Had a minor accident that was my fault and instead of going through insurance went here and also the other car involved. It could not have gone smoother and she was so impressed she is even going to send another referral there too. Highly recommend!

I can honestly say this company does great work and fast service . I took my vehicle to Acura of Peoria and they told me my car was going to take about a month just to look at the car not to fix it . I was so stressed out because I didnt have rental and I needed my car ASAP because I needed to get to work everyday . I gave Forrest a call and he told me my car will take about 2 weeks at the max. I was already excited when I heard that news! I gave him the okay to pick up my vehicle .They had called me with all the updated information and before you know it, my car took less than the 2 weeks. Therefore, I give this body shop 5 stars with very much appreciation ! Highly recommend

If I could give them ten stars I would!! They were recommended to me by a very trusting mechanic. They did the work in the time they said but they did soooo much more than I paid for! They detailed my car inside and out, bagged up all my stuff for me, replaced my broken tail light bulbs AND even fixed my taillight bracket. They did all these things for me for free without me asking or them even saying anything. They showed me when they walked me around my car to show me the bumper they resprayed. The bumper looks better than new. The car looks better than ever! It’s soooo nice. Finding this shop has opened up a whole world for me with used cars. Now if a car has bad paint or a dent, I’m not concerned about buying it because these guys will treat me right and do an amazing job for an amazing price! I WISH I found companies like this in other fields. This is the real deal, you don’t have to worry about getting ripped off or poor quality work. They are the nicest group of guys there too. I can’t say enough. I’m thinking of getting my accord hood resprayed there because it’s so much cheaper than I imagined and the work is so great. I tell everyone I see, go to forest!!!

They did a great job on my Vehicle, and also made sure the rental car company picked me up to get my Vehicle as well as had the rental car company pick of the their vehicle once my Vehicle was ready. I had a rear end accident in November and I had a hard time finding someone I trusted to fix my car. I was referred by a family friend and loved there results. The first day I came here they took care of everything , always kept me updated and sent me pictures of everything going on. They left my car looking amazing and clean! Fixed and repaired with friendly service

These guys are the best. My brand new Tesla MS was rear-ended on the freeway and they made the repairs so it looks like it did when it was delivered three weeks prior. Tesla wont sell their paint to anyone, but Herman went to extremes to get it matched and its perfect. Everything they do is top notch. I wouldnt trust our 2017 Suburban or my 2018 Tesla to anyone else. Plus, being super on the repairs, they are very nice to work with.

Forrest Collison did an amazing job on my Toyota Camry! It looks like a brand new car! After countless months of waiting for insurance to pay my vehicle I was able to find a auto body shop to fix my car. The hard part was finding a good auto body shop. Thats when I found forrest collision and they had great reviews! Herman and pedro have been very informative of the price and time frame of how long it would take and had such great customer service! They take care of you here and they care about making you a happy customer! I would highly reccomend forrest collision to anyone because they go above and beyond with your vehicle😁😊

My car was in an accident. The other driver entered into oncoming traffic and struck my car head-on. I took my car to Forrest Collision. They had my car for 14 days. They promised me very little in writing but Herman made all kinds of promises verbally. Herman said they would fix EVERYTHING. Sentry Insurance decided halfway through the repairs not to cover even 50% of the cost. So I go to pickup my car and Herman explains Forrest Collision only received payment for part of the repairs but they finished the job anyway because why would we fix the fender then give you the car back with a broken hood?. He didnt even ask me to pay the rest of the bill. Sentry Insurance confirmed they would only pay part of the bill because the hood and bumper had some rock chips .. thats pre-existing damage so were not covering the hood.. or anything the hood is attached too because that could have been damaged too.. It would have been perfectly legal for Forrest Collision to hold my car hostage, demand more money or even return my car to me incomplete. Instead Herman took the high road (which is more than I can say for the insurance company). It is rare to see any company honor their commitments without being legally required too. I will certainly recommend Forrest Collision to anyone who will listen.

I been here a few times and they always do an amazing job, they are fast and friendly and they always have taken care of the whole process even for getting me the rental car. I definitely recommend them
