Traveling St. Augustine to Gainesville, when tire pressure light came on between Hastings and Palatka. Tire Kingdom was only car place I could find open. Felt bad cause were closing soon, trying to get vehicles already there done so could get home, but took the time to check my tires and make sure all at correct pressure.

Well they are nice. Very helpful but don’t own the store, so they do what they can. Price comparisons were high. Wait time was long several times. Coffee provided in the mornings, air conditioned waiting area, clean bathrooms.... that’s a plus

Brought my wifes car into the shop to get a fresh new set of tires and oil changed because I needed to take her car to North Carolina for a work trip.I dropped the car off the day before my trip at 7:30am and told Alec that I can pick the car up a bit after 5pm. They had the car for the entire day to get the tires on and change the oil. At this point, business as usual, got a call in the early afternoon telling me that my cars battery was nearly dead, the car was out of alignment and the air filter needs to be replaced. The car is 2 years old, so battery bit was a bit questionable, but whatever. I had a 12 hour round trip a head of me, which I told them about, so I told them to do the alignment and air filter. At least they are thoroughly looking at the car.My wife and I pick the car up a bit after 5:30 and she drives it home and tells me it does not feel right. Unfortunately, I did not pay it any mind.Woke up the next morning to get on the road and noticed that the tire pressure sensor is on. So, I go around the car and notice that the right rear had 56lbs of pressure and the left rear 21lbs. Great. Perhaps they just did not adjust after they fit the tires. I adjusted the tires, called Joe at shop, and let him know that a tech may have messed up and hit the road.Only to find out that the car has an extremely strong vibration going down 207. At this point, I know that I will not be able to drive 6 hours in this condition, so I called Joe back and let him know that I need to swing around for them to fix it. It is now 8am and I was supposed to be in NC for a meeting at 1pm, it is not happening at this point.~2 hours later I hit the road. The tech did not balance the tires properly. Stuff happens, could be a new tech, whatever. A bit annoyed, but like I said stuffs happens.Now here is where I get upset. I drive to NC and halfway back, I notice a weird grinding noise while going through a drive through. I pull off and look under the car to find that the tech did not securely replace the plastic undercarriage cover for the oil filter. It has been dragging under my car for the last 800 miles.So now here we are, after spending over $1000 dollars on tires and basic maintenance with the car being in their possession for nearly 12 hours. I must wonder if this guy properly replaced the oil in the car. Did he use the correct oil? Is the oil filter even on correct? Is there a new air filter? Certainly, the tires were not on correct so what else?TLDR: Double check the work.All and all though, everyone that I spoke to were great. But man, what a mess. Dot the Is and cross the Ts. Stuff like this can cause serious injury and damage to the car.

I went for a new tire and was treated very nice . They got my new tire in pretty quickly and the man Joe that took care of me was really nice .

I had an issue with a leak in a tire. I left my car for the day because they were swamped. My car was ready for me when I went to pick it up. The issue had been resolved and they did not charge me. He spent quite a bit of time addressing the issue but never gave up. He made sure all the tires had the correct amount of pressure. I was impressed with the care they took to ensure the inside of my car did not get soiled. I have taken my car to this Tire Kingdom many times and have ALWAY received fair service.

I only went there today because it was the weekend and my mechanic was closed. Ive seen too many times where the employees tries to deceive a customer or flat lied to them about the problem with their vehicle to make the issue much more than it was in attempt to stick them with a very costly bill for a repair that was completely unnecessary. I dont even buy tires there because I can get the same tires for less money at other places

My issue was taken care of quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

On the expensive side. Nothing is included here. Always nickle and diming you on already higher prices. Overfilled my oil and didnt properly align the light side of my tires with the valves. Surprising a company that likes their money allows for extra waste in oil and wheel weights. Overall though I am pleased.

I love tire kingdom. They always take care of me even if I walk in. Making an appointment is always better but sometimes a flat tire happens. When it does I dont wait super long. They are friendly and explain everything. I definitely recommend tire kingdom!

One and a half hours to get an oil change with an appointment. Ok customer service. Overheard that the time overrun was mostly from less then competent employees. Luckily they didnt follow through on any inspections and try to up sell me, I know what my truck needs. Could be worse but obviously could be better.

I had my car taken care of by the guys at Tire Kingdom and couldnt have gone to a better place. I am new to the area and didnt know what to expect. Eddy that was the one that reported everything that he and Joe had to do. Very reasonable price and also the fact these guys worked all day and then stayed late so I could have my car back. They are just above and beyond anything I am used to. Would I suggest doing business with them? The answer is absolutely. Thanks to all you guys down there.

Came in for an emergency tire repair on a Friday afternoon. They were very busy and agreed to fix it up with a fairly quick turn around. They needed a little bit of extra time to finish the job (I said they were *busy*) and, without my asking, gave me the repair without charge. These are friendly, conscientious service people. Been there many times, but drove right past! They got new signage. It has white background, not yellow. Still great service, though. Said theyd be 1 1/2 hours, finished in 15 minutes, if that, and it was only $11 to balance a wheel and shake some clay out of a couple of wheels.

DO NOT take aftermarket wheels to this place! They placed multiple GREY 1/4oz weights in a single area on a painted BLACK wheel instead of using larger BLACK weights. Damaged the area around the center cap when removing it then denied responsibility.

So I wanted to share this review after I had an experience there that was less than favorable but then Joe took care of the problem and made everything better. Went in on a Friday it was busy, I got back into my truck I realize a few miles down the road they had not reset any of my lights. So I called spoke to Joe told him my situation you should bring it back a d Ill fix it and he did. So to me that definitely deserves a high review your customer service experience is a factor that is very important and Tire Kingdom they take care of their customers. Go into Palatka Tire Kingdom and feel sure you will have good service.Update,I continue to take my truck to Joe and his crew. They are always helpful and able to get me back on the road.I would like to thank them for their continued efforts to help get me back on the road. Stopped because I needed air in my tire and asked if they could help me stay out of the storm. Quickly fixed me up. Oh, did I say the fellow came out to my car as soon as I pulled up?

Good honest people with good honest quotes and workmanship. Have come here a few times now for oil changes and other works and leave with no complaints. Has good warranties on many of their works and materials. Its always busy when I come here. But theyll make sure that your car gets taken care of.

Tire in motorhome had a slow leak. Scott was amazing. He had a tech remove both rear tires on that side, test for a leak under water, replace the valve stem, refill proper air level, and re-mount the tires on the RV. He then said No charge, and kept refusing when I tried to insist on paying something. I cant rave enough about how refreshing it is to encounter a company and staff with such terrific customer service!

I have good and bad experiences here. For tires it is great, for brake jobs they do not use original replacement pad. The pad they put on my car I had to replace sooner then expected. It was because they were not the proper width of the pad and only used part of the disk. Replaced with the proper pads at another auto shop. Also, got an estimate on the right rear bearing assembly and they wanted $495, went down the road to another dealer and got it replaced for $249. what a price difference. New tires the other day. Great price and be sure to ask for Scott. He will take care of you. :(

A warranty realignment, no cash exchanging hands. They did a great job. They took my car right in even though they were very busy. In and out in less than 1 hour, and my car handles great now. I can see why this place is so busy. They are doing it right.

SORRY place of business. Repair order says left frt tire for spare.....pretty simple right ? Not here, they dismount the tire , throw in the back , where the FLAT SPARE tire is laying. Then they mount 4 new tires.We go to pick vehicle up. Find the FLAT spare , and the useless tire laying in the back , then service writer , tells Moma he wants 10 dollars to mount said tire on spare rim. I did not know this had transpired.. I am afraid she would had to have bailed me out of jail...SORRY OF AN EXCUSE for a tire shop.. On the wall it says Shop rate 108.99 per hr FREAKIN JOKE

Saved the day for us on a Sunday when we were in a rush to get to St Augustine. They couldn’t have nicer or more helpful!

Very nice and professional employees work there but they are a bit slow and kind of pricey. I had an appointment but it still took 3 hours to put on tires I brought in and an alignment. This cost me $177

On a Saturday when other local shops were closed, Tire Kingdom in Palatka, FL fit my air leaking tire into their packed appointment schedule. I had a very minimal wait before Scott Ferrell sat down beside me to tell me he had fixed my leaking tire stem. I had put air in the tire 2 days in a row & eventually heard the air leaking from the stem. He did not try to sell me a new tire & charged me nothing for the fast repair as he said I told him what was wrong. We talked about his training in Laurens, SC at the Michelin test track which I know well since I am a retired Michelin employee from the Michelin North America SC headquarters. Michelin bought out part of Tire Kingdom in 2018. I am pleased to have such great honest customer service representing my company & will definitely get my new Michelin Tires at Tire Kingdom where they treat you right.

Great price quick service

Very unsatisfied with the service I received. I went in for a simple alignment, i was told it would be about 45 mins to do the job and that I would get a call when it was done. Hours later I had to call and still it wasnt ready. After getting in my truck I immediately saw that it wasnt right. Had anyone test drove it they would have seen it was pulling hard to the left. I mean if I let go of the wheel I was in a ditch. It was worse than when I brought it in. Went back and was given nothing but attitude from the girl up front. They attempted 3 different times and each time was worse than the last. After all the trouble I asked for my money back and took it to Tobys alignment and it was done right the first time and for cheaper! Tire kingdom charged me 88$ and Tobeys was only 40$ I will never do business with this place. Overpriced and worthless.

Brought my truck there for an install of four tires which I purchased online. As someone who was a tire tech for years Im always a bit paranoid taking my vehicle anywhere so I tend to watch. The rather young fella who tended to my truck was extremely careful and precise about it. No stripped lug nuts, no torn tire beads, properly torqued the lugs all the way around and ended up with a pretty smooth ride for a larger truck tire. Friendly sales staff making check in and check out as quick as possible. Very reasonable mount/balance fees. I recommend this place for sure :)

I had an appointment, they were waiting for me when I got there. I had a nail in my tire and they repaired it and I was on my way in under an hour. Pleasant conversation in the waiting area also.

Took truck there today to have it aligned had a appointment for 2pm when I get there they tell me there double booked I call 1hr 30min later they said they just finished I get there its still on a lift.also alignment still not right and engine light is now on and they got grease all over inside of my truck terrible experience.

This has got to be THE sketchiest place Ive ever brought my car. Im a benefit of the doubt type of person but I was stupid on this front. Every time and I mean every time I brought my vehicle here something else that was never a problem before magically breaks down. Its the type of place that breaks things to bring you back in hopes that youre a fool like I was. DONT GO HERE!!

I took the Jeep in for its annual checkup with an appointment for 1:00pm and I was out of there at 2:00pm. Just needed a filter 😉. I feel the time was good but I did believe the price was a little iffy.
