We are extremely pleased with our new master closet and laundry room cabinet designed and installed by Closets by Design. The overall process went smoothly from the design with Theresa through the installation. Also, these new cabinets were delivered on time as promised. Jacob was our installer and was very professional, and meticulous in his installation. He did an outstanding job, and we would highly recommend him to future customers. Overall, we are very pleased and would not hesitate to use Closets by Design again in the future.

Everyone should get a closet organizer by Closets by Design. A great value for the money. The entire team is superb from sales to installation. The communication was great and they delivered when they said they would. I am very happy with the closets and the storage space was doubled - at least.

Just had my closet installed and WOW are they great! Josh my installer was on-time, respectful and so helpful. He left zero mess behind and I got some beautiful cabinets! Now the fun begins on organizing, but other than having to wait 6 weeks for the install, I am very happy!

She was so professional had many ideas to help me get what I had in my head to the paper and now it’s installed. Isaac was our installer he was professional and extremely clean while installing. UNETHICAL company and POOR CRAFTMANSHIP -see photos.My experience was lacking from the start. The sales person told me I had until 3 days before installation to cancel. More specifically she told me that is when the inventory is pulled from the warehouse - apparently that is not true. She also told me they were 6 weeks out at a minimum from installation and that I should sign that day to get in line even though I made it clear I was still unsure and was shopping other vendors.When I decided to go in a different direction, I called to cancel. They refused to allow me to cancel and get my deposit back even though I never even scheduled the job and despite what their salesperson told me.Since I was locked in to spending the money with this company, I requested another more experienced sales rep come out to help with the design. The second one was more knowledgeable and was able to help me decide what to do with my space. She told me the previous rep was very inexperienced. It was her first appointment after training. Why was she not being shadowed? Instead, I got to pay for their training, or lack there of.The installer was a nice kid. He did not show up during the window I was quoted so I had to shift things around - not the end of the world. HOWEVER, what was installed certainly is not what I ordered. Additionally, the cost is absolutely ridiculous for the quality.I am confident I would have had better results and better quality craftmanship going to IKEA and paying a contractor to install.I would like to erase this company from my house and my memory now.

The team at ClosetsbyDesign did an outstanding job with our custom pantry. From design work to final installation, everyone was great to work with. Our ideas and vision came to life and we are extremely happy. Jessica was great to work with and our installers Rafael and Gabriel were professional, timely, and a pleasure to work with. The installer showed up right on time and the installation went well. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because the original design called for the cabinets to be 5 off the floor, which would have interfered with the garage door, and the installer didnt notice until he had drilled for the track. It had to lower it a couple of inches, leaving a row of holes on the wall. He didnt seam keen on patching the holes so I just patched them myself. In retrospect, he should have done the patch and paint without me even having to ask. Other than that, the cabinets are well made, well installed, and look great.

We needed to have 2 walk-in closets designed & built out to provide much needed storage. Debby came to our home, listened to our needs & designed the 2 closets right there at our home. She was professional, friendly & extremely helpful. She really listened to us & made us feel comfortable!! The installer, Dan, was great. He did a wonderful job with the installation & even cleaned the entire units & vacuumed after he was finished!!The work was impeccable!! We are so pleased & would definitely use them again. Update: They did do the install within one week but the cabinets are mis-measured and not what was designed. Havent heard back from them since Saturday when I sent them pictures.Closets by Design showed up today after a 3 month install today without calling us or scheduling an appointment. They have not called us back and told us now it would be December until they install. No mind that they have been holding our 50% deposit since May when we designed the cabinets. I understand being backed up because of COVID but what I dont understand is poor customer service, not calling someone to schedule installation. Super unprofessional. Go with someone else.

I used this company to design and install a custom office in my home. Our designer Jennifer was outstanding. Most places will come out, take measurements, and leave -- sending you a design several days later. What was unexpected, but appreciated, was that Jennifer spent about 4 hours with us -- designing and redesigning the space until it worked for exactly what I need. On the day of install, I was shocked that one person came to do the bulk of the work, but Jacob was efficient and the install was completed on time. Jacob was reliable and did a fantastic job, even cleaning up after himself! ;-) Definitely recommend Closets by Design.

From design to install everything was great! We are very satisfied with the product, the price and the designer and installers we worked with. Jacob was very polite and professional with the installation.

Designer Anna was great, she worked with our busy work schedule. She listened to us and designed a closet that would met our needs. Install was great, there was great communication as when install was going to happen. Terron the install tech was on time, very good at making the closet come together. Would definitely use again.

Just had CBD install additional storage in my Laundry Room, convert my hall closet to a Utility closet for my cleaning supplies, convert an existing unusable hall closet to storage for various items, add an over the commode storage cabinet and remove and replace the unusable shelves in the master closet that came with the house. Very please with the workmanship of the materials, i love that i can adjust the shelves to whatever height i need. Will definitely use these guys in the future if we need to redo any of the other closets in our home.

It was a good experience from beginning to end. Teresa was thorough and explained the details of each closet that I was desiring until I could vision what it would look like. She was patient and spent a lot of time with me. She expedited my order quickly and scheduled the install with in a reasonable amount of time.On install, Juan came and introduced himself. He arrived within the window of time frame I was told. He was also very nice and professional. I showed him where the install would be and he went right to work. He was on the install job solo, and completed a 3 day job in 2. He even changed up two cabinets for me, because I didnt like the look of the cabinet next to the window. 1 was tall, 1 was short. He put the 2 tall ones on each side of the windows and the shorter one where I wanted it. Its perfect! He was non stop, from beginning to end and its beautiful! He cleaned up his area, and didnt leave any residue behind or damaged walls! Id hire him again! He did an awesome job.My only suggestion to CBD is to give a video simulation of what the room would look like after its installed instead of just a blue print prior to install. It would certainly save the installer time from a buyer switching things up on install. :}

From the very start with our designer, Cari, the experience was fabulous. We were remodeling our Master Bedroom, bath and thought we might as well get rid of our builder configured closet. Cari reviewed the space, asked a lot of questions about storage and space then worked up a preliminary design right then in our kitchen. The installation was just as pleasant. I dont remember our installers name but he was very polite and worked diligently and even made a couple of suggestions for the space. We are extremely pleased with the finished closet and we seem to have much more room than we had in the existing space. The price was reasonable and we are very happy with the quality overall.

I had a great experience with closets by design. The designer who came out and helped me design the best closet for me to best fit my needs. There was quite a few weeks to get it installed but it made so much sense with everyone being at home last year. It was all worth it when they came to install. I was so pleased with the entire experience.

I signed a contract with this company on 6/4/21. I met their sales rep at a Starbucks to sign the paperwork electronically. I was told an email copy of the contract would be sent to me. As of the writing of this review, I have yet to receive the signed contract. Due to some unforseen health issues that came up and the need for my wife to have surgery. I contacted the company on 8/4/21 to inform them that I needed to cancel the services contracted. I gave them over 7 weeks notice as the installation was not scheduled until 9/23/21. At that point Amy Ortega called to inform me that there is a 3 day cancellation clause in thier contract and since 3 days has passed, I would lose my deposit of $1,225.00. The total contracted price was $4,900.00. Not a bad pay day for doing really nothing. I asked Amy in good faith if there was any compromise we could come to in this matter? She said she would talk to her manager and get back to me. Amy did respond to me in a timely maner only to say that since I only gave them 25% of the contracted price, they would not consider any refund. I guess I should be glad that the deposit was not greater. Obviously this company needs the money more than I do. I will in the near future be purchasing a closet system for my wife and will not even consider using this company. They chose the short term gain over the long term gain of the full purchase. The lawyer in me knows this company has no legal responsibility to do anything in this matter. I do not expect to hear from the owner as it appears they only respond to positive reviews that toot their own horn. I am writing this review to let others know what to expect if unforseen circumstances come up and you need to cancel. There is a difference between legal responsibility and moral responsibility.

I had my master closet organizer designed and installed. The designer was excellent and professional. She offered me a discount which was great, and she didnt have to reduce my want list. The installer was prompt, very courteous and completed the project in one day. The cabinets are nice quality. I would recommend them and definitely use them again in the future.

I recently had my master closet designed and installed. The designer, Debby, was amazing. She was very thoughtful about the design, a true professional, taking even little things into account (like a drawer for flip flops). Terron did a fantastic job installing the closet, all by himself, in one day. And the people Ive spoken to in the office are very friendly and helpful (Amy and Bridget). This is my 4th closet with Closets by Design... I have a pantry and a linen closet left, and will definitely be calling them when the time comes.

Really liked working with Jessica. She tried extra hard to make us happy. She went the extra mile to get our job the way we wanted. Prices were super competitive.Terran was the installer. We were incredibly disappointed in the designer. She was at our home for almost 4 hours (for a 2 hour appointment), but still created a very poor design. The design did not have what we asked for, but she assured us it did, it was just “hard to see on paper”. About a week prior to install, I realized she completely failed to include an electrical panel in the design which would have made installation impossible. I spent several hours relocating the panel, doing drywall work and painting to accommodate the design mistake. The worst part of the experience was discovering that after we had signed off on the plans, the designer made changes before she submitted them for fabrication. Our copy had multiple differences from the plans the installer had. For a custom design that cost $5000+, this was unacceptable.It is important to note two things. 1.) the installation team was awesome - they tried to accommodate as best they could and were very professional; 2.) the manager who came out when we refused to pay the balance was very helpful and came to solve the problem and make us happy. I really appreciated his willingness. The closet is OK, but not anything we couldn’t have done on our own for a lot less - that’s what is disappointing. We found out the designer is no longer working for Closets By Design, so hopefully others have better experiences in the future.

Had 3 closets designed and installed by C.B.D. The installer, Juan Zaragoza, was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain everything. When a bump in the road came up, Juan and C.B.D. handled it seamlessly. When finished, Juan explained what he did and follow up points.Very pleased. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with our new cabinetry! We have completely remodeled our home and this is the only contractor to get everything right on the first visit. Closets by Design took our gutted powder room and turned it into a chef’s pantry without missing a beat, but the real attraction is our built-in custom cabinet that has turned a reach in closet in our home office into a true library! These are amazing spaces that didn’t break the bank. Expert design, professional installation and great communication. Debby Duke is our designer extraordinaire-ask for her personally, you will not be disappointed.

Closets by Design provided us with a good experience from the design stage through installation. The designer, Lindsay, spent hours helping us with an efficient use of our Master Bedroom closet.The installers, Rafael and Antonio, a father and son team, were very professional in their work. They both worked tirelessly to complete the installation and did a wonderful job, Kudos to everyone who had an input with our project.

We are in the middle of a home remodel and we hired this company to help us with our laundry room and master closet. There are multiple reasons why I would not recommend this company.- We had a specific request to cover up the dryer opening in the laundry room where it shows the plumbing and to include a filler piece to cover that area. The designer claims we never requested that so it wasn’t included in the original bid even though there were discussions about this specifically during the design process. Now they want an additional $650 to install a filler piece???- Very poor craftsmanship. We had their installers back several times to fix basic items like aligning the cabinets as a whole as well as cabinets doors and drawers.- Very expensive for what get. With the poor craftsmanship and customer service, the price is way too high.- Since we asked them to finish the laundry room before we made our final payment they put a lien on our property for $1000 out of the $14000 these cabinets costed.I would highly recommend going somewhere else if you’re looking for an honest company that provides quality work and doesn’t nickle and dime their clients...

Terron was our installer and he did a phenomenal job with the custom installation of our media space (BRIO WG). His attention to detail and his concern for the customers needs were truly outstanding. He made sure my family and I were well-informed as to what he was doing. He went the extra mile to make sure that the cabinets looked great and were logically structured as he matched up perfectly regardless of our wall having defects. Terron went above and beyond with his installation as he paid attention to the smallest details that just made our space that much better! We are so pleased with the work Terron has done, he has passed all of our expectations, and we could not be happier with our new media space!

We needed a murphy bed and cabinetry in our tiny guest room. Great design support, and then a really nice install. Office team provided great support, too, calling ahead with scheduling reminders and last-minute delays. Really happy we selected this company! We will call on them again!

Our designer Nita worked with us to design a pantry utilizing our current pantry space. She was helpful with her suggestions, very professional and listened to our needs. The installer arrived on time, worked diligently, was professional, cleaned up. We couldnt be more satisfied. We have completed the other two walls and would like to find out what the crown moulding used was so that we can match what Closets by design used.

I am very please with my closets, they look beautiful! I had a master and reach-in guest closets done. My Designer Debby D. was very knowledgeable and very personable. She came in took measurements, created the drawing, gave me pricing all on first visit. I was very impressed that I didnt have to wait a week for quote! She also listened and understood exactly what I was wanting. Installers did a great job cleaned up everything as they worked, very polite.

I went to go by (2x) 48 brown shelves. Standard, simple and easy. They sell this product but NOT to people that didnt buy their custom closets. They wont sell you anything unless you buy their complete closet package. Thats like trying to buy a Kohler faucet but Kohler wont sell you a faucet unless you bought a Kohler sink, shower head and toilet.

We had a great experience with Closets by Design, from the initial contact to the installation, it has been smooth process! We installed 6 cabinets and a full, 8ft. workbench as well. Lots of space!! The rep. was extremely helpful in explaining our options and gave us drawings and quotes on the first appointment. I felt the price was competitive and fair. Their knowledge, experience and personal service was above every other company around.We found Closets by Design from another new build in our new community who was using them for garage cabinets as well. Their recommendation was the same as ours. Excellent!Save yourself the homework of comparing companies. These guys are way ahead of the pack!

This review details my early experiences with this company, pre-installation. After getting three estimates; I chose this company due the friendliness and helpfulness of the designer. During the initial visit, there was pressure to sign at that time for an additional discount. With the discount, Closets by Design was my mid range estimate.They were quite busy and set my install appointment five weeks after the initial visit, estimate and contract signing. During this time I thoroughly prepared for the install. Everything was removed from my closets including clothes/ old racks and the room shackled and painted.The day before install, I was called by office staff and told the crew would arrive at 8a the next day and it would be an all-day install. The following morning I was called by someone else, “I have bad news, we were not able to the pull the materials together, so we can’t do your install today. The earliest we can do it is Friday and we will have to change other appointments to make that day work. Or, we can do it on Saturday. We have been having trouble getting people to come to work due to the virus.“. I was simply furious for multiple reasons. Primarily, because I have been called the day before and told to expect the crew at 8 AM the next day. Also, I work and arranged my schedule according to the install date and company is coming to spend a few days with me. Now, they will be inconvenienced by workmen, noise, and mess.So far, it looks like a previous reviewer accurately described customer service at Closets by Designs. The right hand does not know what the left is doing, the rescheduling is at the last minute,,and excuses are lame. At this point, I’m very sorry that I contracted with this company and would recommend to others to not get sucked in by the deal they offer if you sign the day of the estimate. Now, I am not confident that I can get my money back, so I will move forward with trepidation. After the install, I will write another review about its quality.

I’m way to angry with this company to write anything right now. I will definitely come back with details. But if you are planning to get anything done don’t. I never express anything like this ever. Very very very very bad service. Once you pay they don’t care about anything. Even now I was looking on the reviews they only responded to the good reviews not to bad one. I will definitely come with every details.

I wish I could give them lower than a 1 star. We had a salesperson to our house, talked about our wants and she was helpful, but definitely high pressure to give a deposit to get a better price. Told her we were a few months out for all the other work we were going to do in our house and she said no problem if we change our minds we can always cancel and get a refund. Unfortunately, we ran in to some serious health problems and could not go through with our renovations. Tried to talk to our salesperson but she was no longer working there. They sent someone else out to go over our project, but we told her we could no longer do it and that we’d like a refund of our deposit. The owner, Gil, finally called me back and was so rude on the phone, claiming no refunds, they already had our products, which was not true because we never finalized between our 2 drawings. Terrible company and would never recommend them. Business must be so bad that he has to keep people’s money instead of returning it for a job that was never done. So disappointed.

We ordered a complete redo for our walk in closet. When the day for install came, I was surprised there was only one person for the job. I thought perhaps he would get started and someone would join him. Nope. They sent the right guy. He was professionalism on steroids. He was meticulous in removing our old shelves as well as prepping the walls and painting the areas that needed it. He made sure he communicated with me at every step to make sure it was right. He was here all day and for a few hours the next morning. You would never have known he was here. He worked diligently. At the end of the first day, I went in to check in on him and he was wiping down each of the 17 drawers I had installed. He covered everything with a tarp. his tools were super clean. He was just so impressive and now my closet is too. He was even very considerate about the mask. His name was Rafael and he makes me want to redo my pantry and other 3 closets in my house. My husband was also super impressed and that is saying a lot. Many thanks Rafael and Closets by Design.

Beware of this company and its owner! They pressure customers to close with special discounts which are constant ( clearly ongoing not a limited time as they sell you on) as that is the only way they can compete with the quality companies in the market. I was pressured to close the deal for 3 closets with the understanding that this was 100% satisfaction guaranteed and high quality. Instead what I experienced was continual excuses for their mistakes, numerous incorrect measurements, forgotten components to closets that they were able to install which fell short of the quality for a closet of that cost and to top it off an owner who feels that he can charge the customer for his companies errors. When I had enough of their excuses and attempts to get the final closet correct I ended the stress and had them remove the partial incorrect install. Thereafter I spent months asking for our money back in a deposit that was overpaid and for the costs of items they didnt install only to have the owner threatened court procedures as opposed to reimbursing as they should. Clearly this will be the avenue taken as customers need to protect themselves from this type of company bullying. I was warned by other companies and should have known when it was obvious there was high turnouver in their staff and they continued to use excuses for their issues. They are subpar and even IKEA could do a better job for your closet needs. I can not speak for all other franchised CBD stores but this one is run by an incompetent owner who has no understanding or care for customer service and quality. My advice pay a little more for a quality company so you can have less stress in what should be a positive experience.

Last year we had Closets by Design install garage cabinets and a workbench. We were so happy with the result that when we moved to a new home this winter, we had them design a hobby room and workbench for our new home. Teresa did a superb job of taking our design ideas and creating a workable plan. She was incredibly patient as we tweaked the details, and she helped us keep within our budget.When it came time for the installation, we couldnt have been happier with our amazing installer, Josh. Throughout the 4-day installation (its a big room!) Josh was attentive to detail, kept a clean & organized work space, was respectful of our home, and was fun to be around . We even left him in charge while we ran an errand... thats the kind of guy he is! Teresa followed up with us as the job progressed. Amy in the office was friendly & helpful too. All in all - fantastic customer service, nice folks, and we LOVE the finished product.

THEY REPLACED A SECTION OF GARAGE CABINETS FOR ME; THEY WORKED AS A TEAM, EACH ANTICIPATING THE OTHER’S NEXT MOVE.THEY WERE DILIGENT, RESPECTFUL AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION.CLOSETS BY DESIGN HAS DONE NUMEROUS PROJECTS FOR ME OVER THE YEARS, INCLUDING A CUSTOM DESK FOR/MY OFFICE, TWO CLOSETS, SHELVES IN A BEDROOM AND ABOUT 16’ OF GARAGE CABINETS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM,ZOE RSCOTTSDALE

Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible install that featured missing panels, uneven countertop, and a horrible seam in the counter that didnt even try to get covered up. When I brought it up they made excuses for everything and acted like it was completely normal to have uneven countertops. Even down to excusing them OBVIOUSLY forgetting to put risers on both side of the counter to make it even. Luckily I didnt pay them 50% until after and I wont be paying it. But even at 50% off I feel like I overpaid. Just an absolute scam of a company

Closets By Design did a great job on 2 closets in our new house. Kristin was really helpful in explaining our options and had drawings and quotes done on the first appointment. Installation was quick and the installer was professional and tidy. Planning to do more closets with them soon!

My designer, Veronica, was AWESOME! She took all the time needed to fine tune the design to exactly what I wanted and then they made sure I got the best pricing. My closet was installed last week and I LOVE it. Its simply perfect - looks beautiful - and I got a top quality install. I couldnt be happier with the company and the overall process. Id definitely use them again and highly recommend! Fantastic!!

My designer Amanda took time, listened to my needs and came back with a great design. We made a few tweaks together and she made certain it was just right. After we committed it was just about 2-3 weeks to the install. The crew that came out were excellent. They were on time and worked hard the entire time they were there and cleaned up nicely. Their work was great and I can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner. Closets by design was able to make customizations that no other company could do (I asked) and it came in at a great price. I can not more strongly recommend considering them for any closet project. You won’t be disappointed.

My designer was very helpful and installation was done on time. The only reason I only gave 4/5 stars is this: now that everything is installed and I have moved back into the closets, I am finding that I need more shelves. Ordering more will apparently incur an additional charge besides the cost of the shelves because I didn’t order them initially. Unfortunately my crystal ball was not working. Will find similar shelving and cut to size to make these closets actually work for me 😕

I LOVE MY CLOSET! I told my husband if he is looking for me, the first place he needs to look is the closet! Thank you Erica! Erica was very helpful with the design and I was able to get everything I wanted. The install guy was AWESOME! He only took 1 days, I was expecting 2 and he just methodically took my closet from wasted space to organized space in about 9 hours! Every time I go into the closet I feel like I am in a store, everything is very neat and organized. If you are looking to have your closet organized I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We had a great experience with Closets by Design. Our designer Erica was wonderful. We were from out of state so she worked with our schedule and came over way after hours to accommodate us. She had plans ready very quickly with everything we were looking for. Throughout the process we did have a couple issues come up, but everyone handled them flawlessly and were very happy with our closet and office that they installed. Communication was great the whole way through and everyone was extremely prompt. We would highly recommend Closets by Design!

We used closet by design because we’ve had used 2 other times and were very happy. They installed my closet yesterday I looked in it looked good then I went back when it was done and they “cleaned “ the shelves with what they call an orange cleaner smells like turpentine. The closet still smells I had to sleep in another room ♦️ You should NEVER use chemicals in someone’s home without checking with them.!!!! I called after the installers left and no one was available to talk at 4:45 all the managers had gone home

Jennifer was outstanding....attentive to our requirements, patient, meticulous, punctual, responsive and thorough. Rafael performed the installation. He demonstrated the same traits. Will be using their services for 2 more projects in our house. Couldnt be more pleased!! Many thanks.

Designer Jennifer was very pleasant and professional, and very patient as we sorted through our options. Installer Tony C. was a delight. Installation was much more prompt than we expected. Overall, a very fine experience.

Very poor experience, we lost $1,200 dollars. Sales person never called back. Buyer beware, there are more reputable companies in the valley.If you would like to find a solution, have your sales person contact me. You have our information.

The entire process was so smooth and easy. We first meet with California Closets and about passed out when we received the estimate. And so I called around and Closets by Design was able to cut the cost in half for us with the same design. The rep that first came to our house to help us to the crew that installed everything was very professional and great. I am very happy with our decision.

Scammed me! Delivered an awful product and when I asked them to make even the slightest fix like the crooked counter before i paid my final payment, they put a lien on me! Unbelievable!!!!!

Our Design consultant Amanda was fantastic, came in created a design within a short time and was exactly what we had in mind. Our install date was moved up which was a blessing and Juan our install guy created the space Amanda drafted to perfection. Much love Closets by Design, you guys rock.

My introduction to Closets by Design was through my designer, Jennifer. Jennifer designed an office for me and I love it. We had one problem along the way but the company bent over backwards to make it right. I am very happy with Closets by Design and would use them again and recommend them to my friends. The designer Jennifer was nice. I was in a hurry and just moved here so I made a bad decision and signed the contract too fast. I spent over $4,000 for about $500 worth of material. I called the office several times and no one ever got back to me. Jennifer’s voice mail was always full. Customer service and price/value were poor at best. Shop around and beware. I would never use this company again.

Designer, Acacia from Closets by Design in Phoenix, did an outstanding job from the initial design to overseeing the install of our master closet and an under-the- stair closet that was converted to a custom storage area.Her customer service was outstanding and she was available to answer questions by text and phone throughout the whole process.If you need some organization in your life and are ready to get a new closet system, ask for Acacia - 5 stars all the way!

From the designer to the installers it was a great experience. They all were professional people with great listening skills and knowledge. I definitely recommend closets by design!

I liked the product and the sales gal (Jeni) so much I didnt even take the time to shop around. Jeni was patient, detailed, and kept my best interests in mind throughout the whole design/build process. She also managed to get the cost down to meet my budget. The office staff was great with their communication on schedule and the installers were also very courteous, clean, and detailed. Oh and I love my closet!

Both my designer (Hillary) and installer (Tony) were awesome to work with on the project!!! Both were very thorough in their work. I am not an easy customer and they exceeded my expectations.

To start off, the designer was friendly but had very minimal design experience. The pantry the designer scetched was not exactly what my wife had in mind. The installer that showed up ( Juan ) was very respectful and very patient and he tried to the best of his ability to make things right with my wife, unfortunately the work could not be done same day. Steve the Manager got involved and assured my wife and I that they would make things right for us, and the next week Steve kept his word and made things right, Steve and Juan basically did a redesign (at no extra cost) and made our pantry the pantry my wife wanted. Over all the team at Closets by Design definitely took care of us and honored their word and their work. A big Thank you to Juan and Steve for doing a fantastic job!!!

The Representative (Sydney) came out initially after I requested. She was very helpful in my deciding what I wanted to do. And, during her second visit, we pretty much had everything we needed.The employees who did the installation came out a few days ago and completed the install. We love our closet. It feels good to walk in and see everything organized and having its place. The process was simple and the design is great.

Wonderful experience from start to Finish. Leslee came out quickly and listened to what we wanted and then designed a closet that was exactly what we wanted and need. The price was comparable to other estimates we got. Installers Raphael and Abram were friendly, respectful and very efficient. They worked quickly and very hard and got everything done in record time. We needed some adjustment for rod heights since I am fairly short and they did it and showed us how easy it is to adjust rods and shelves. They cleaned up and it was cleaner than when they started. I can not recommend Closets by Design. You can not go wrong with them.

Unfortunate to be writing this, but I have no choice. Three months ago we hired Closets by Design to overhaul three closets and our garage. For the most part, the experience was very positive with them. The work they did was reliable and quality.That said, the floor tile they sold me, as you can see from the photos below, is a very poor quality product. After just three months, it is a disaster. Coming apart at the seems. Discoloration. Just a poor product.I feel a reputable company would take one look at this, apologize, issue a refund, and take things up separately with the manufacturer. I mean, look at it - right??Unfortunately, that is not how they have chosen to handle this. They are, arguably, dragging their feet. Follow up from them is extremely slow. I always must contact them for updates. It’s been six weeks since I first complained, as it was clearly very early that this tile was awful. Their resolution is to order replacement tiles from the manufacturer and see how that goes first. What tiles of this disaster are they going to replace? The entire thing is coming apart and discoloring after just three months. Can you imagine how god awful this is going to look in three years?No, I want it gone. It’s not their fault, but this is the manufacturer they chose. I trusted them. Now they want me to be tied to their manufacturer. This is business integrity? Too bad, because otherwise it was a good experience with them.
