Simple battery replacement. Friendly service. Quick and effortless. I had purchased my battery online the night before. When I told the gentleman I had already purchased it, he was aware of the transaction and within seconds, my battery was in the counter in front of me. He swapped out the old battery in a matter of minutes and I was on my way. I wish more transactions were like this one.

They gave me the wrong shocks for my 94 BMW 540i and when I asked for a refund to get better shocks then KYB they only gave me back the price of the shocks and refused to give me back what I paid for shipping. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do business with Advance Auto Parts unless you double check before you walk out that door that you have the right parts!
