After a car accident and my insurance paying over 10K to repair my car this is how I got it back.1. Nail in tire2. Battery - Damaged cell and nearly dead3. Engine struggling to catch when I turn my key4. Huge gash in my floor carpet on driver side5. Bluetooth light coming off and on, on different screens6. Brake peddle shaking when I step on it7. Engine Coolant Over Temperature light started going off and on8. Driver Seat Belt hard to pull out.Worse service ever, want to have people talk to you in circles, go here, or want to spend your time getting your car fixed after picking it up from a repair shop, well take it to Phoenix Collision.

Phoenix Collision Center was great at helping me after I was in an accident. They evaluated damages, and dealt with the insurance companies for me. They gave me a fair estimate, and were nothing but helpful. Brandi and Eric were the only two employees that I interacted with, and both were very eager to help me with whatever I needed. Professional, friendly, honest, and helpful. If Im ever in another accident again, I know where Im bringing my car!

Per my Yelp review:So many positive things to say about the team here. The first time I had to bring my car to the Phoenix Collision team, was because AAA had spilled battery acid on my hood and bumper. The shop ordered me a new bumper, and had it replaced in less than 2 hours. I had to bring it back a few weeks later since there was still some damage to the hood from the acid, that we missed, and they were just as amazing the second time around. While I hoped not to have to be back anytime soon, two days after picking up my car, someone backed into my back bumper leaving a pretty bad dent. I dropped it off with the team, and within a few days they had my car back to me looking like it was brand spanking new. As another review mentioned, they even washed, vacuumed and detailed it before I arrived. Id like to recognize and thank Bryan for everything that he did to make my experience easy, and stress free. I would absolutely recommend this shop to my friends and family, and intend to return for any future needs. For those of you that would like to see the results, I will be including photos from before and after.Id like to add, that while I dont want to discount some of the lower reviews on here, I am skeptical. A nail in the tire, and low battery life seem like things that could have easily occurred shortly after leaving the shop. Just my two cents.

Amazing experience here. Incredibly happy and thankful for Phoenix Collision. They are honest hardworking people that do what is right. They really went above and beyond all my expectations and made this process a breeze. They communicated with me throughout the whole process and took the extra steps to deal with my insurance. They finished the work quickly. I got my car back today and it looks incredible and sounds great. Everything is fixed and in fact, my car looks and drives better than it did prior to my accident. This would have been an extremely frustrating ordeal if I went anywhere else. I will go here again and recommend everyone go to them.

I had a fuel door that was broken. They were able to fix it very quickly and it seemed to be a good price/ reasonable.

I highly recommend Phoenix Collision. They did an excellent job on the car repairs and even a greater job helping me deal with MY insurance company. At first, my claim got denied, about $2,000. Bryan got my insurance company to RE-OPEN my claim after countless phone calls for a second inspection (wow/impressive!!). Bryan pointed out the first inspection was incomplete/insufficient. The second time around, my insurance company agreed to pay for the repairs!!I am happy business like Phoenix Collision take the time to do the right thing. Bryan and his team are amazing. I received a quote same day and had my car back on time after repairs. I gave Bryan my budget and he was able to work with me to get everything I needed done for a reasonable price. Added bonus: I got my car back completely cleaned inside and out! Had a great time with this location. They explained what was going wrong with my vehicle. Gave me an estimate that was close to the final costs. Even for someone like myself that knows nothing about cars they were able to tell me what had went wrong in a way I could understand and acted in a professional manner.They even provided great transportation when I needed a ride from their location. Will make sure to always come back to this spot if I have any more mechanical needs for my car.

I recently used Phoenix collision to get an estimate on the rear bumper by Mitsubishi when I called I was told I could come down immediately for an estimate when I arrived I was greeted by a receptionist after about a a five-minute wait an estimator greeted me we went to my he got all my information and wrote me an estimate it was a fair however I did not go with Phoenix collision for my repair but they were polite and courteous and I would recommend them

I got rear ended and Phoenix Collision came highly recommended. I was told Brian would take care of me and he certainly did. He handled the insurance company back and forth, which took a huge burden off of me. Their technician did a thorough job to ensure my car looked great and was structurally safe. Added bonus: Brian detailed my car for me and it looked brand new!

I love this place. You will too!! Customer service is at an extreme level here. The staff is honest, professional, timely, and proficient. It is a stressful time when you are taking your car in after an accident of any kind, and they make you feel like youre family and theyre taking care of your child. Please do follow me guys. I give HONEST reviews as needed and will be posting our conversation here for you all to see. I called Brian a fat stumpy man and Stephanie a weak woman to watch her male co-worker verbally attack me .I have a recording of the whole thing so we can do this .As you stated your attorney is being contacted so I cant wait for us to to go to court .This experience has been bad from the start. Well my initial phone call with Bryan went well. I needed 2 handles replaced and a grill. I already had handles. Stephanie ordred the grill. The grill was supposed to be in on Tues but didnt come until Wed. I dropped my car off at 8am. When I called for the price I was told 3.1hrs at $50 was $185.39. I did the math and called back and told her that was wrong then got the right total $165.39. I pick up my car they put the wrong Grill on my car! Even though they knew what Grill was on it they still set their remove my front end and put the wrong Grill on the car. my kids get in and they cant get out the back. I take the car back and no apology. They fix my handle. I get to the car wash the door panel is cracked. They claim they didnt touch that part to replace the handles. Brian then says that there is a chunk of my front end missing and that the guys didnt check it when they did my repair I would love to know how someone removes a front end but didnt bother to check the front end before they replace the grill this shop is full of a bunch of lies and all these reviews are lies as well that they probably talk people into putting or they Fraud the insurance companies .I also believe that the shop is racist so if youre not Caucasian stay far away Brian got hostile with me aggressive he raised his voice and told me that my car was already damaged and then I bought them in a messed up car theyre nothing but Liars! Stephanie sat there watching him yell and argue they are so unprofessional. She acted as though she couldnt speak without his permission. Stay away from here!

Best place to trust your body repair needs. I was rearended and pushed into the car in front of me nearly totaling my 2009 Toyota Corolla s.These guys and gal are absolutely amazing. Brian emailed back and forth with me when I was vetting shops that would just replace my damaged body parts with the parts I ordered and supplied without painting it. No other shop would let me bring my own parts and wouldnt paint it if I asked. They quoted me an extremely reasonable price and gave me my car back.

Had an issue with my bumper dragging on my way to work. My auto maintenance place recommended Phoenix Collision. Got there just as Edward pulled in, took a look at it said it would take no time at all. Within 30 min. I was on my way. I felt he went above and beyond and represented what real customer service was about.

I was in a pretty bad accident and had my car towed to pheonix collision. Bryan and Eddie were AMAZING!! They took such good care of me. My car was totaled and when I brought my replacement car in they had a mechanic look it over for me to make sure it was safe. They helped me through the insurance claims and told me what to expect. I love the fact that they were more concerned about me as a person than anything. So THANK YOU PHEONIX COLLISION. You made that part so easy. I will recommend you to everyone who needs work on their car!!

The guys who work here are awesome! After being rear ended by a drunk driver, my attorney at Zachar Law Firm referred me here. When I dropped my car off, they showed me all kinds of damage from the accident I hadnt even noticed. Bryan is very polite and professional and dealt with the other insurance company on my behalf, and I really appreciate that they call me about every other day to give me an update on whats going on.

Shop called me said the car was ready. So I pick my car up and drop off rental. Later that night I find out there is a problem in my head light tI kept blowing my tail light and blinker bulbs out. Also they put the bent rim thats was the point of impact of my Collision back on my vehicle. So I dropped my car back off and they offered to fix it. Its was been almost a week and they still have my car. Bay enough I get bent over by the insurance company but the body shop two. Also they returned my car to me on Empty and a dead battery that I had to pay half for a new battery. Not to mention they put the new ford logo in my car like I was suppose to install it myself. They just slapped my car back together and it took them 45 day.

I was rear ended in November. I dropped my car off to Phoenix collision on November 9th. I didnt get my car back until December 28th. Seriously the worst customer service. Bryan told me that leaving my car with them would be easy and that insurance companies are always so difficult to work with. Ha! This company caused me the most stress and the insurance was a breeze to deal. I told Bryan when I dropped my car off that the insurance company would be mailing me the initial check. A week or so later think the 14-18th of November I talked to Bryan again to let him know I had the check. When I finally spoke with the owner he said my car took so long because they didnt know until the 27th that I had the check so they didnt start working on my car until then. The insurance company also told me that they had to delay sending additional checks because Phoenix collision submitted the wrong supplemental reports to them more than once. Dont take your car here. Most awful experience and terrible customer service. They told me for 3 weeks that my car would be ready by the end of the week.... I still dont understand how it took them 7 weeks to fix what was estimated to take 2 weeks being generous with time. If you do go here, Id send those just to clarify emails so theres proof of whats discussed and you dont get into a he said, she said situation like I did.

I really want to give this business a 5 stars because the reviews seemed too good to be true. Ill try to make this quick, I got into a car accident around Oct 6th and brought it in to the shop on Oct 7th and it took them about a month and a half to get my car back plus not only that, it came with problems of its own. The front tire(drivers side) were loose(not secured) and I was hearing noises when I was driving around. So I took it back to the shop the second time around and they fixed it for like a couple of days which tells you that they rushed it instead of actually fixing the problem in the first place. After a couple of weeks driving, I started having problems with my front tire again. It came off again!!! It wasnt connected to the controller thingy next to the tire. Soo I had to call them and deal with them because of their unprofessional service and all. Right now its still in the shop as we speak. This is totally unacceptable period. No matter how much you sugarcoat your explainations with your customers, the problem is still there. I would highly not recommend getting your car fix here.

Car took longer than it needed to to be done and now I got my car back from them and I have numerous problems my battery wasn’t even connected right I was driving on the road and the car keep losing power two my hood opener was gone and three my low light beam won’t even turn on at all like how am I suppose to drive with out my standard lighting at night worst experience ever
