Used their service at home service to replace a windshield and ended up having to take it into the shop to have it sealed properly.

Only place I would have a windshield replaced.

I stopped to investigate getting a windshield replaced (long crack) and Bill set me up with insurance. I called back got an appointment the next day. They got the windshield overnight, a quality one from the same company that made my original. They were actually early, and got my Highlander glass replaced promptly. Ron Jolliff installed the glass and even replaced the oil change sticker. No stray marks, scratches inside or out. Bill and Ron were professional and personable.Bill provided information that allowed me to set up an appointment with Toyota to recalibrate the vehicle for the many sensors used in the safety features.The other bad reviews were concerning, but not at all reflected in any part of my experience with Jolliff Glass.

These people straight up saved my life. My windshield broke a couple months back, and I brought it to Jolliff to get replaced. Several months later, I hit a deer going 50 miles an hour. The windshield held up, and my friend and I walked away with no injuries. Now that is a high quality job.

Joliff did a great hob all around. Kathleen did a fantastic job finding my windshield for my special edirion truck and setting up my appointment. She took care of getting my insurance on the phone ans making that part of it easy as pie.The tech was totally on it. He was prompt and I could tell he new what he was doing. He answered all of my questions. Having Jolliff replace my windshield was as easy and painless as it could get. Thank you.

Now this is a story all about how my glass was cracked up and down. And Id like to take a minute, just sit right there. Ill tell you how I refused my insurance from a place called joliff.Riding from Peoria, where I was born and raised. On the highway my family was spending that day. Chilling out, maxing ac, cruising all cool. Anticipating our stay at the hotel with the pool.When a rock who was up to no good, started making trouble from an overpass. It made one little chip and I got scared, called jolliff and said its running down the front of my glassI begged and pleaded with them day after day but they always ignored and sent me on my way. Three months later, called my insurance, said they didnt want your pay. They set me up with glass world and had it done the next day.

The chip repair was completed quickly and was on my way.

I have been working with Jolliff Glass for a number of years and they have always delivered consistent, high-quality, and honest windshield replacement and chip repair work. Jolliff Glass pioneered the automotive windshield safety industry. They are the best around and I would highly recommend using Jolliff Glass to anyone needing windshield replacement or chip repair work.

Their reps do not email back when you reply to an email, tech answers the phone and is not helpful. When you get a call back the people are very rude and act like they do not want to talk to you or do their job. No idea how their service is as it never got that far

I do NOT recommend Joliff Glass Co. in Peoria IL. if you want the job done correctly and for your vehicle to be taken care of during the repair. I took my vehicle there for a windshield replacement yesterday. When I arrived to pick it up, the first thing I noticed was dirty footprints all over my door-sill. Then after getting into the car and closing the door, a plastic cover from the rear-view mirror that had been reinstalled improperly fell into my lap. I drove a couple blocks down the road and pulled over to inspect what they had done. The cowl seal running along the lower portion of the windshield had been torn and was not seated properly against the glass. I immediately took my vehicle back to Joliff. As I explained what I had seen, the Joliff employee who I was discussing the issues with said that he didnt believe that they would have damaged the seal. Then with regard to the seal not being against the glass, in one breath he stated that he wasnt a technician and in the next, he conveyed that the seal isnt intended to keep water out anyway! After trying to deal with this individual who was more interested in trying to make excuses and deny that they caused what I was showing him, I told him that I would work through my insurance company to get it fixed and left. After I arrived home, I opened the hood to find several button clips on the cowl that had been broken but reinstalled and missing button clips that were not even replaced! I also found that some clips were missing from alongside the windshield where the trim had been reinstalled. My car has less than 15,000 miles on it and aside from the manufacturer of the vehicle, Joliff was the first to install a windshield in it. As a result of the negative experience with Joiliff, I am now working with my insurance company to take my vehicle somewhere else to have these items corrected to repair the poor workmanship that was inflicted on my vehicle at Joliff.

Very rude service. They switched callers mid call because the first caller went to look up info from me and then answered another call. Then the guy that picked up was just downright rude.

Staff friendly. Fast service

I would not recommend this company to anybody. We took our company van there, and a month later the rubber molding came out. They would not replace it as they said it was not their fault, and was due to a faulty molding. The only thing they did to try and fix the problem was place urethane over the top of the bad molding that they had previously installed. Now I have a new windshield with a damaged molding and black urethane that they placed over the top to hopefully hold it down.

Completely unsatisfied-Would never return or recommend in any way.

Took over a week to get on the schedule. Once scheduled, they called me morning of when they were supposed to be there and cancelled. Called another company, got scheduled next day. Avoid!
