My parcel was placed on a truck for delivery today and was guaranteed to arrive by 8.00pm, now at 5.30pm I am being told that my package wasnt delivered and will come tomorrow. If it couldnt get off the truck today how will it get off the truck tomorrow? Edit: when I called to inquire about my problem the customer service representative hung up on me. Absoutley outrageous service. 2nd edit: turns out even though they scanned it onto the delivery van it never made it onto a delivery van. So it was at the depot all day where I could have picked it up, while two customer service agents tole me it was out for delivery. I now get to repeat this whole charade tomorrow.

Why is there no direct number to this place? I am beyond sick & tired of their drivers marking my packages as undeliverable because I was not home, when I was most definitely home at the times. I have a ring doorbell as well. ZERO notifications, zero ringing the doorbell, zero attempts to drop off. They have thrown my items over my fence, including a keurig. They do not follow up when you call customer service about packages randomly not being delivered when they say they will. I have items coming for my wedding and who knows what comdition they will show up in or if at all.

They wanted 12$ to ship a watch to Seattle and was going to take 3 days. The post office was only 4.75$ next day.

Was treated badly, then overcharged. Mgr corrected but actually we were still overcharged. Theyre closed now til Tuesday so now we have to go all the way back and deal with them again. I do not recommend this location. Im really unhappy!

Great Fed Ex! Easy to find. Good location. Not too far from the freeway. Employees are very nice and friendly. Place is really bright and clean. Close parking.

Painless drop off service. The staff is polite and professional, the business grounds are clean and orderly. Theres an Express drop-off box outside in front of the super wide automatic doors. A few handicapped parking spots and several standard spots are in front of the building, with a handful across the lane as well. Once you come in youll see a variety of packaging materials, with boxes of various sizes and clearly marked prices. One included a photo of the pick-up times and current hours as of this post.

This seems like a really good location! They got me my package even though I didnt explicitly request that it be here for pick up. And they even let me sit inside while I waited for my uber since there was so much rain outside.

We received a notification that a delivery was attempted yesterday, 8-21-19, which wasnt expected until today. No big deal, well just pick it up in Lacey today, 8-22. After driving an hour to the location we are told the package is still in CA. How can that be? Using FedEx tracker, the package shows its at the Lacey, WA location. Nope we are told, its a system error and the shipment hasnt left CA. So, long story short, waisted an hour driving to pick up a package that was reported to be at the Lacey location and the package is still in CA despite the fact it should have been delivered today. To top it off, the manager couldnt be bothered to try and explain why this error occurred or try to make it right. I recommend not bothering to use FedEx and certainly dont bother trusting their tracking system, it doesnt work.

The ladies here are always friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue sending packages from here and prefer to ship from here vs. the other FedEx in town. Even Brown likes this place though I think his boss might have some heartburn over itNeed to bring back shipping labels though.

I have been waiting for a package since Wednesday. It was weather delayed but still due here today. It was shown as not able to deliver due to us being closed. Wrong, we are open I have been here working since 7AM. Try to call and they are closed, cant leave a message. This is the second time this has happened with FedEx. I have had nothing but problems shipping with FedEx lately! I paid for EXPRESS shipping for something arrive here by TODAY! All day I kept looking at my tracking and it continued to say that it was in Seattle, WA but it was time stamped 11:30PM. Absolutely NO tracking was updated today! NOTHING! I kept calling and they kept telling me that it would be here by 8pm. I finally called about an hour ago and they said your package is in Olympia, WA but it cant be delivered today. I asked them if I could go pick it up and they say its in a container we cant retrieve it. Well, I told them to hold it because ALL be damned if I im going to wait around again tomorrow. I will be there first thing in the morning to retrieve it. I will not choose to ship with FedEx again.

I have never had any other problems with fedex before because I usually dont use them, but the option to hold at location should be offered to everyone and every package. I could have had my package today if I was allowed to pick up MY OWN DAMN PACKAGE! That I paid for. FedEx, you should work on that.

Its 1:02 on a Saturday. They closed at 1. The staff will see you through the doors with your package and laugh at you, mockingly saying theyre closed.Not impressed.

Great customer service called the driver for me to see when the package would arrive to the FedEx Facility. Really appreciated that extra step

Either its the same driver, or a couple of different IDIOTS working here. Two separate times in the past couple of months, Ive watched a delivery driver drive past my house, fast and not even looking at the addresses, only to check the tracking immediately and see my packages delivered to the WRONG HOUSE. Maybe they should hire some competent drivers who will pay attention to what theyre doing.

After spending all day on phone with these people we find out my package was delivered to a completely different address down the road from us so mad at FedEx... i have Never once had a problem with UPS getting my packages to me needless to say i will Never use FedEx again!!!!!

Twice in one month multiple packages delivered to some other address and filed as delivered to my door. I have a surveillance system on my home to prove packages are not delivered. I do not want to know how many other people are victim to their terrible delivery service, but this is completely unacceptable. I am completely afraid of having anything shipped by FedEx.
