Workers were very respectful and didn’t hesitate to help my every need. When I had questions, the owner Robert was very kind and responsive. I’ve struggled with other business to get this kind of respect but I had no problems here! Thank you Arizona Floors and more!!

David was very cordial and helpful today during our scavenger hunt to match some old tile. He gave us genuine insight on products and spent time explaining what options might work best in our situation dealing with water damaged properties.

We had our tile done by AZ Floors and had major problems with the installation.We had to beg Robert to fix it. They fought us every step of the way and still only fixed a fraction of the dozens of hollow-spot tiles, despite Robert’s promise to “make it right”. He personally guaranteed we would never have any cracks and offered a “lifetime warranty”.I called recently to ask them to repair a broken tile and was informed that theres no such thing as a lifetime warranty and was denied help.Cool thanks.I can’t speak for other customers, but our experience has been a nightmare.

Im a contractor, and this place beats HD, Lowes F&D hands down. The selection is huge. Most everything is a day or two for delivery. Very well organized and easy to find exactly what Im looking for.

I was very impressed with the quality of the product and service we received. There were a couple of issues with the installation, but the company was quick to correct the issues, took full ownership and stood behind both the work and the product. We could have found a cheaper vendor, but I doubt they would have stood behind their work like Arizona Floors. We made the right choice!

Working with David was great. He did a fantastic job meeting our needs and provided pricing better than anywhere else in Arizona. Product was available quickly and David gave us exceptional support throughout the evaluation, purchase and pick up process

At first the gentleman helping was very attentive but it would have been nice to give us some space while we were looking instead of hovering. He did let us take a sample to a possible home that we were looking at which was nice. When I dropped off the samples no one was directly at the front desk so I dropped them off and walked to me car. A very tall gentleman stopped me from backing out and aggressively asked what my last name was, who was helping me and if anything worked. It was very intrusive and borderline scary as a single female. I understand that the sales people are payed off commission and he made it very clear to me, but they need to work on respecting guests personal space and having a nice demeanor when talking to them.

They did the floors in my home and I am crazy happy about it. I shopped around with several big retail stores and found a better selection and better price at Arizona Floors. Robert explained everything completely and install was done a week later. Installers were clean and professional. I will definitely recommend Arizona Floors for any flooring project.

My wife and I were looking to update our flooring. We wanted a wood look but did not want the upkeep or the price of wood. We had shopped Home Depot, Lowes, and a couple other big flooring stores. One of my customers suggested we visit Arizona Floors. Well, best thing we ever did. We met with Robert and he was very knowledgeable. He explained the advantages of a wood look ceramic tile. We were able to take home a few samples. Two days later, Robert came out for a measure and had a quote same day. We were very impressed with the level of service we received and went ahead with our purchase from Arizona Floors and have them do the installation. Two weeks later we have our new floors. On another longtime customers recommendation, we used Arizona Floors for the travertine flooring and granite counter tops for our remodel. Nicole was the designer, and she was EXTREMELY helpful. Communication & availability of staff was excellent. Nicoles skill and knowledge was amazing. She knows her stuff, and it helped in countless ways. She worked closely with the supplier of the granite slabs, taking exact measurements of the slabs themselves and crafting a layout for our kitchen that optimized the stone. That way, we only had to purchase two slabs, instead of three, saving us hundreds of dollars. Installation of both floor & counter top was PERFECT. I used to work for a floor covering company, so my standards and expectations were high, but Arizona Floors did not fail. I highly recommend the company to anyone.

From start to finish, AZ Floors was very attentive, helpful and verified the job was done right. Dave Whitermore was fantastic! This is the 3rd time I have used them and have always been pleased.

We went here to pick out some tile and get a quote for a backsplash installation for our kitchen. When we arrived the only people inside was a lady and her two kids who appeared to be hired to clean up the store. After ten minutes of waiting for someone to come out and help us, we walked to the back of the store to find the woman working coming from outside in the back of the building. Once the woman did come in, we explained what we were looking for and asked her if she could show us some tiles and give us a quote, Joni had no idea where the color of tiles we wanted were found, she appeared unorganized, confused and uninterested in helping us. She suggested that we email her and she would put together a quote. We emailed her all the information and she did not respond to any of our emails. This place deserves no stars, they are unorganized, unprofessional and have terrible customer service.

Not as good of a selection as I was hoping for in the store. The person helping me was nice enough but I had to go somewhere else to find what I was looking for.
