Great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. After my services were complete I was told exactly how I went and what else needed to be fixed.

When I stopped in the lady at the desk greeted me promptly. I had a few questions and she answered them for me. She seemed pretty quick and knowledgeable about the information that she provided for me. I was satisfied with the visit!

Either the driver or passenger picked up my daughters phone that happened to fall out of a stroller while being picked up curbside. We were able to locate the phone at Lyft Driver Center. They allowed us to look through some of the vehicles but could not find it. Lady said they would be cleaning out all cars that day and should find it during the cleaning. 15 mins later it was on the road again back at the same location it had been at before however the center said they didn’t know where that was. Showed them, no luck. My guess is 1 of 2 things… 1 the Lyft car was never cleaned out (shame on Lyft during a pandemic to not clean the vehicle) or 2 it was someone whom worked for Lyft got wind we were looking for it and ditched the phone.

I came here for my first oil change and tire rotation, service was prompt, staff was courteous and friendly, and environment was cool which is big plus in Arizona. I drive for Lyft as well. Happy with how everything went.

Hard to get ahold of and cant really do much for your administrative problems with Lyft. The local guys kinda got their hands tried. Great if you need car work done though.

Im a Lyft driver and I went to the left Phoenix driver Center to do my oil change they do all kinds of fixing cars to oil changing for affordable price they take care of their people the facility is well maintained clean distancing due to covid-19 nice people friendly and good customer service

Previously had a stressful experience when I brought my other vehicle and today they wowed me! I scheduled a 9am old change and inspection for my husbands Corolla and Hailey was super duper helpful! I got checked in my another really sweet lady quick and she even thanked me for waiting. The mechanic was super professional and recommended an w fine filter which my husband can put it, but I appreciated the quote and how reasonable the price was. I highly recommend this place ! 5 stars. Becky the boss lady was pretty rad too.

I wouldnt recommend anyone use this place, my went back 3 times Becky quoted around $10,000 for transmission and motor issues. She they needed replacing.

The Lyft driver center is not just a place for Lyft drivers. My 08 Lexus RX400H was involved in a auto accident and the collision shop was recommended from the insurance company. Who knew that they did auto body work? I didnt! Fast too! This place was quick, Ive had a lot of body work done over the years on different cars and this place was quick! The Lexus looks great too. Perfect shiny and new again. It is weird when you go to drop off and pick up your car because you have to stand in a long line with the Lyft drivers to check in. I suggest that you DO NOT go at 9 AM when they first open to avoid that. Other than that you get personal service and the waiting area is ok nice. Lyft worked direct with the other guys insurance and I didnt hear a word about the ins and outs. I received updates on when my car would be ready and tada it was.

I went to get my annual inspection completed again this year and again it was not submitted to who ever it goes to in the lyft world. Staff at this site did treat me well.

They really care and have our backs and have worked hard for me to get things done here.

These folks have it going on!! Always friendly, efficient and professional while being welcoming and personable. Nice to find a place you look forward to visiting as opposed to dreading!!

All good fast inspection no light only stickers

I rented a car from Lyft for 2 years never any problems. I decided to stop driving for them because I got tied of Lyft not having my back as their driver. Everything was always my fault. the driver does all the heavy lifting, takes all the risks and for little reward. And cant even get a, hey hows it going out there. I rented the car with a huge fixed dent on the driver side door. Super noticable. The guy who checked it out to me said he didnt see it. So, I was guilty of it and was charged $500. But, no worries. My lawyer should have served Lyft with a court summons by now.

I have been driving for a year and a half. New to area so I made an appointment to get brakes done. My appointment was at 9:30 and at 12:04pm I was still here. I told them I had to pick up kids at 11:50. So now my kids walked home 20+ minutes away in 95+ degrees. I been around mechanics all my life. I have seen brakes done many times and it only takes about an hour to do brakes! Price was good but don’t have any other obligations when you come!

Extremely slow, and no explanation or apology. Got there 15 mins early and had to wait over 2 hrs for my maintenance to get done.. didnt know an oil change took that long..

Supposed LYFT employees who shrug their shoulders at any issues

I decided to pull the trigger and give driving for Lyft a shot. I am doing this through the ExpressDrive program. The facility is nice and well kept, parking is the only real issue at the site from what I experienced. The people were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and got me set up in a car in no time. They were more than willing to answer any queations I had. Overall, a pleasurable experience.

Always easy to deal with. Got my mask and disinfectant. Car inspection and all done in a fr minutes safely!

This Customer Support is the WORST I have ever experienced. After paying $80.00 for a ride not to mention all the other costly rides I have taken with Lyft the driver takes off with my phone in his car. I try to contact him immediately. He turns off my phone and decides he is not going to respond to any of my attempts to contact him or Lyft Customer Care attempts. I never got an actual person on the phone. Only generic emails saying they would attempt to contact driver. I tried 50 times myself and still no one from Lyft has responded nor has the driver. I did not know you would hire a thief to transport people. This entire problem has cost me $300.00. I will NEVER use Lyft again!

Jamila was very helpful I was changing regions to drive and she made me aware of all the paperwork I needed. She’s a great agent and was able to assist me restart my application and help three others at the same time. She didn’t make me feel rushed or not attended too and several people who where in the office asked to speak to her for assistance. I’ll request her next time again

Failed to close my car hood all the way, risking my life . failed to do tire rotation when I need to get them done. I put too much miles on my car and I need that tire rotation. Not closing a car hood all the way is a serious problem!

They were super quick changing my oil and disinfecting my car. Fair price.

Without ever saying so on the app or website they took extra money out of my account that I needed to pay bills with and they have no customer service number at all. So after the fact they say they are authorized to do so if I switch my card but they didnt take it out when I switched my card but two trips later. Unbelievable I usually have no problem with this company but I cant believe I cant even talk to someone about the money that was just taken from me for a 24 to 48 hour hold . Ill never use Lyft again.

Starting off the lack of communication was little to none about my first experience with express drive. It was frustrating to the point where I was ready to take my talent to Uber. At that point Josh started assisting me my last few times I came in, he was most definitely informative & professional the entire time. I appreciate that type of over & beyond customer service!! He explain things & took the time to find out things he didnt have the answer to. If it wasnt for Josh Lyft would have lost a valuable driver. I would recommend Lyft to anyone thats looking to rent & drive. Just be sure youre asking questions to find out about things thats not covered from the insurance they provide. Tires damage & windshields are just two things not covered. Any who go check them out & dont forget to leave a review!

My husband drives for Lyft we went to get the car checked and it was a super fast process less than 5 mins we were done. Staff is super nice and understanding.

Jason did an awesome job to settle the issues at hsnd. He resolved put navigation problems on our apps promptly.

I have an issue and I NEED to call them but the number is fake. If I contact lyft support Im told to contact this place. I can not drive 40 miles to the nearest LYFT center location because my issue is about not being able to drive..If they manage to help me without forcing me go all they in there ill change my review

Be careful going into the inspection bay! Its very narrow and as i knew it was tight, a staff member seemed to be directing me in only to have my car scrape the side and damaged my beautiful vehicle. Claimed he was saying stop but I was seeing to come on in. Not a happy camper. Shop folks were helpful in suggestions however. Otherwise nice place.

Average price for oil changes. Great lounge area for drivers. Great for Lyft inspections. In and out in a min or two (as long as your car isnt obviously damaged/defective)

Inspections are quick, but would not recommend the mechanic service here. They misdiagnosed an issue on my vehicle, so two weeks and almost $1000 later the issue I brought it in for still remains.
