Our home is a spec home and unfortunately the developer did not make it a smart home. The team was very thorough in devising a base plan, which they implemented. Along the way we have noticed additional updates for buildout. We communicated our needs to Shaun. He and his team members such as Laura were able to follow through with a workable plan. Recently, we had them hard wire our office/gym network. Our internet speed in the office increased from 30 to 500, which has been very necessary and helpful especially with our “work from home” requirements. Thank you!
