I Bought this 2013 BMW 750 I November of last year 2020 and it’s in the shop now getting the heads done! Car didn’t even last a year,I would definitely think twice before giving them my hard earned money! You would think they would go through the process of having the vehicle inspected before putting them up for sale I’ll never do business there again. All that glitters is not Gold!!!🤬

Sold me a bmw that broke down due to the timing chain snapping within the first 5 days.Refused to fix it. I barely got my title a year later and they still refused to fix it. Thats why I filed a lawsuit against them and am taking them to court. The owner still hasnt responded on getting my car fixed. But thats okay because Im getting my money back is nothing else

Furious that I had my 6 and 8 year old children here Waiting more than an hour for a headlight change and on TOP of that where smoking cigarettes in the dam office and was traveling through the whole office. Looking to NOT purchase a car because people who work at Eagle autogroup cant answer calls or respond to your messages- then this is your dealership. the WORST customer service with Rafael. who says that would send a video and it takes 2 days to receive it. want a Carfax report? you will never get it. want a pre purchase inspection? wont happen either. because Rafael cant do anything, rather then lie.

I came here a while back and bought my friend a Nissan Altima, which we later transferred into her name. They sat there with us for endless hours talking about the business and things we should be aware about. Both of us were car virgins. They walked us through the process, and with the normal things that went wrong with the car, considering it was used and older, were willing to help us fix it. They went far and wide to make us happy, and in the end left with a great car. I had amazing service I went back and bought myself a BMW 335i 2007. It was older and did have problems that were fixed as well. So far, out of all my cars, I have by far enjoyed this one the most. They gave me great advice on which car is best for me and gave me details on which cars had a higher resale value if ever I wanted to trade it in or sell it. I appreciated their honesty and willingness to work with us. I had passed on the experience with my family and my step mother went and bought a Mini Coop for my brother, which he still drives. I had an amazing experience. With the time and energy that was put into keeping us happy and upholding their commitment to us and our satisfaction, I am more than happy to give them 5 stars.

This place is a joke bought a 750li they claimed the car was serviced but not. I had the less than a day and had to bring it back because it wouldnt start up right away. They fixed that guess what low coolant next he said he would top it off. I said theres a leak fix it come back They put cheap green antifreeze instead of the recommended bmw stuff. I said forget took it to a real shop to fix the issues. Then guess what battery is doing discharge issue not holding a charge. Man it never ends they never call you back every time I called to see if my car was ready and it was. My temp plates expired I called for my places guess what they had them but never called me. Worst customer service and they just flip cars from auctions. Just today a new tire rear came apart damaged back panel less than 2000 miles on the car no warranty. These guys are a joke not sure how there in business. I wish I can more pics to show all this stuff none of this is made up is the sad part.

Responded to an ad on Craigslist for a BMW. Dont be fooled by the lot location. This dealership has some quality vehicles for sale. Shane took the time to show my Granddaughter Ciara a number of vehicles. .Was offered a BMW at a very fair price, recd a good trade in allowance, financing was arranged and minor repairs and issues were authorized by the owner at no charge to us. An honest car lot with very nice vehicles, and they were very helpful and responsive to my Granddaughters needs. When I am in the car market I will definitely check here first. They have a very highly qualified import mechanic available also.

So far had really bad experience with this dealership we purchased a bmw 335i. They’re vehicles are nice and all but they don’t take car of them they’re really dirty and they have mechanical issues. When we first drove the car it was running smoothly and it didn’t seem to have any complications. But after two days passed check engine came on so we automatically took it back to dealership and mentioned them about it and turned out the catalytic were no good and needed to be replaced so they told us to leave car and they will have it taken care of so we did leave it for a whole week. They never got back to us about it so I had to call myself to get an update. They told me they already replaced the catalytic so I believed it because they did have car the whole week. But days after the check engine came back on so I automatically took it to a mechanic specialists at bmw. They told me that they never replaced the catalytic and that they’re was a couple of more issues wrong with the car. This is the only dealership I ever had complications with and I highly don’t recommend this place they just take your money and don’t care about any of their vehicles.

Was very interested in a vehicle but seems like they dont care about what they state on their website. I even decided to give them another a chance and reached out again and still didnt hear back. Beyond ridiculous and stupid to have to keep trying to reach out to a dealer to buy a car.

I had an awesome experience with these guys! They are a small, friendly dealership that is very busy so you know theyre good! Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and knowledable.I just moved here to AZ and didnt have a vehicle with AC so Shane helped me get into a 2014 Dodge avenger under my budget! There was some cosmetic wear and tear on the vehicle, but their great service department helped me get all of that fixed before I brought the cat home!I worked with Rafiel (sorry if I spelled it wrong) in the finance department and he was very quick, answered all of my questions, and he was very helpful!I even got the opportunity to speak with the owner when I came to pick up my car and he was so kind, making sure my car was detailed to my liking before I brought it home and he made sure I was helped right away when I arrived!Like I said, this dealership is small and very busy! Everyone who works there is constantly busting as and helping everyone as quickly and efficiently as they can. Even though I was probably a bit annoying calling all the time to see when I could pick up my car they were always so friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Very bad experience at this place not recommended at all, my husband was approved for the loan right away but they didnt give us the truck because they needed to replace a sensor and refill the ac freon..so it took 3 weeks because everyday something happens to the truck they dont even call to let us know, we have to been calling to check on it, we went 3 times to pick it up and they told us something came up and it will be ready tomorrow.. so end of the story they deliver the truck Saturday oct 21.. Sunday we drive it 14 miles and the truck turn off .. good thing my husband didnt sign the purchase order since he was working out of state and they were going to sent them through email. It took 3 weeks and it didnt work. Rafael was the person that help us with the sale looks like a person with no experience at all never comunícate with us. Just waste my money with the tow truck. And I just hope nobody answer me saying that I am talking about another place because o went to most of the reviews and thats what they told them. The truck was 2005 Ford F-350 I am sure they will remember the truck. Last thing Rafael told me was the truck was good already and that I just needed to take it to do the alignment and that was it. First time buying a car in a dealer very disappointed .

About two months ago I saw a listing for a very clean looking M5, I went to go check out the car with my wife and as they were busy I understood why I wasnt helped right away. I was then approached by one of the salesmen and this salesmen said hey man are you gonna buy anything cause we are really busy as if I wasnt important or a costumer. This might have been because I look young I am only twenty, I then said I would like too look at the M5 and as I was approaching the car another salesmen opens the car door I thought he was going to show it to me he then says he is going home with the car and I have to make my look at the car short lol, he then goes on to talk about how he takes the car to drag strips and races it pretty often and I look at the odometer to see over 8,000 more miles than what was listed at this time I believe it was 96,000 that was listed. I then go on to tell him about my career and he finds Im not some stupid kid and I actually make 65,000$ a year and this point he was finally interested in me however I was not any longer. May not be the whole dealership is bad but my personal experience was not a good one. Do not judge by looks and stop racing your inventory.

I arrived to the “dealership” today and the parking was congested. I had to park on the sidewalk. My intentions were to look, test drive, possible by the Black Nissan GTR they had for $61K. I have the funds in full in my bank. All the cars are bumper to bumper and had a thick layer of dirt on them. Not exactly what you want to see on a $61k purchase. There was a black BMW M6 that had tons of pigeon poop all over the roof. I walked over to the GTR and noticed some body damage to the front lower left splitter, and rear trunk. Looks like a burn mark on trunk. The rotors are toasted and have scored all over it. A brake job for this car is roughly $6K. Salesman asked if I was interested and I said yeah “was” and walked out. This place is a dump lolAdvice to dealership. Clean your cars, your lot, and your salesmen. You want your product to be presentable along with your representation. I would had negotiated for the GTR but the place and car was just filthy.

Place SUCKS. Had to wait 3 days to FINNALLY be able to get the car I was looking at. They kept giving me the run around. Did NOT offer to test drive car. When I did the engine light came on and SAL Said it was just a SENSOR. Ended up having to replace the CAT converter. Yeah SENSOR alright. Have problem with car wish I could just return the MF. Do NOT trust or do business with these guys

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Eagle Auto Group and have had nothing but trouble getting them to stand up to their word and written warranty. After a short test drive, I noticed that the steering wheel was shaky over 50 mph. Shane, the salesperson, assured me that he would have it looked at and repaired by their off-site mechanic. The vehicle was in otherwise good working order and shape, and at the time, no warning lights had lit up indicating a problem. I trusted that they would remedy the issue and I would take delivery of the vehicle when it was rectified. I proceeded with signing of the loan documents and waited for the car to be returned so I could drive it home. A few hours later, another employee returned with the vehicle and said it was driving great, it was a bad tire and now the problem was fixed. He said he drove it on the freeway and it drove nice. I took delivery of the vehicle knowing I had a 15 day/500 mi warranty and if a problem arose, they would have to fix it. Plus, Shane gave me his personal cell phone if there were any problems when they were closed and directed me to call his cell. I left and as I gained speed on the freeway the car was so shaky that I was getting sick to my stomach. I called Shane immediately and he said we could take the car to our repair shop and they would cover the costs. He wanted me to go to “His guy”, the following day, who didn’t have a business name by the way (Shane told me the color of the building and the general location). After getting home, I searched the area where he wanted me to take the vehicle and due to the questionable neighborhood, I informed him that I was not comfortable being anywhere near there. He said that I could take the vehicle to my shop of choice, they can’t pay the entire bill but they will help with it. The next day I took the vehicle to three tire shops, while on my way there the Brake pad wear light came on. Upon a brief visual inspection and based on my findings, all three tire shops agreed that the car had the wrong size wheels and tires and the only way to fix it would be to order new wheels and tires. We had no choice but to do that and garage the vehicle until this was done. 4 weeks later the wheels and tires arrived, we took the vehicle into the Porsche dealership and after a complete inspection they discovered that the back brakes were completely out...SAFETY ISSUE! We had to come out of pocket over $7000 between the wheels, tires and brakes and now Shane is giving us the run around. I’m not asking for the entire amount, only the cost to repair the brakes because that is a SAFETY ISSUE and any vehicle sold in the U.S. has to be sold with operational brakes. Shane gave us his word, and we have a written warranty. When I spoke to him, he said that we never told him about the brake problem and it was too long ago. I explained that the vehicle had been garaged the entire time and now is 400 miles into the 500 mi warranty. He said that we should have taken the vehicle back to him because they can do it cheaper so he is not paying for the repairs. I informed him that we have the right to take the vehicle to a shop of our choosing and since it is a Porsche, it will be repaired at a Porsche dealership. When I questioned him about the brakes he stated “we do not do inspections on the vehicles before placing them for sale... because the place where we acquire the vehicles assures us theyre ready to sale and in good shape. Bottom line, If Eagle Auto Group had properly inspected and fixed the vehicle before placing it up for sale, this all would have been avoided. Shane and the owner of Eagle Auto Group, put myself and my 10 yr old daughter into a dangerous vehicle. This could have been a far worse outcome. Luckily no one was injured, or worse! Unfortunately, our only recourse is small claims court.

This is the worst place to buy a car. Dont shop here....I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS CAR LOT...i put 500 down while my credit was being approved. Went back the very next day (today) to tell them i could no longer purchase car. Due to the price of auto insurance. I still hadnt recieved a call regarding my credit approval. Now they are refusing to refund my $500. Theyre reason or excuse for keeping the $. They had to take the car off the market. The timeline for this whole ordeal was not even 24hrs. Not to mention the dam car had been sitting for months. 1 fricken day aint worth $500.......car jackers. Should be locked up or...........worst
