Great location prices are a bit high on most stuff but they have some gems and also do sales every now and then and you can get very good deals.This is the best location to get led stripes top quality and very knowledgeable team they have they will direct you on what you need but most of the time for pricy stuff.All in all great variety but this store is focused on high end customers and designers.Ask for mike sales rep.

Everyone here was so nice and helpful! Today after learning that the light we wanted was on back order, Darien and the manager allowed us to take the floor sample and made the whole experience pleasurable. They were very helpful when a came to purchase something. Unfortunately I had to return my purchase due to a manufacturing defect. Again, they showed that customer service is their priority. This is a great place. I walked in and found a 4000k LED right away. Gently range lamp and fixtures galore. My wife wanted a specific light range. There were plenty to choose from.

I called the Orange store and immediately experienced multiple dismissive remarks by the one who answered the phone. I did not respond in kind. The ease with which the person kept behaving rudely was its own cause for concern. It appears that rude behavior toward customers is ok.

Six employees standing around all in personal conversations amongst themselves, unaware of the potential buyers within the store. We were not greeted upon arrival, nor were the others as they entered behind us a few moments later. The entering of two parties did not deter the employees from their conversations. No employees came over to offer assistance or offer suggestions. Lousy costumer service. Light fixtures were beautiful, prices were highly inflated.

Ive shopped here a lot. Lots of selection and knowledgeable staff. This is where electricians shop for fixtures and bulbs. I bought mostly landscape lights. Ive been very happy and keep going back for more.

Just called about a ceiling fan replacement arm and because I didnt know the make and model# I was told sorry, cant help you with that...huh? Why not ask me to bring it in? Because she, didnt catch her name, spoke too fast, didnt want to help. Im really surprised because I have always gotten help when Ive called or shown up... for years. Dont get it. What a bummer.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly Owners and Staff!

Went to Lightbulbs Etc. to buy a crystal chandelier and dining room light. Could not even get a hello from any employee and they literally turned off the lights 10 minutes before closing without any acknowledgement. Victors Lighting in Orange will definitely receive our business of at least $2000.

I needed to replace flourescent light bulbs and the light fixture used those 2 prong base ones. Having read of the mercury problems with fluorescent bulbs I wanted LED bulbs and I was prepared to pay for them. Salesman brought out an adapter that allowed me to go to a regular base and an LED bulb that cost just shy of $3.
