Josh and Dillon were awesome. Excellent customer service. We are from out of town. We had an alternator go bad on our way home on a Sunday, when not many shops are open. We got towed to this store after calling and finding they had one alternator in stock which we needed.They had tools we could borrow, which we did and are thankful for. Josh offered that he had his own tools in his truck which we could use if we needed to. We didnt need to take him up on that, but sure appreciate it that he offered that for us.When we finished, Dillion told us to go wash up in the restroom, where they had pumice soap. It was nice to get most of the dirt, grease, and grime off our hands and arms before getting back on the road.We appreciate their kindness to us while there. Thank you guys!

Nothing compares when you have great employees and managers. We were looking for brake pads for my brothers 2013 Dodge Van. I live in Canal Fulton Ohio where the store there always gives me 100%/ My brothers van had lost its brakes in New Salem Ohio about 125 miles and I was called to get ne rotors and pads and bring them to replace so they could get back on the road. I bought everything in Canal Fulton and drove down to where they were broke down. I was given the wrong rear brake pads from Canal Fulton so we were stuck for the night. We got up early on Monday and went to the Marietta Ohio Auto zone to exchange the pads but they did not have any in stock. The girl was very helpful there and found that the Parkersburg WV store had a set. Whats another 20 or so miles to go to get the right part. We arrive there where the employee and manager were quick to help us out. We had another issue and brought a broken brake caliper bracket. Heres where the manager using his thinking outside the box looked up a brake caliper kit that included this caliper bracket. We did not need the kit so he removed the bracket from the caliper and swapped it out but paid for the new bracket. In reality we did not expect this kind of help. We then showed him the rear brake pads that we thought we purchased at Auto Zone 4 years earlier and was told those pads were not theirs. The manager made a quick search and found them to be Napas. Evidently a auto shop replaced the vans rear brakes last year without my brothers knowledge. The point here he did not have to do that for us. We then had him get us the proper pads and bought new ones. I give all these stores in your chain 5 stars but the Parkersburg store would definitely get 10 stars for going way above the customer service expectations. This is why I buy 99.9% of my parts form Auto Zone. Keep up the great work.

Rick and Austin at this location were awesome. Our alternator went out minutes from there so we drove straight there. We were 120 miles away from home. They loaned me tools to fix my van on the spot. Answered any questions I had. Tested what needed tested for me. They went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were not left stranded and that we had everything we needed.

Just picked up parts for a project Im working on at the house. Started by shopping on line. Found what I was looking for and called the store next morning. Was assisted on the phone by Will Kinney, who did a bang up job helping through a million questions. He helped me arrange my purchase for curbside pick up, which is huge in my book as I am immunocompromised, and catching Covid would be a death sentence.Many thanks to Will and the crew at the Seventh Street Autozone .

I actually remained in the vehicle while a friend went inside. Atmosphere was typical of an automobile store. According to the friend, help was minimal. The product selection was o.k., but not spectacular. There are like 46 things going on at the same time , kind of like a mismanaged circus.

I had my car towed to the 7th Street Auto Store. I thought I had a dead battery but it turned out to be something else. The store manager, Josh Miller was very kind, and patient with two older ladies and helped solve the problem. He went above his normal duties to make sure we were safe leaving the facility. Also, it was very hot outside, and the gentlemen inside got us chairs to sit on while they checked out the problem with my car. I will always continue to use AutoZone on 7th Street because of the kind and friendly service they offer.

This store is the best parts store around. They helped me with my engine light and didn’t charge me when I know other places would have! Great store!

Not only did they answer all my questions and point me in the right direction for everything I needed, they also were very kind and respectful.

I typically check Autozone before their competitors because they tend to have what I need in stock and also because of their rewards program.However; regarding automotive repair and parts, some of the employees are less knowledgeable than what I am personally comfortable with. In general, I will research the part on their app beforehand in order to reduce confusion and wait time. If you have questions regarding your issue, I recommended any other parts store but if not, take advantage of the rewards program.
