The lake pleasant Vision center is amazing! There’s a Doctor Who has his own private practice and surprise but also does a couple Days each week here. You’ll get the same service and expertise but for Walmart prices. We have been seeing him for the past 10 years. Highly recommend

This place is super well done and taken care of and everyone who works here is super sweet and awesome. Karisa helped me find my glasses and Barbara helped my brother. They were both great! Thank you!

The tech I worked with was wonderful. She was very experienced and took her time with me. I had to return my first pair of glasses, as the frame was very uncomfortable. I was talked into polycarbonate by manager and was very happy to be getting my glasses within a couple weeks. Got the call to pick up glasses. Rushed there after work only to find out I couldnt see a thing while wearing them. After a long, drawn out discussion with the manager, who overheard I was not happy and basically tried to convince me it was me and not the glasses, I asked them to cancel my prescription with them, and in an instant, the room and manager turned hostile (as if I had just taken their first born). Manager was shaking and it was clear it was taking every fiber of his being to compose himself. I walked away from table and accidentally kept the said glasses in my hand while talking to him and he basically ripped them out of my hands stating smuggly ILL TAKE THOSE!. Two years ago, I had such a good experience with Walmart Vision, which is why I returned. After this experience, I will never return.

I really like the optometrist here. Very personable and respectful. I even told my wife to come here instead of her usual optometrist. But both of us feel eye strain as if our prescription is not right. I really want to stay with this guy but I think Ill have to go elsewhere next time.
