I have been using Preferred Auto Glass for years. Theyve replaced windshields in multiple vehicles for me when necessary and theyve repaired many chips before they spread. They always call my insurance company to prep the agent for the call which saves me time. Their friendly and professional installers are always on time. The installations are professional so there are no leaks or wind noise like I got prior to finding Preferred. I highly recommend!

We replaced two windshields last week. Could not have been smoother or easier. Happy got us scheduled right away, the tech showed up on time and the workmanship and professionalism was spot on. No need for anyone in the Valley to use anyone else. 5 stars for sure.

I was assisting my daughter to drop off a car next door to this business at an auto repair shop and it was raining. I parked next to my daughters car so we could transfer my infant grandson to my car while she checked into the auto shop.Someone came to open the Preferred Auto Glass business and got out of their personal car yelling and angry. As I was transferring my daughters baby from her car to mine, the angry per pulled their business van out of their garage and parked it less than a foot away from my bumper. I guess I was parked in their preferred spot, even though there many open spaces available in the lot. Then they waited for me to leave the spot (sitting behind me with their lights in my rearview mirror) that I was in to park their personal car....even though there was plenty of spaces on the other side of their work van. Not sure I would want such an angry person to service my vehicle. Actions speak a thousand words. I wouldnt recommend this business because of their hostile actions.

Preferred Auto Glass is the place to go! I had a windshield replaced on my JEEP Wrangler.They were extremely skilled and super polite. Nice to know a company that is not only an expert at what they do but provide top-notch service on top of that. Called, left a message on replacement of a rear window on a 2018 Silverado, they never called back. Im having Veteran auto glass do the job. I give preferred auto glass a zero.
