Was going to just click 5 stars and leave it at that because Im speechless. I havent put down my bag of beef jerky since I drove home with it. The variety,the freshness, the juiciness,the long lasting flavors!! The people running this establishment know exactly what theyre doing. Everyone reading this should definitely give it a try!I also included my dog cause he was waiting on the edge of his seats for some Jerky!

Just went there, I am a veteran and have a service dog who is registered and can go anywhere the public can go. This old man the told me I could get them closed down if the health inspector comes in. I told him my dog is registered and can go anywhere the public can go, ask if he wanted to see my card to prove it. He said it dont matter to me. Then why you opening your mouth about it.You wanna talk about the health inspector. How about them just grabbing the meat with their bare hands, not using gloves. Maybe the health inspector should see that. I will never go back to that disgusting unsanitary place.

The jerky, meat sticks, & baked beans are sooo good! The gentleman who was helping me was good, but not overly personable (which is ok because he was very helpful).. definitely let me try a bunch which helped me what 44 sticks to get to bring home, lol. I spent almost $90!!!Ken cashed me out, very personable & talks with a smile. He said my husband is a wise man for sending on a mission there to bring back his favorites to the East Coast. He also gave me $1 coin as part of my change, which I collect & save. A little extra that made it more memorable.When we move here in a few months, we will definitely be regulars! Now I know why my husband has been talking about this place as being one of his favorites when he lived here.

Great meats, well cut, well portioned. The jerky and dried meat sticks are delicious, but are subject to spells of unavailability. Because of that, cant give a full five starts. But love this place, and feel like Ive stepped in a time machine when I walk in.

I work there so I know how good everything is... not just saying because of that... weve actually converted several vegans!

The choices are awesome and the quality of the product is excellent.

We ordered a Turducken and when we went to pick it up, they did not have it ready. Ken worked until it was done and brought it to us. That is real service. Will for sure be shopping there soon!

Very nice service. So kind. And yes my husband ate all his jurkey on our way home. He loved it. But he really wanted pickled herring.

What a gem! Ive shopped several times here and each time the service and meat are impeccable! The building has such old character that when I visit its like stepping back in time when service was personable and the food was local. Id much rather pay a little more to support a local business!

This is an old timey butcher shop with tons of great cuts of meat and dozens of different types of sausage and bratwurst. I recommend this place to my friends.

What a selection of prime meats! Its like walking into an old butcher shop with the personalized service and cooking tips all in one. The standing rib roast was the perfect meal for the Friday after Thanksgiving. So much better than leftovers.

Mr. Stoysich is extremely talented in his sausage and cold cut making. Wonderful Tasso, Capicola, Hungarian Salami, and Jalapeno Cheddar Salami. Plus, Reuben Sausages!

Everytime I call to ask about availability of meat I am either hung up on or they are very rude. will not do buisness with them.* We stopped in anyway due to a friend wanting something and us being in the vehicle with them. Excellent selection, knowledgable staff, fair pricing. Too bad their phone etiquette wasnt better.
