This is my new favorite shop. These guys are very professional and wont charge you for work you dont need. I wont be using any other mechanics period.

I didnt like the place. The man was dishonest to me. Told me the vehicle that I bought had the oil changed and the brakes changed. Took at the Ford two days later I have it checked the oil had not been changed in fact the oil was so old and the thing was leaking oil I had to change the rear brakes because there werent any. The guy sold me a car dishonestly. I would never recommend him and I would never buy another vehicle from him. The person tells you theyre going to do something and they dont do it theyre Liars. I hope what he did to me comes back on him tenfold. He should be ashamed of himself because I paid cash right there at the dealership and he lied to my face. The car was nowhere compared to what he told me it was. By the time I figured out what a mess the car was it was too late to take it back and I didnt have any money to buy another car and I got stuck with a lemon. Personally I think the man should be in jail.

I got a tip from a friend that owns another business same as mine and started looking. Found a great deal from a great Business, I bought a vehicle from Paul. I called him about a Tahoe he had for sale, Drove quite a way to get it. Got there, He stayed late for me and was exactly what he said on the phone. I didnt see any issues. Definitely a great business! 5 Stars all the way!

This is absolutely the single best vehicle purchasing experience of my life. There was no pressure and the service was professional and friendly. Once my choice had been made the paperwork was handled efficiently and certain special dispensations I required were taken care of happily. I bought a great vehicle at a fair price. The vehicle has operated spectacularly and when I had a slight problem it was addressed immediately. I thought I needed an alignment. But after inspection they said my tie rods were bad. They gave me a decent quote and I left. I had a friend check it and claim it was fine, it wasnt. The 2nd shop gave a similar quote. I didnt get my work done here, so Im basing my rating on politeness, and comparable price. If I lived closer to the shop it probably would have influenced my choice to go here. So due to no fault of their own I went with quote #2. I appreciate your help and time.

The staff at the Autobarn have been fabulous. From the no pressure sales experience, to service after the sale, our experience has been nothing but outstanding. If youre looking for flashy salesmen and gimmick pricing, do not come here! However, if you want honesty, integrity, and a hometown experience without all of the traditional dealership pitch, then you have found your home for current and future auto purchases. One of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable about cars. He took the time to answer all of our questions and allowed us the opportunity to test drive the car we liked. Once we decided to make the purchase, the transaction went smoothly. This is where I always take my car for an oil change. Great staff never charges an arm and a leg. Always works with you and even if I take the car in for an oil change they take a look at all other mechanic problems I have going on to let me know what I may need to invest in on my next visit.

After reading all the reviews there is no way Im going to even try to buy a truck from these guys. Sounds like a typical rip off used car place. This is sad, why do people do there best to screw people?

Will not answer their phones. This is after I talked to the operater! Not a very good experience. The professionalism is lacking majorly. I wanted to buy a car they had listed on the website. Put my info in to be contacted as well as call them. No one answers!Called the parts department... guess what! No answer.Called again for service... NO ANSWER

I had work done on my truck and JT was so honest and didnt try to rip me off he told me what was wrong and gave me an exact price.. Will be going back for more work soon

BEWARE OF THE AUTO BARN THIS THIEF HE WILL RIP YOU OFF! I have never felt more ripped off in my life!!!!!! This guy Murrel needs to be put in jail! I took my dads dodge and my chevy trucks to him to have the transmissions checked out. First he looks at my dads dodge and tells Oh you cant drive that home to Utah that tranny is shot! my uncle had just changed the fluid but was not able to get the pan to seat back on without leaking, they did re-tap the pan and stop the leak. then when we get it home my dad checks the fluid the next day and it was 1 ½ Quarts low! The owner Murrel tells my dad he can put a new tranny in for $3,000 out the door, then not 20 minuets later he tells me that its gonna be $3,000 PLUS Whatever taxes he could throw on there. Now on to where the real screwing began! I asked him to drain and replace the tranny fluid in my truck (the fluid was a bit hight when i took it to him) He starts telling me thats going to be expensive because the special fluid need so I told I already had the fluid and the filter in my truck I just didnt want to do it myself because I am traveling and dont feel like messing with it. So he agreed to just bill me for shop labor at $75 per hour Fair enough. about two hours later I get a cal from Murrel saying I need to get down there an look at my truck! So we went right back and they tell me my radiator water pump and thermostat are blown and Im going to have to replace them! He gave me a quote of !$1,100 out the door, just so its clear at the time all this is going on Im staying with family and had no internet access to find prices on anything and the took this pump and put pressure on my cooling system and it was just spueing water and it wasnt going anywhere! So I told him fine just fix it he gave me some BS story that he was saving me because he wasnt charging for overlap time and told me they already fixed the transmission. (THE ONLY THING I WANTED HIM TO DO!!!) So $1,100 later Ive got a new radiator, water pump and thermostat I take my truck home to find I have three of the 8 Quarts of tranny fluid still in the the back of my truck and no filter so i look at the fluid because I my dads was so low and I find the fluid is in the EXACT same high spot and looks exactly the same as when I gave it to them THEY STOLE MY STUFF AND RIPPED ME OFF AND DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK AT MY TRANNY FLUID TO SEE WHERE IT WAS AT!!! Just to top all this off I am finally able to get online and I looked up all the parts that supposedly cost over $650 and I could have bought them all on Amazon prime with two day free shipping for $266** . I will be filing any charges I can against the AutoBarn and Murrel Not that that will do any good but if nothing els I really hope I can save someone els from getting ripped off and cost that crook his Business. I will also file a complaint with the BBB. If you reading this Murrel I hope when karma comes around for you you remember me. You really just cant stay in business when you are a crook! PS I did take all my old parts just to get them checked out because I am just sure they pumped up my coolant system up with too much pressure to make it blow! If I find a way to prove it I will go after these crooks with every dime I have and make them pay! Update We made the trip back from FL to UT and I had my mechanic check out my dads truck and the transmission is perfectly fine the fluid and filter deed need changed but that all! they did find that the turbo is not working properly but that has nothing to do with the tranny! Murrel your going to burn in hell! BEWARE OF THE AUTO BARN THIS THIEF HE WILL RIP YOU OFF!
