and learn why what he did on the highway was regarded by me to be so unsafe...Mr. Williams of Online Automotive Group did go outside and request the Worthy clan not post a negative review based wholly on ignorance and whatever else Mr. Worthy has floating around in that lump 3 feet above his posterior region. Mr. Williams made this request because I am NOT an employee of Online Automotive Group. I am a mechanic, yes. I do work for quite a few dealerships, yes. I also do consulting for independent shops and have my own business, where I repair automobiles.In closing, Id like to take a moment to thank Mr. Worthy for his propagandic review. It takes quite a miserable slob to go as far out of his way as Mr. Worthy went just to advise everyone that one of the customers of a dealership is an inconsiderate, safe driving ahole…Rock on, Mr. Worthy...P.S. While youre rockin on, try rockin Atkins, too...jus sayin ;-)
