We had them install an outdoor heater. there were problems with the initial installation when they did not have enough cable. they immediately scheduled a return visit to correct this. there were problems the 2nd time with programming new system that they had never used. they immediately called the company were totally reliable and professional in getting it working. The entire crew was professional and pleasant. They all worked very hard on our very old condo in Long Beach, CA. After Completion by Billy ?We asked for a reciept? Billy called Steve and Steve promised to send Receipt after Billy ? was done. We paid CASH and tipped Billy ? too. What was Billys Last Name & is he Licensed by the State of CA?Later, as promised by Steve, he never sent a reciept.The 2nd Job, Billy ? was REQUESTED by me again.Without informing me Steve sent 2 Guys (Names ? & are these guys Licensed by CA Electrician info Unknown?)Billy & Again as I requested & NO RECEIPT ? TWO TIMES.*Note: INSTALLERS WERE PAID BOTH TIMES.However, the 2nd Time after paying his California Electrical Licensed Installer???I again, called Steve to request the Reciept(s) from the 1st & 2nd Jobs. Steve said, he would get to it on the Weekend. Steves techs came on time and performed a light fixture replacement on the outside of my house which was about 15 feet up the wall. They also replaced bulbs in two outdoor spotlights which required a ladder to get to.The work was done correctly and without fuss.I will use Steve again when I need electrical work done in the future.

We bought a new house and while walking around in the attic, it stepped on a wire and saw a huge spark. I called Steve and had him come out to check it out. It turned out the when the house had a remodel, the electrician decided to splice an aluminum wire to the AC (30 Amps) to a downsized coper wire, this caused major heat causing the wire nuts to melt and short when I stepped on the wire. Steves crew ran a new wire from the breaker box to the AC unit.They did good work at the price quoted.

Steve came out initially to see what he had to work with our 80s setting up a Tesla wall charger in my garage. Did a great job of explaining options and detailing what needed to be done, and then one of his fellows came out within the week and got it done. 60 amp breaker was not available, but they got me up and running with a 50 amp breaker until they can switch it out with a 60.And when the job was done and actually came in significantly less then the original estimate.If I need anymore electrical work,, I wont call anyone else.
