To start, AZ freeways are horrible. I needed my windshield replaced fast and professionally. This is the place! I appreciate fast service and good work. The guys did an awesome job on 3 of my vehicles the same day. Even added the right type of seal on my Honda. I found out that who ever replaced the windshield before did not care about putting the top seal on the top of my car’s windshield. I’m glad I went with this company. Because the last time I listen to my insurance company suggestion I end up missing a part of my wife car when the windshield was replace. The service provided was phenomenal! I called in for a quote & Veronica took good care of me. I was unsure on which company to go with, but Veronica was nice enough to send me a text with her information. I was able to schedule the appointment via text (i was at work, so couldnt talk on the phone). It was a last minute appt and Veronica was able to get me in the same day! I had called a place months ago for the replacement and was told they’d get back to me and never did so I was happy that Auto Glass Express was able to meet me next day at a location I chose and even gave me a nice rebate. Miguel was professional, quick, on-time, and when he saw that the replacement windshield he had brought was defective he picked up a replacement quickly and didn’t make me wait around. The service was great, a mix up on the initial scheduling but we got it resolved. The guy that showed up was great. He identified any already-existing scratches on the car before he started and then took me through afterwards to insure that the everything looked great. This was the worst experience ever. One guy told me i couldn’t get my windshield replaced until the end of July a (month away) due to my windshield not being in stock after he claimed to have called around. I called my dealership and they had 2 in stock so i called and had to tell them they can order it. (Which they did). Then i talk to the Manager and she tells me i cant get a my windshield calibrated the same day so I tell her i would just have my dealership do it. She switched and said she now has someone who can do it. We scheduled for the service to be done 2 days later. They call me back the next day and tell me they can no longer do the service because. Never gave me a reason and was very rude about it. They are unprofessional and i would never recommend anyone to them. All if the employees i spoke too were very rude along with the Manager.

Initial telephone contact was stellar. He was able too get my windshield replaced same day. This experience prompted me too get my other vehicle serviced the next day on a Saturday. A bonus was they PAID me for my business. The only slight negative was the fact that the Saturday tech lacked customer service repoirte. I work outside so I get how the HEAT can effect you but you musnt let that on too the customer. Ill report back in 6 months on the GLASS itself. Overall iny opinion worth giving them a shot. On a side note I thought they were LOCAL but it appears their out of CALI. That part kinda sucks. As an AZ native Cali annoys me. Oh well there is always another time

I got my windshield replaced here a few months ago I called as soon as they opened they made me a appointment for the same day a hour or 2 after I called they are safe clean and best price in Phoenix and Peoria, as I called around for pricing and availability. They were very nice and had me in and out within a hour..would recommend and use their services again for any of my glass needs!

So far so good but they don’t back up the product at all and I’m paying out of pocket so basically the guy said they only cover if the glue is bad or something but if it gets chipped or broken I have to pay again. The last place covered me for a whole year, chips and cracks so this place was meh.

If a zero star was possible i would definently leave this establishment a zero star. The auto glass customer service agent quoted incorrectly price for a jeep windshield replacement. The manager couldnt honour what his customer service agent quoted. The only offer he could do was a 50 to 60 discount. Dont ever get a quote and trust a word.

I had been trying to get my windshield replace since Monday but was having a hell of a time between insurance and finding a company. My friend called auto glass express. I called two days after the damage occurred and was able to get a next-day appointment for the first time in a long time. The appointment day, Jesus called me well before my appointment time asking if I was interested in getting the replacement done earlier. This greatly helped me as I was originally scheduled very close to an appointment I had. He was out exactly at the time he said he would be, took about 20 minutes just as he said it would, and explained everything in detail. He even put my parking permit sticker back on the new window which was very important to me. The work looks wonderful and he told me I can call him at his number with any questions and that he will be happy to assist me. Great service from a wonderful gentleman. Peoria location was efficient and customer focused.The location is a little hard to find with a GPS as it is about 150 yards North of Peoria on the west side of 67th Ave (just N of the McDonnalds), but it is worth the effort.

I have been working with Steven Flanagan to get this repair scheduled, he has been extremely helpful every step of the way. I have a specific kind of insurance policy and he helped me understand and navigate that with them. He set up the calls and stayed on with me, hes followed up and he got me in for the first appointment of the day. Technician Jesus Leon showed up on time and was a pleasure. He got the windshield done in good time and explained to me to keep the window cracked and keep the tape on for 24 hours then remove. He was a pleasure to work with and I will no doubt use AGE for all of my repairs moving forward. I have used other glass companies who leave all the work to you and dont follow up or show up on time.
