The people where all very nice and professional. They washed my vehicle and vacuumed the inside even though I chose not to get my SUV repaired there due to the cost. My Nissan Pathfinder is 20 years old and Nissan was charging $2600 to replace the entire cat converter assembly. My mechanic replaced only the broken pipe for $140. I did not want to spend more money than my SUV was worth. If it had been a less expensive repair, I definitely would of had Nissan fix it. The courtesy of renting a vehicle for only $35 a day while my vehicle was getting diagnosed was definitely a big plus.

The employees were great especially Jacob Kuiper. I just came to this area in June and this was my first service appointment there. In other places I have always had to make an appointment and still had a 4-5 hour wait time. I drove up here and no appointment was needed. I even forgot to ask him for all I needed and when he called to tell my vehicle was ready he graciously allowed me to add the other services. This will definitely be my place to go for service while in Phoenix.

I went back in August 2021 to look at a rogue. I actually went to about 5 dealerships, I felt like I was being hustled and I left that night not purchasing a vehicle. Do you have to purchase their $600 pin striping. I called Larry H Miller Nissan in Mesa and asked if they had an SUV they told me no. On my way home they called me and said they got one delivered that night. I went the next morning and purchase my vehicle from Larry H Miller Nissan. A few weeks later I got a survey on why I didn’t purchase from Midway. I answered honestly and got a call back from another manager saying that she wants to make my experience better. So we just went a few days ago October 2021 to purchase the same vehicle. My sons mom loved it. And I felt the same hustle the same thing that they did back in August but I informed her I didn’t like that prior to arrival. We ended up leaving that dealership going to Larry H Miller the next day and purchasing the same vehicle we saw at Midway for cheaper and less of a hustle and hassle. I called early on Saturday morning with some questions regarding my truck loan and if it is possible to trade in for a newer vehicle that has a warranty on it and this awesome guy made it happen! I received more than expected for my trade and was able to be in and out of the service center in less than 2 hours with my newer vehicle. Had a wonderful Experience at Midway Nissan off of Bell and I-17. I went there with the intention of never purchasing because I was waiting for a different vehicle from another dealership because most new cars have to be ordered but I had to check out what Midway had because I really didn’t want to wait. I saw on the lot they had a beautiful 2022 Nissan Pathfinder SL with all leather, tech package, captain seats in the back, Bose Audio System, Gun Metal Rims. Eliseo and Mario that were working night shift, stayed 2 hours past closing to help me out and get me into the car that we thought was out of my league because the price and my fair credit. Banks were closed so they got me in a Rogue until I came back the next day. Super satisfied that Eli worked his magic with his manager and sent my away in the car of my dreams with a great payment and it really was the best car they had on the lot. Happy with Midway Nissan and their staff! Can’t remember the gentleman with the bow tie and a copy of my favorite book , “The Four Agreements” that helped me in the finance department but he deserves praise for his hard work and excellent service too! Highly recommend!

I purchased an used Camaro from Midway Nissan on October 6, 2021. I submitted an on-line inquiry on October 1, 2021, and within 10 minutes, sales associate, Mario Amparan, emailed me a video of the vehicle and all of the features of the vehicle. I went in a few days later to meet Mario and test drive the vehicle. Mario isn’t your typical pushy car salesman. He was friendly, helpful, funny, knowledgeable about the vehicle and assisted me throughout the whole process, including in financing. He was super responsive to all of my texts and quick to answer any questions or address any issues I had. Mario truly sets the bar for perfect customer service and sales. In fact, he also informed me how to get a refund from the extended warranty I had purchased on the vehicle I was trading in. Several days after my purchase, when I needed documentation from the dealer to submit for the refund, I contacted Mario and he provided me the documents within an hour. Mario truly went above and beyond for me! I would definitely buy another vehicle from him in the future.As for their financing department, I would recommend requesting Albert to assist you. Despite having several issues with the agreed to purchase price, Albert worked through them with Mario’s assistance and made the process easy. Albert was friendly and went through the buying process in detail.Overall, it was a great experience.

Bought a car from here a couple years ago and never stopped thinking about how bad of an experience it was so finally decided to write a review. The experience was terrible in every possible way.I live in Tucson so it was a two-hour drive to get there and things immediately went south when I walked in expecting to purchase a car for the price that it was advertised on their website. All of the cars had window stickers that were thousands of dollars higher than the prices listed on the company website. These were the exact same cars by the way, matching VINs.They will also spend hours bringing out horrible financing offers (the first offer they gave me was a loan with over 10% interest! and I have an above-average credit score). It was only when I tried to leave that they begged me to stay and brought ought an offer that was just okay, but that I eventually accepted due to not wanting to waste the previous 6 hours of trying to buy a car and it was getting late so there wasnt time to visit other dealerships.When they brought out the car and went to set up android auto it didnt work and nobody could figure out why.Finally after like 8 hours I was able to get all the paperwork signed and was on my way home. However they called me about a week later saying I needed to go back to the dealership and finalize the paperwork, which was a huge red flag. I asked them to email it to me but they refused saying I needed to do it in-person in front of their stupid camera system. When I told them that Ive never heard of anyone having to do anything like this before, they condescended to me over the phone and said that since I dont work at a car dealership I wouldnt know. Again, I have never met ANYONE that has had to go back to the dealership in-person a week after the fact to finalize paperwork on a car theyve already taken delivery of. I am 95% sure the dealership screwed up the paperwork somehow and that it would have been their problem (not mine) if I had refused to go back but I just did it because I didnt have the energy to deal with fake legal threats and other B.S.Basically if you want to buy a car go ahead and pass up this dealership. It will not be worth your time and you will not get a good deal.

I love that midway Nissan’s prices beat the rest, others can’t compare like at midway I at least know that I’m getting a good deal on the service I need for my car. At other Nissan’s (Peoria Nissan Coulter Nissan.) ( these the ones I’m near.) I know I’m going to have to pay an arm and a leg, just to have some service. Overall it’s personal preference.

I am very happy with the 2012 Ford Explorer that I purchased here. I saw the vehicle on cars.com and although the dealership initially proposed a higher price than what it was advertised for online, they were ultimately willing to sell it for the advertised price. They also went above and beyond that by giving me a good valuation for my trade in! The Explorer appears to be in excellent condition. Overall I was treated very well and am extremely happy with my new and quality Ford Explorer from Midway Nissan.

So, you had my Rogue for 3 months, which is frustrating, but I understand that the timing is no ones fault. It was because of the pandemic and everything being slowed down. I get that. My problem is that I was denied a rental car by Nissan. I know you have the capabilities to do it, but it would have cost you money. So you declined my request. Which is disappointing. All of the staff that I spoke to and worked with both at the collision center and in the service department were very kind and professional. Thats why Ill be coming back in the future.

Wanted to test drive a car I saw online. I was assured by 3 different people on the phone that it was available. When I got there I was told the car was sold. My wife said ‘ sounds like a bait and switch’. Mario at the dealership said ‘yep. That’s it’. Enough saidUpdate - What is interesting about your response is that when I got to the dealer I was told the car was sold the previous day, then yesterday that story was confirmed and I was told they should have put a Sold sign on the car, now you are telling me it was sold while I was in transit. I got baited by Joe Johnson. When I inquire about vehicles it’s because I’m ready to buy. I was gonna sell my car to Carvana but they sent me numbers “without seeing the car” matching Carvana’s. But I knew once I got there I wouldn’t get offered that price. I was willing to let it go for $1000 less because of the tax savings. Well I get there, start getting the paperwork ready, and at the end they bring me what they can offer for my trade it, 6k less... the most they would give me was still 4K less than what they quoted me. “Without seeing your car” was like their blanket protection. But There was absolutely no justification in the difference they offered. Joe had already left so they just passed the blame. Drove an 1.5 hours for nothing.

A total con job! Baited and switched me. I live 200 miles away so I called Phoenix dealers. Three were honest and told me they didnt have the frontier I was looking for. Midway told me on the phone they could help me. They sold me a non 4x4 that I returned the next day so they made me take a white 4x4 not a tow package and short bed. Im calling the cops.

I had an appointment today, it was my worst experience with a technician Jorge he was very rude, when I asked him about the warranty of my vehicle, his response was your car doesn’t exist in our records you have to go to the place you bought it, I said I can go to any Nissan dealership, beside when I gave him my address he responded where you came from, that’s address doesn’t exist, he hurrying me “are you interested in the service or not, because I busy, I asked for the manager and spoke with him and he didn’t do anything. I never come back to this location, the name of the employee was Jorge, he looked like anything, but not technician. Of course I’m not recommend this location.

This visit was for AC repair. Repair was done and 2 days later seems good. Labor charge was expensive. This was the second time that Tim Roberts was my service advisor. He seems like a nice guy but he has little or no personality. Didnt make me feel good about spending $800 for a $120 part.

Best costumer service and consultation experience. We went looking for vehicle recommendations and they explained to us different options, pros and cons based on our needs, even used/new car recommendations. They never tried to convince us to get anything different from what we wanted and we super appreciate that. They gave us our space and even time to think about our final decision without pressure at all. After we selected the vehicle, they explained all the features and helped us to make it through the credit and financing approval troubles we had. No hidden fees, no unread terms and every number explained before signing anything. Everything was perfect. Big shout out to sales consultant Isaac Rodriguez who resolved our questions and showed us the specifics of the vehicle and he even helped us to get our new car delivered directly to the front door of our house! Special mention to D Navarro for explaining our vehicle features and H Quintana for making all the payment process easy to understand. We are definitely coming back for the next one!10/10

If only there was a rating lower than 1-star...Ive sold cars at a dealership before and these people take the cake for despicable in all areas - dishonest representation of their autos, great deals that anyone who passed third grade math should know is a rip-off, and all-around unpleasant. The assistant manager (manager?) point blank said at one point that I should go across the road to the Chevy dealership if you were expecting something else. I truly wish I could recall the guys name, a large-ish white guy with a short haircut. Personally, Id ride a tricycle through downtown Phoenix before buying a car from these chowder-heads.

Do not buy a car from this place! I am going on day 2. I was pressured into buying a car only to realize that they raised payment. I was told I had 90 days til my first payment My, only for them to say its now 45.My new car had no second key or a user manual in the glove box. I asked Mario and he says yeah yeah and pretends he going to grab it and he never comes back. He has done that twice. They take your license or your debit card so you cant leave. I have been here for over 5 hours each day and I can not leave because they have my credit card. So frustrated.

No, I would not recommend Midway Nissan. Car died with only 77,000 miles on it. It has a warranty from Nissan regarding the transmission for under 100,000miles. Found that the transmission needed to be replaced. Very frustrating day. (4 tows later) We went to another Nissan dealership who is willing to do the repair for $2000 instead of $4500. Midway kept trying to sell me another car when I told them numerous times NO. Would not discuss buying outright when that was all we wanted. So now we are getting the repair done and will have more time to look for a car I really want. Shame on you Midway.

Service department and management has yet to impress me. My 16 Wrangler JKU (recently purchased) was dropped off on Sep 3rd at 8AM with Victor our service advisor. The vehicle came in for 4 new BF Goodrich K02 tires and a detail we were supposed to receive at the time of purchasing the vehicle. Victor spoke to my wife and stated it would be a few hours until complete. Midway was in possession of the vehicle for 8 hours and the Jeep was still not ready to be driven off the lot. My wife asked to speak to a manager as 8 hours is more than adequate time to replace 4 tires and complete a minor detail all to be told the Jeep would be ready to be driven but we would need to reschedule to get the detail done on another day. My wife agreed to the terms that Midway would need to find a dealer closer to us to complete the detail and the Service Director could contact me to schedule this service as she spent an entire 8 hours waiting for the vehicle to be done. To make things better the tires mounted to the Jeep were cheap Yokohama A/T Geolander tires and not the tire previously agreed too. It’s currently Sep 7th and I’ve left multiple messages with Victor and have yet to receive a call back from him or management regarding this incident. My wife and I are definitely understanding but at some point enough is enough and we hope Midway will attempt to make things right.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Midway Nissan is not transparent with their customers. Floor sale reps go back and forth with the manager to try and negotiate a deal. I came close to signing a contract with them for a used car at a really high APR which is understandable due to my credit history but I was offered a WAY better deal at Toyota. When I told the gentleman that was helping me that I wasn’t going to go through with the sale he said okay let me just tell my manager. As the rep and manager were coming out of his office you could tell he wasn’t pleased from just the tone of his voice. The manager very unprofessionally proceeded to tell me that he guarantees me that there is no way that Toyota could ever give me a better deal then what he was offering me especially with credit like mine. He then proceeded to called a friend of his that supposedly works for Toyota and asked him what he could offer me with a credit like mine. His aggressive attitude is very unprofessional and overall just very disgusting. His aggressive tactics to try and make customers feel humiliated and or scared isn’t okay, someone really needs to put him in his place before the dealership keeps losing money because of his nasty behavior. This dealership has a lot of potential in the hands of someone sincere.Oh and by the way Miguel I drove off the lot in a new 2021 Toyota Corolla with a WAY lower APR and way lower payment then what you were trying to offer me! I want to thank you, thank you for being so unprofessional! I wouldn’t be in such an amazing car if it wasn’t for you!

Bought my vehicle a few days ago from Midway. It was a bait and switch as we were told the car that we were looking for was available for such and such a price. Once we went there we were shown other cars because apparently the car we came in to see about was “sold” the evening before. Ahriyanna, one of the sales reps, tried to help us locate the vehicle we were looking for from another dealership and make a swap to Midway for us. She put 110% Into her efforts to get us the right vehicle, in spite of the fact that the other people at that dealership tried to sabotage her efforts every way they could. One of her coworkers tried to cancel the sale behind her back after he took the call when we asked to speak to a manager. He was only a sales rep, not a manager. I won’t go into all the details because it would take too long, but bottom line, we got our car (that we had already paid for) two days later due only to Ahriyanna’s hard work and efforts on our behalf. We will never do business with Midway again, but we do highly recommend seeing Ahriyanna should you decide to buy a car from them. She saved the deal and got us our car, in spite of the backstabbing that we observed throughout the 3 day ordeal it took to obtain the car we wanted! Thank you Ahriyanna for a job well done! Midway doesn’t deserve you.

A very pleasant car buying experience! Everyone was so nice. Nestor was my salesperson and he was fantastic. Great customer service and very personable. He made the whole experience very comfortable. The sales manager Chuck got me a great deal and financing that was better than I expected. Seth in financing explained everything I signed and answered all of my questions. They delivered the car to my house which was a bonus. Midway exceeded my expectations.

I truly enjoyed my experience working with Corwyn Tso and Juan Lira, as well as Heather in finance. As a first time buyer, I was very apprehensive of taking on the responsibility of buying a car but they worked together to get me an AMAZING rate that fit my budget. They also gave me many helpful tips and knowledge that I can use in the future. After much consideration and thinking over on my part, and ALOT of patience on theirs, I was able to get a brand new vehicle that I am so excited about. I will definitely be doing business with Midway again, especially since I was lucky enough to get a good warranty and free first maintenance service on my Versa.

I was shopping for the 2021NissanRogue SV and the first dealer was trying to sell me the base model. I called Midway Nissan and spoke to Mario. I told him what I was looking for and at what price point I was willing to settle for.. to my amazement ( my excellent credit score helps) he got the deal done better than I asked. He kept his word that if I drove there, nothing would change and it didnt! He truly went out of his way to make the deal and kept his word.. Very unusual to find a car salesman who actually works with your interest in mind.. truly was the best car purchase I have ever. Because of Mario, Midway Nissan has a lifelong client! Will definitely keep my business there!

I was assisted by Tim Roberts, and he was more than helpful. He was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable as to what was wrong with my vehicle. I was overwhelmed with all of the things I would need while my car was out of service. Tim was able to calm me down and provide me with more than enough services and put me at ease. Tim Roberts was great as always. Its almost not fair to give him a, Met Expectations rating, but the fact of the matter is that Tim has always given me top notch customer service. He is one of the contributing factors of why I purchased another Nissan vehicle when my Murano finally bit the dust. Knowing that I have a service person one can trust is huge relief when something happens to your vehicle and Tim is the person I trust with my vehicles service needs.

Ive had bad experiences with the sale staff in the past when I purchased my last car here, but this experience has defiantly made me change my opinion. I really came here not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised of the outcome. I was able to get a 2020 kick for a very good price without compromising my budget. Nestor has been one of the best sales associates Ive worked with here. Im very happy with my car! Thank you guys for being so awesome and accommodating to our financial situation.Edit: so apparently this business is not a good place to buy a car. I highly advise going else where. Although my experience getting Nissan kick was great, this business continues to lie and manipulate to their customers. Dont do its just save yourself, your money, credit and time and go somewhere else.

I loved my experience here. I dread going to dealerships and my husband is even worse. I had Emily as my salesperson and she helped me make the process as easy as possible. Had a few bumps in the funding process but that wasn’t the dealerships fault. Brandon in finance was straight forward and very informative. They were so courteous and apologetic when I had to go back to sign something and made sure to compensate my gas. I cannot thank you guys enough for helping me purchas exactly what I wanted!

My first experience using midway Nissan for my first oil change and inspection. They were able to see me the day after I called and took me in even though I was 10 minutes late. I was amazed at how fast the service was. I was in and out in 45 minutes! The people were so friendly and helpful. I’m excited to go back for my next oil change!
