We went for an exam and ordered glasses here. Doctor was really good . If you are only going for exam you are good. The glasses we ordered were not up to the standard. We asked for thin lens. We did not get the way we wanted . So I started reaching out to them. I was told by the front desk that the response time is 2 weeks just to respond not to fix. Please watch out when you order glasses. I will never order glasses or lens here.Bad customer service and no response to cslls

He is my favorite eye doctor I’ve ever been to! He is so friendly and very thorough. My prescription always comes out perfect, unlike other places I’ve been. Everyone that works there has always been friendly and so helpful. I will never go anywhere else.

They have lost family as customers. They took months getting my sons glasses in after the glass coming in with the wrong prescription. They cancelled appts. without my permission. But the final straw was they refusing to give my daughter an eye exam because I have anxiety attacks and cant wear a mask even though the already had taken our temps., asked us COVID question, and put us in a room away from the sitting area.

I have been going to Dr Bixby for over 20 years. He is very specialized and always takes the extra time needed to make sure my prescription is precise. Staff is great. They seem busier every time I go but I get the same service as I did when I first came in years ago. Love their selection of glasses.

Dr. Bixby is awesome and the staff is super sweet. I had to go in multiple times for conjunctivitis due to poor cleaning of my contacts on my part. The staff showed me how to properly clean my contacts and provided a document for me to take home to ensure proper care. However, I still had issues with my contacts, so I went back, and they were able to help me find a set of contacts that would work for my dry eyes.

Very disorganized and unprofessional staff and my experience from start to finish was absolutely unacceptable.Poor customer service, no return phone calls.The lab messed my glasses up which delayed things even longer.I positively would not recommend this business to anyone.

I had an eye examination by Dr. Gary Lasken from the Bixby Eye Centre last week. I was impressed by his exceptionally high skill level and his robust experience in the field of optometry. My complex eye problem was comprehensively analyzed by Dr. Lasken and he explained the results of my exam as well as all my options in a clear, detailed and reassuring manner. It was easy for me to make my decision based on his ample and confident expertise. The clinic staff was ever so courteous and constantly focused on helping me in every possible way. As far as eyeglass frames, the selection is quite thrilling, including seldom seen European designers. I am very pleased with the overall care I received at the Bixby Eye Centre and I highly recommend this eye health service centre.

Dr. Jensen saw me with a same day appointment and took very good care of me! Highly recommended.
