Kinda Yuppie-ish place to shop. I go there to see what the shoppers are doing. Generally well stocked and good shopping adventures. Now is the time to see the Halloween stuff.

Always lots of people. Very busy place. Lots if good products. Lots of workers ready to help. Im into the lights. My favorite area in Home Depot

Very nice and helpful staff! I wish they would still require masks but apparently it is optional. Some of their products are no longer available, so I would advise shopping online first to make sure they have it and well have it ready for you when you arrive. Prices have gone up a bit but overall a Good Home Depot

I have always found what I needed for my garden and home improvements and staff have always been helpful and nice to me !

So I had to go buy spray paint to paint some cabinet doors and went up to the paint counter and was greeted by two very friendly workers one was a young man with dark hair and glasses on the register and the other was a man and I distinctly remember he had a injured foot with a foot brace on and even though I could tell it was close to closing and his foot was hurting him he still was very kind to me and helped me pick a spray paint with primer. Thank you so very much for your help I really appreciate that! 🙏🤗👍

I love the handiness of this place... Just hate the lack of tech/ web support... And that I am a construction worker and they have on real personal that knows the job to help me with anything. Its always let me get u someone... Nope Ill do it myself it was a what else am I forgetting question.

Good big box and convenient in being next door to an other big box. Allows comparison of brands and prices. There is no similarity. At this Home Depot your needs most likely can be attained. Departments can change due to focus change but this is an amazing big box!

For most more people were friendly. Good customer service great eye contact. I was able to find the items I was looking for. This was achieved Without too much trouble.

Its a large store with almost anything a person would need. I was impressed with their huge plant selection. My daughter had a paint sample they matched.

I frequent The Home Depot often for home projects but this is not my normal location. I stopped in to pick up some plants for the garden and around the house. This location had one of the best selections for plants.

I know there’s a labor shortage in every business you come across nowadays due to Biden’s failures (too many) but seems like every employee I came to looking for product either didn’t want to look my way and offer assistance or gave me wrong directions to where my product was. Like totally made up an aisle and a bay # and was just like “ oh yea there was no power scrubbers there.” I replied No. At that point I knew that He didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t want to help me.When he scanned the tag of one of the products it should tell him how many there were in house; he didn’t want to tell me that either just lousy service. Then you got the solar panel salesman guy trying to sell you some solar panels like anyone’s going to buy them at Home Depot I mean from some kid salesman. I mean he was a cool guy but, I would not want to do his job in the current economy. All Biden’s birdhouse bullocks!

You can find ANYTHING you think about for your home. Mostly very helpful associates unless the store is busy. Had t scan my DL for a store credit card but then a cashier had to come in & do everything again! The picture is HD C98 add.

This home Depot was great on the phone and personal experience. The young woman on the phone was very helpful when I asked questions about gardening , pricing and I know she would have answered my questions the best she could if I had more. So I went there to shop and I had more questions and the young men that helped me were very helpful . They answered my questions, showed me where items were and one of them even went as far as to get me a cart for my items. Another young woman help me at the self serve machine when I had trouble with the machine accepting my change, she opened up the machine and fixed the problem quickly after she help another customer. I had a very good experience at this Home Depot location .Thank u to the Home Depot employees

Short & Sweet! Arrived and asked the saleslady where to find the item we needed.. She was friendly and was able to send us directly to the item. We found it and took it to the cashier where we paid and were out the door in 10 minutes total!

Vinny who is a manager was walking around the Mill works/Lumber department when I stumbled accross him. I asked if he can help me find some steel for a project im doing and he went way beyond to help me also giving me a deal I couldnt resist, thank you for your help Vinny!

When you to all managers 3 to be exact. Each one says theyll fix it and will call me back. 4 x now. Not one called and I am needing supplies. Its been weeks and I wonder what they are going to do the neglected 3 are being h paid to ignore me.

This store is always out of the correct lumber and fasteners that I need. Tool selection is lacking as well . Worst Home Depot location that I’ve been to. Ray rd. Store in Chandler is light years better.

Store is organized and well stocked. Alot of employees onsite but good luck on them taking a few minutes to show you were an item is. I asked 3 employees for a item location and received a incorrect location 3 times. Staff was kind in not helping me though.

John in electrical was really rude.But a really nice young lad helped me with what I needed and his name is Parker.Thank you Parker for going above and beyond!

I’m giving two stars because one lady was incredibly helpful but I’m pretty sure she wasn’t even employed by Home Depot. I approached an employee (who was sitting and chatting with a coworker) and said “Hey I don’t really know where anything is..” and he interrupted me to mock exactly what I said. He said he was kidding and then told me where something was. Not really one to leave bad reviews but I found that incredibly rude.

I ordered an AC unit online for store pickup. The website said it was in stock, however, the order was still cancelled. I called to ask why, and they said they were out of stock. OK, so I asked why the website said they had the unit. He said that sometimes people steal things and the website isnt updated. OK, so I asked whats the next comparable unit they have in stock that I could come pick up. He said they have no AC units. OK, so I asked if they were all stolen. He laughed and said they havent had any AC units since July. OK, so they were all stolen? He says, is there anything else I can help you with? Jerk. Anyway, Lowes had what I needed. Go there instead.

Absolute worst customer service. Jose (General Manager in Rental Department) & Bob of the Rental Department are the worst decisions Home Depot has ever decided to make. They did not take inventory of their rental equipment, which caused a 5 hour back and forth hell just trying to pick up items that were rented - this caused us several hundreds of dollars to be lost, it would have been cheaper to purchase equipment than to trust their rental department. Then the items were not complete - missing parts. Sent us home with a jack hammer that did not turn on. We tried to explain the situation calm and collected because we expected bare minimum that they would be understanding and would want to know how terrible the experience was from beginning to end but that was not what we got. Jose the GM is a terrible representation of Home Depot. He did not care that the equipment did not work, he did not care that we spent 5 hours just driving to and from Home Depot which cost us several hundred dollars. He did not care that Bob was not taking inventory, that Bob had zero product knowledge and that Bob did not know how to assemble a shop vac. He did not care. He was rude and defensive rather than being what a true General Manager is. When we confronted him with “if you don’t care, then I will need to speak to someone else” he decided to turn into a security guard and kick us out of Home Depot. I will 100% be contacting Home Depot’s corporate level. This man needs to be retrained or demoted or get anger management before he causes a lawsuit or put someone’s in harms way by giving them faulty equipment.

The staff at this location are very helpful and polite. The store is well organized and always well stocked. I dont think Ive ever had a bad thing to say about any Home Depot location, and this one is no exception. The proximity to the Super Walmart right next door (in the same parking lot) is a nice bonus.

I would give zero stars if possible. We do business with home Depot on a daily basis. When I went in today, I simply wanted to exchange one cabinet for one with a deeper depth. when I gave my phone number for the account to be looked up, I was told they could not find it that way. I knew this wasnt the case so I asked her to search again. She wasnt able to find it. She then looked under the company name, no luck on that end dealer. after about seven different searches, she realized she was in the employee system and not the customer database. She returned my cabinet with a return price of $79.99. the cabinet I wanted was apparently special order. at this point I just asked to buy the cabinet back that I was returning. She charged $120 for the cabinet. When I asked her to let my boss know of the price difference she told me she would after the transaction. I understand having new employees but when you go to the pro desk, I expect things to be a little more professional. There was not a single question she could answer, or a single problem she could solve! I left home Depot without the cabinet and will be going to a different home Depot to finish my project

I dont particularly like this location. They take forever if you need help and then act super put out. curb side pick up is a joke, I had to go in after check-in and waiting 20min.then had to move to will call and waited again till I went in to get my order. The whole pick up took over am HR. Such a waist of my time. The check out girls can be really rude as well, Ive actually not bought a cart full of items due to the rudeness before. I just could not see spending my money somewhere after being treated so rudely. Still its my closest store so I go in often. It you have the option choose better location.

Very nice selection of indoor and outdoor plants and flowers. Always enjoy going to Home Depot. And, on the inside, I could go crazy. Anyway, while there, we purchased a lock set and had it re-keyed.

I visited the garden area. In March, there were many flowers in bloom! House plants were in abundance. They didnt have the flower pot that I was searching for, but it was good to browse. 😉 The store was clean. Wide aisles. Accessible parking and entrance. There was a long line at checkout though.

Just visited your yesterday. Spent 10k on appliances and it was a complete cluster. Went back today to speak to a supervisor and Anna was less than helpful. She was appallingly rude. I regret spending money at your store. If I didnt need the items and hadnt invested a whole day selecting everything I would have cancelled the order. Please treat your clients with respect. The wood measurements were off. we asked for help and help never came. The only reason why three stars is because the checkout lady helped us and she was kind and gave us percentage off the wood.

Lots to love about the Disneyland for homeowners. For the amount of traffic this location receives, it’s clean and well stocked. An added bonus is the parking lot filled with nice gentleman willing to assist you in servicing your home improvement needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking to take on the 800 on gorilla in any relationship — the crippling honey todo list.

As a Pro customer, this is one of the top 2 AZ stores with the worst service. Its hard for me to compare another place that is this consistently horrible. Hello?! Management?!? I know ur one of the top grossing stores. Does that make it alright?

You can find pretty much any hardware supplys, bug killer, grass killer and tool you need to know you could ever need. There is also a fair selection of plants and accoutrements to go with them.

After a long day of moving, I went in to have some Astroturf cut for my new patio. I approached Dave, the associate in flooring and began to ask if he could help me. Before I could even get my sentence out, he told me to “move it along”. I asked him if he worked in the flooring department and he said yes, then told me to move it along a second time. I could tell he was in the middle of a task, so I then tried asking if there was anybody else that might be able to help me with the Astroturf and he simply walked away. I went to customer service to see if somebody there might be able to help me and mentioned what had happened to the associate there. She called over a manager wound up turning the whole situation into such a positive experience. His name is Kenyata and Home Depot is blessed to have him. He apologized for Dave’s behavior and took me to two different areas with different Astroturf options, calculated footage and prices to get me the best most affordable option, and when we realized at the machine that cuts the Astroturf was out of order, he and another amazing and professional associate Gilbert hand cut it for me! Kenyata and Gilbert are the perfect example of kindness and customer service and deserve 1000 stars. Thank you both for your help after what was already a really rough day. Dave, you’re the absolute worst and if I could give you personally zero stars I would.

They always have what I want have friendly service and sometimes suggest solutions that I may not have thought of. I love shopping at home Depot but I always go and see something else than what is on my list. LOL

Home Depot “Pro Services” simply take your request and spam it out to a bunch of contractors that are going to keep calling for months after you don’t need the service. And also sell you info to others you never wanted to have it.It’s the worst service Home Depot has ever offered. You’re better off just using Yelp to control who sees your request.

Home Depot is one of those companies that you can always count on, just like an old friend, all across the country. I did not purchase anything today. My visit there was more of a fact-finding trip, getting information for a future purchase of patio furniture. I had awesome customer service from a couple of friendly, knowledgeable store associates.

Found most of the items Im looking for. Friendly workers. Looks like there are more items available and new items compared to some other locations.

So much discrepancy with the way you can pay and the staff arent aware of their payment system. If you pay through the garden (outside) cashier you can use your phone to pay for the goods. However. If you pay inside the machines dont support this.!! Im fully integrated with samsung pay. Thus, I dont have my cc or cash on me mist of the time, making this an inconvenience. The funny part is that staff will fight you and swear that in no areas of their store you can pay with phone even when you show them proof !!!

Store is usually clean & employees are helpful, either helping find a particular product or someone that works in a specific area. My friend noticed someone who was not wearing his mask properly was approached by employee. The employee asked the man to cover his nose with the mask and the customer refused. We were leaving the store, so we dont know what further action was taken, if any. The customer should have been asked to leave if he did not comply. Hopefully the customer was not allowed to shop in the store without the necessary mask properly worn.

My son calls HOME DEPOT the big man store. I call it awesome. You pick out your lumber, & then someone awesome, like DANE cuts it to size. Who doesnt love a nice table saw at work? So kudos, HOME DEPOT. And thanks, DANE.

Hi to be honest this is only my 3rd time being there and although it was Easter they had enough employees but some of them had to ask for assistance for me in hardware. I would think their employees would be trained enough to know a few simple questions I had but once I got help the young man was very helpful so I decided to buy the lumber tomorrow and get a few items today.

This location is clean and well stocked. Most of the employees are handsome and knowledgable. The bathrooms are clean too.

They have so much greart merchandiseAnd sweet friendly employees so willing to help me out, Bless theyre hearts.❤👍

I’m within a few miles from the store. The worst part is they put me on hold then hung up. Should have gone to Lowe’s where they honor military service members. Smh

Really great spring sales event going on. Bought a Ryobi 10in sliding compound miter saw for only $180.00. Now i know people think Ryobi is a inferior brand compared to Milwaukee, Dewalt, etc but this Ryobi saw comes with a 3 year warranty no extra charge cant beat that deal. Check it out

I had the anvil on my 20V DEWALT impact wrench bust while working, and the replacement is on back order with no expected release date. I only bought the tool in April and was now in a tough spot considering this tool helps me tremendously with the work I do.Thinking perhaps Home Depot would work with me to exchange the wrench, since the tool itself works great, I gave the store near me a call. I was denied at that location for some reason; they didn’t look at my receipt or anything. They just told me to talk to a tool repair shop (which I also tried and had no luck). I called this location and received great help from a guy named Ted who spent time gathering information, verifying they had the tool I was looking for, and verifying I had what I needed in case an exchange could be made. He directed me to a manager that could make the ultimate call regarding the next step. After speaking with Josh (a manager), while confirming I had my receipt and all the parts in the kit, he permitted the exchange without difficulty. So I drove pretty far out of my way to their location, was helped by the a Customer Service desk, two guys in the Tool section, and even got to speak with Josh for a minute as he verified the situation.I am really excited about their customer service and wanted to share my positive experience regarding Home Depot and this location (despite the fact they are not the location nearest me). And the Customer Service lady that helped me was also very energetic, efficient, and friendly. Ride on guys, keep doing it.

Although I usually shop at the other place (we all know) this place is in a great location, and always has nice, helpful customer service.

I generally find this Home Depot location to be busy, but adequate...hence the 3 stars. On my last visit in December, I was perplexed at the number of items shown on the website that werent available in the store (and that I was kind of expecting to grab for Christmas gifts.) Nevermind, I adjusted and found something...adequate (instead of AWESOME as seen on the web.) What sealed me reducing two whole stars was a visit to the ladies restroom, where a cubicle was marked with what I think was an attempt at humour, Out of order and duct tape in crime scene style stretched the door across with writing Dont go there, seriously you were warned!Well. I couldnt help myself. All the stalls were occupied, so I opened the door and found this.It was so horrible, that I had to take a photo because there were no words I could use to describe this that would express enough disgust. Its not funny, its not cute, Home Depot is a HOME IMPROVEMENT CENTRE, and this is not a good representative of either the brand or the companys values. Some of my family own stock in the company, and I dont think theyd be impressed either. (BTW, I do have a sense of humour, but it diminishes in direct relation to finding this when all the other cubicles are occupied, and I really, really need a wee.) Are the mens toilets in this kind of state? If so, there needs some splaining.
