Chris took great care and explained in deal what was going on in my car. I was able to bring the car in on the same day and a very nice serviceman gave me a ride back to my house. The car was ready the next day and Chris was able to get me checked out quickly.

I was told that I needed a tire rotation and transmission flush. Had no clue what the numbers 13 meant...only thought I needed an oil change. Jason explained to me. My inspection showed my brakes need replaced. Will be going back. Was treated well and they were on time with service.

I loved the service advisor, Pippo Catalla. He answered my call when I scheduled the service and then happened to check me in when I arrived. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I want to get tires in the near future so he escorted me to that department just to get an idea of the cost. I will definitely ask for him next time.

Pippo, Service specialist, checked my tires prior to a 1,000 mile trip and told me they were good for my trip but replaced them upon returning. With new tires and an Alignment it was drifting to the right. Brought it back and reset the “toe in” quickly and I was back on the road. Thanks for the extra care and explanation.

Ladies beware. Service advisors weaponize the Honda recommended schedule and artfully intimidate you. The service advisor said that our brake fluid failed and needed to be replaced. When the service manager was asked about my bill, he said that they follow the Honda recommended schedule. Honda suggestions and failed fluid that must be replaced are a clever play on words. Invoice says if you have questions, contact the general manager. General manager does not respond, he sends the service manager who made it clear that the dealerships culture will send a twenty something woman looking for an oil change home with $900 in fluid changes (on a certified car purchased and maintained by this location). There are similar reports if you care to scroll back in the timeline. I strongly advise you avoid this service department.RESPONSE TO MCCARTHY POST: Your service manager has already given me the courtesy of a phone call, shared that the two advisors for my wife and daughter are among the best and defended the recommendations/work based on Honda publications. The service manager made it clear that his team gets in trouble if they dont attempt to run $70 Oil changes up with various fluids and filters. Now I know. The language in your online response doesnt match our experience. After I spoke to your service manager, I told my wife you guys were simply leveraging the recommend schedule. She said, thats not what she was told, she was told her brake fluid failed, and needed to be replaced. There was no mention of recommended schedules or preventative maintenance, your advisor clearly intended to make her believe her brakes were bad. I also learned from my daughter that your advisor quoted $50 to replace wipers. He charged her $100 after the fact. She was too intimidated to confront him as her ticket grew over $900. The phone call with your service manager started professional but toward the end he tried shaming. I dont need to go through that again.

Quality and work is fine but was charged over $800 in labor for service that took them 1.5 hours. That labor rate is astronomical compared to most shops. Also paid $80 for an oil change which is double what it was under previous owners. In addition, they are charging frivolous fees like “document storage”.

I had the BEST experience here! Josh went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my car was completely taken care of and helped deal with the extended warranty company!! I drove away feeling like my car was brand new and most importantly safe and fixed. I also trusted Josh, he was very honest and reasonable and had wonderful customer service. I will definitely be coming back for all my car maintenance needs!! Definitely recommend.

I pulled in with no notice, had tire leaking air over the past week and they helped me out very quickly. One of the service coordinators looked over my tires and figured out there was a leak and they got it patched up very quickly. They kept my cost low, were looking out for my best interest. I came here after subpar experiences at several other KC Honda dealerships. Technicians here were friendly and efficient. They were accommodating as I wanted an AC check shortly before a long trip and they got me in the next day. I will be back. Miles ahead of other Honda dealerships in the area when it comes to service.

Quick check in. Recommended some services I just couldn’t afford all at once, but I did all of the maintenance items. This obviously has a new owner. Not told of how car checked out until I asked. I used to get a print out of the maintenance items but not this time. Also they parked my car for pickup on a large block of ice and was told to be careful of the ice patch that I had to walk directly on to get into my car. Most of the parking lot was melted, so I’m not sure why they parked it there. Overall everyone was courteous and my car was done in about an hour.

If I had the money, I’d buy 10 cars from this location for absolutely no reason at all. The guys in the shop were awesome. One guy in particular gave me fresh tamales that he’d bought from a local vendor. I will be returning for any/all car maintenance in the future.

I went in to the dealership rather than my usual spot I go to for maintenance because I figured they would already have the parts available that I needed replaced (lock actuators for my 07 Honda CR-V), and they did. I do wish I had taken my time to compare prices with my usual shop because it ended up being a pretty steep bill (~$1400 after taxes). That being said, I knew it wouldnt be a cheap repair and they had my car ready the next day, which was great. The customer service was great, and the guy who checked me in seemed excited about his job, which is always awesome, to me. The guy who checked me out was also friendly, so I had an all-around great experience service-wise.I actually bought my car from this dealership originally, and had great customer service then, too. Not sure about repairs, but Ill definitely be back when its time to retire my CR-V.

I appreciate that they don’t talk down to me and they explain why they’re recommending various services without being pushy or condescending. When I drove my car away today, I was shocked—it handled like a new car (admittedly, I was way overdue for some of the repairs...). Very pleased with my visit.

Pippo greeted me with a big smile & friendly attitude. His disposition made me feel at ease that my vehicle was in his hands.Maintenance was finished quickly. When I went to pay, I made a comment about my old vehicle & what I liked about it. With that being said Puppy asked if he could take me up front to show me something. I agreed. He introduced me to a salesman who then proceeded to show me the new design on opening the back hatch of the crv with ease. The me design opened with a button. This of course got me to thinking I needed to upgrade my vehicle to a newer model.Thanks to Pippo, my husband & I are planning on a vehicle purchase.

Great experience with McCarthy. I had warranty engine work to be done and they got it approved and completed in about 24 hours. Significantly faster than I anticipated. I received a mailer for an oil change. I have had my oil changed here on a coupon several times. Every time has been good. I don’t feel like they try to up sell you—this time they didn’t even mention any additional suggested work. You get a diagnostic print out which is helpful to see what things might be starting to wear out.

I had appt and there were many in line and in garage. I was nervous even though everyone but one had mask! I think garage doors should stay open to allow air in and out! Just got an oil change, homies did a full inspection on everything I didn’t think they would do in the timely manor they did. They didn’t try to upsell me or get me to buy or do anything else like other places, but only told me what needs/should be done when and they time. In and out. What else could you ask for? Good but pricey, don’t take your car here unless you have worked on your car and you are out of options, sometimes they’re willing to bargain with you but most of the time they’re overcharging for the maintenance which is understandable because that’s how they make their money but if you don’t know how it works I would recommend going to your local mechanic first to see if they can bargain with you
