Every time I require any assistance for parts, this place delivers. I get great customer service along with knowledgeable part support for all appliances. I wanted to let owners be aware Francesca is awesome and always gives excellent customer support and goes out of her way to find replacement for out of stock parts. You are all awesome.

I needed a drain/fill hose for my Samsung washer and couldnt find the hose anywhere in town. I went into this place and had a great experience although they didnt have the part there in stock. The person at the counter said he could order it and it would come in from San Francisco in about 2-3 days. They received it the very next day. They were very helpful, courteous and their price was a little better than ordering online from someone else. I will go back the next time I need an appliance part.

Visit this store every time my samsung washer needs a part like waterpump or supports etc, always have the part there or they ordered quick, to all the DIY appliances projects...

Great experience for me! I called them about a defrost timer and they had lots in stock, my trip there was quick and easy because I knew what part number I needed-- that said, I would advise calling them (you may be directed to a main call center that will be just as helpful), when I called they found the part but their part number was very different than the part number on the timer I was taking out. So, calling ahead may save you time. :)

They dont know anything about their own parts. They just type numbers. Cant go in needing a certain part, they only know how to type in brands of appliance, not part numbers.the girl behind the counter wouldnt help me if I didnt know what apliance the part came from even though I had a part number. I needed it for a pottery oven, but walked out empty handed even though I called first.

They are so unreliable...i had to switch to apco because of the bad lookups and getting rid of people that actually knows what they doing...amazon and ebay are actually better

They lost my first online order. I had to call to get an order number and get all the information regarding the order and basically help them navigate tracking down the order. The online ordering does not give email notifications or even an order number like 90% of modern shopping sites. The replacement part was placed unprotected in a cardboard sleeve, so it arrived bent. Just terrible for online ordering.

Didnt have what we needed ended up finding it on Amazon much cheaper but have to wait a week

They save credit card info on every transaction. They no longer transfer parts between stores. THEY WILL NOT COMPLETE WARRANTIES IN STORE LIKE THEY USED TO. You have to make an account, which includes giving your Social Security. Very weird. Then you have to call and request a password to use their site and wait for a call back in a few days. Then request the warranty on their very shady site. Nothing is easy. Very disappointed in the recent changes.

I thought customer service at the store was bad just waiting to you call and get customer service from the branch lol They are the cheapest thats why we put up with their..... and slow but real slow all that money going out the door ⏳ it looks family Owned like if they cant get fired thats why they are always my last resort Ill try to fix the part before going in to the store

Very upset with this place not only did the guy charge my card two times but he said that it would be in my bank the next morning three days later I’m writing this! To top it off he gave me the wrong part! I had to drive all the way back there because they won’t answer their phones. He told me it was the right part so I had to agree the point. Finally he gave me the right part. They’re very unreliable at that store you wait and wait and nothing but the phone rings off the hook no one answers it if it goes to a voicemail why don’t they just turn the ringer down it’s very frustrating will never go again to that place again!

Old guy at the counter seemed like he wasnt trying to find my part, did a google search and gave up. left to a different store no problems finding the part. Waste of time never again Will i step foot in the store. He was talking to his buddy on the fone instead of helping the costumers. Called 20 times b4 i showed up guess talking to his buddy is the reason no1 picks up the phone.

It is almost impossible to get a hold of either location in AZ, every time I call its a 10 to 20 minute hold and then it rolls over to dallas. Im call the AZ stores for a reason. Its faster to dive to the location then it is for them to answer the phone. Apd used to be on top of their stuff, now EVERYTHING SUCKS.

Disappointed. I could not get a simple 0.9 amp fuse for a microwave. Young lady that helped me didnt seem knowledgable. Inventory system apparently is not setup by specific part numbers but by manufacturer. Dont bother coming here if you need a part for an Oster microwave.

Nice employees that actually know what they are doing (exceedingly rare these days). Have had the part I needed in stock every visit so far (5). Not cheaper than Amazon but they had the part when Amazon didnt twice in my case.

Was in there twice Both times great experience I would recommend it even to my worst enemy. The staff doesnt rush you. Its all in all the best place you can find in Arizona for appliance parts guaranteed. Its sad when I hope something breaks Just so I can go back there for their great business I dont mind Im taking apart my dryer to see what I could find to replace. I called them A few times and never spoke to the same person when I went in I never was helped out by the same person and everyone treated me with the the best respect. These days customer service in my eyes is everything especially when you can click online and order anything you want but when you go and speak to a real human and they treat you like a real human You have my business for life. Im a first-time home owner I have no experience whatsoever with appliances And these folks over here are gr8t. Rude!! No customer service with seven people on the counters. FIND ANOTHER VENDOR WHO WANTS TO TAKE YOUR CASH AND WANTS YOUR BUSINESS!!! This one doesnt care.I called earlier to confirm the part availability and it was in stock. Two hours later I walk in the door and took a stool and waited. No greeting or acknowledgement that I had even come through the door. One couple at the counter being helped. The next person (Hispanic) that walked in the door was greeted and advised they would be right back to him. If I have to announce myself to get service in your business, something is wrong. I stood up and walked to the entrance and before exiting commented their customer service sucks.

Had to do some work on my Kenmore washer and they had all the OEM parts I needed to service the washer and get it back to washing clothes again......Now it should last another 10 years..... Knowledgeable helpful staff on hand to answer your questions. They deal with the pros and the DIYers like myself....

They were great, had the part I needed even included a few tips to make the installation go that much easier.

Went there without my part number for my part and I explained that to Bill; he went to the back and came back with my part. Voila! It was like magic. I dont recommend not taking your part number, I just forgot mine.

It was very bad for me, they are supposed to have parts for all kinds of appliances but no. I arrived looking for a sensor for a washing machine and they did not have it and also you cannot pay in cash very bad store.

Well, for me it was not very nice, my kenmore brand washer broke down from the lock or door block. I went to this place to buy the part and I thought that changing this part of the functionary but or surprised when I connected it did not work. I thought then boy and I returned the part and they gave me my money back but when I wanted to return they told me that I had not installed it and how could I know if Serbia did not know, because my money did not allow me to return.
