Amazing grill appliances from Kokomo Grills & BBQ Islands company!When I discovered Kokomo Grills I immediately fell in love with their grill Islands. I was inclining to get one of the pre-assembled islands, however ended up just getting all appliances instead and building island by myself.Now, after 5 month, it is finally fully constricted and finished, so I can enjoy grilling. DeeDee was absolutely wonderful during the browsing and buying process. Being in California I was never able to see the product in person. She answered every question I had and sent me photos of all the materials I was to choose. My island is absolutely perfect and everything I expected it to be. David gave great service too keeping me updated on specs I needed, delivery dates and times. He was patient and flexible with delivery as I was waiting for my pool company to install the pool deck the island would be sitting on. The installation crew was friendly and professional. When I had an issue with my drawers, David had a crew out here within 2 days to make it right, such great service.

We are building our backyard and recently purchased a KoKoMo BBQ Island, Maui model, and a fire table, the Entertainer.By getting them both at KoKoMo, we were able to get them with matching two-tone tile/border. We love the look of them both, and the steel grill and components really sold us on going with KoKoMo!Well priced and friendly service by David Velazquez our contact there.We were building a pool, and they were able to hold them for us until we were ready for the installation. I ordered a grill and island and they both are amazing. The quality of the products are outstanding. Looking at it you can tell how good the quality is. They also have awesome customer service. I was connecting the gas line to the grill and I over tightened the line to the regulator and cracked the regulator I called and talked to David, and he was very helpful and he made sure that I was getting the right part. I highly recommend their products.

I purchased an outdoor kitchen and loved it. They came out and repaired the stucco at first due to some product change to save money but since fixed it nice. Kudos for the service. Roll ahead 4 years, my daughter bought a refrigerator from here. They sent her a coupon the same day she reviewed the website but wouldnt honor it because she already bought the refrigerator. So dont buy right away, look at the stuff and then come back another day and you will have a coupon sent to you to buy it. I went back into the store to get a replacement cord and cannot get anyone to call me back or answer the phone at the office. I guess I will take my business to those who want to help me out.

Edit to reply to comment: the order is under my husband name (Passio). We already contacted the facility where we ordered from, but we never get a call back. We initially dealt with David (in Phoenix), which is the person who at first told us he was replacing the cooler and then didnt. After that we tried to get in contact with a manager, Jimmy Lukas, but never received a call back.I am basing this review on a very poor customer service.We bought an outdoor kitchen that included also a stainless steel cooler.The outdoor kitchen unit is good, but we had problems with the cooler from the beginning (one week after delivery). When we used it the first time, we noticed that even with the plug inserted, it was leaking once the ice started to melt. We realized that it was missing the drain seal, so all the water leaked inside the unit, causing the insulation to retract a little.On top of that, the bottom part of the cooler (the corners inside, and the whole trim on the outside) was already rusted one week after delivery.We tried to contact somebody about it, and it took forever to get a call back. We were finally able to talk to somebody and send them pictures of the damage; after receipt of the pictures, they told us to bring the cooler back to them so they could swap it out with a different one.My husband had to drive 40 minutes to bring the damaged cooler to them, and when he arrived, he was told that they were not going to swap it, because it was only rust and it was not damaged.A $500 outdoor cooler should not be already rusted after only one week!So my husband had to do a one hour and a half round trip for nothing!After that, we tried to contact a manager and were not able to receive a call back yet, after days of waiting.We are really upset about it!

If you don’t mind the lack of communication. And the lies they tell you when you ask a question. Then feel free to buy from Kokomo. You have to know that purchasing an $8,500 grill will get you a nice grill, but you won’t be able to use it after they deliver until you set it all up. We called and asked for pictures of the gas fitting off of the grill so we would have the correct hose and fittings ready for when it was delivered. It came, they didn’t set it up, not even the electrical. Go back to the store today to vent out frustration and we’re told they will schedule a service call to hook it up. Again, they weren’t listening when we told them we hooked it up. WOREST communication company ever!!

Wow. I am amazed at quality of our grill island and the level of customer service we received. Our grill arrived exactly as ordered and in perfect condition. The fit and finish is exceptional. I was blown away when I found extra matching grout, tiles, stucco and paint included. What a great touch. The grill is over built, everything on it is heavy duty. It cooks great and heats evenly. I am extremely disappointed in the purchase of my Maui BBQ Island Grill. The gas attachment is almost impossible to reach, and the line will not stay on without leaking. This causes a small flame to develop underneath the grill itself. I have also had problems with the temperature controls, and have only used it four times. My goal is to return it without incurring too much of a cost. I should have purchased 6 Weber summits instead, for the same price. Michael in Colorado.

Moved into a new home and has a Kokomo grill needed a part and purchased a new cover they were very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Seen Kokomo grills at home shows and decided it was time for a nee grill with class. Visited their store and warehouse and was surprised at the selection they had plus you can design or make changes to a model and they will accommodate you. Bought one with a 5 burner which they changed to a 4 burner and a searing burner. Also added lights and reversed the sitting from right side to left side. About eight weeks from build to delivery. Very unique business.

Design of our custom 8’ Kokomo island grill was very easy any we got exactly what we wanted. The delivery was great and they even carried our old grill across our gravel to our garage. We haven’t tried all the features of our grill yet but so far it has been great. Our outdoor kitchen, grill, fireplace were delivered as promised. The units were nicely painted to match our house as requested. The tile on the counter tops was perfect. The three installers, JT, Matt and Kyle were very professional and helpful, putting each item in place and cutting the back areas as needed to make room for electrical, water and gas lines. This was lots of extra work for them. The setup was great. Great service from Kokomo.

After many months trying to find someone to create a backyard entertainment area/bar/kitchen for our AZ house (big enough backyard, difficult to get equipment to) we stumbled upon Kokomo on Wayfair.com ~ after some “Googling” we were so happy to see that they were located in PHX and contacted them. All planning/contacting/design/etc done remotely with us in another state (and during COVID) all together we came up with the perfect plan for our backyard. Timing was an issue, and they came thru!! Our backyard had plenty of space, but the space to get back there was an issue.... Not an issue for them, they accommodated, set up and it is just what we wanted. They worked from dusk to dawn on delivery day (timing was an issue) super nice guys, customer service +++ , came back 2 days later to check things out, tweak/fix a few things to make sure everything was complete. Thanks David, JT and the many others that day that helped complete our backyard in Arizona ☀️
