Both people working the desk were rude. The first guy seemed to be unsure of how to do his job and then the lady that tried to help was incredibly unpleasant. Both were unprofessional and unwilling to be helpful in any sort of customer service capacity.

Each time I have reason to visit this UPS store Im amazed with the efficient and friendly folks in there. The last Amazon return I took in was almost as though UPS was expecting me to show up right then. I said I had a return to ship. The woman at the counter reached into her printer on the table and produced a label in seconds. She took the box from me and said: Ok, thanks, Ill take care of it. Thats it? Yes,,, have a good day. I left in amazement. On my drive home a notice came to my phone from Amazon stating a credit had been issued. WOW!

This UPS store is close to home. The clerks are very very friendly and most helpful. I have been doing business with them for over 2 years. All of my parcels have been packed carefully. The parcels have arrived at their desinations with out damages nor missing contends. Most of all on time as noted. I highly recommend this store.Thank you.

Service is great, never had problems with shipping. BUT, the in-store items are waaayyyy overpriced. I bought one roll of Scotch mailing tape (22.2 yds) that cost $7.99!!! Because I didnt have time to go anywhere else first and had to ship the package today, I bought it. But later, I bought 2 packages of Scotch mailing tape (27.7 yds each and wider) at Target for less than what the one roll of inferior tape cost at UPS. Shame on you UPS for price gouging.

The UPS store on Cooper Point Rd. in Olympia provides great service, a friendly staff and overall an amazingly positive experience. Ive been working with these folks for about 3 years now.... I have had two very good experiences with this UPS store, my wife however was treated in a discriminatory fashion and no one would help her. This was a completely unnecessary and a rude situation in which case either was a simple misunderstanding or incompetence, and my wife was made to feel extremely uncomfortable. The situation was not handled professionally, and we have chose to do business with another company that had zero problems in regards to the use of a notary public for this commonly seen form.

Im a travelling RN and only come home every 2-4 months. Its great that I can have my mail kept in a safe place with no worries. Plus theyve always been quick about forwarding my mail to me in case I cant get home quickly enough.

I bring them packages and they ship them. They do it real good. Sometimes they put labels and address them and they do it correctly. Never had any problems. I mean, it’s UPS store. They sure do ship those packages. Every time.

I had a great experience at the UPS store on the west side of town. It was busy Christmas season and they were very patient and gave a lot of care to the items I wanted to send overnight. Everything turned out great and my kids loved their presents, everything arrived safely and nothing was broken, and it was delivered on time. Furthermore, I saved a trip to the post office and saved money too. I highly recommend this UPS store. The staff was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable.

The manager was great. I had a 90 lb. embroidery machine to ship back east. She made sure that it was packed according to insurance specifications. The machine received damage in transit. Because of the care taken in packing and the managers one on one contact with the adjuster it went very smoothly.

This is the only place I ship packages. Ive shipped packages approximately 10 times and every time they are helpful and friendly. Great place and nice people who are willing to help. Highly recommend.

Every experience Ive had at this UPS location has been pleasant. The employees all seem to go out of their way to be helpful, and I cant thank them enough for making it easy and convenient to ship just about anything. Also, Jacob was such an amazing help last time I was in the store. He helped me navigate their box selection for an odd shaped item I needed to ship. He was patient and incredibly helpful.

Employees were friendly. I came in on a Saturday and informed the employees I had to ship a laptop that had to arrive on Tuesday. I was informed that Next Day Air Saver would have the package picked up Monday and delivered Tuesday (Olympia to Kansas).Something happened and the package didnt get picked up until Tuesday, so the laptop wont get there until Wednesday. This creates all sorts of problems, as the recipient is leaving town (was hoping to do so with her new laptop), and now she may or may not be back in town in time to pick it up from the UPS depot before they do whatever they do with unclaimed packages.I can predict the following response: You should have planned ahead and not waited to ship until the last minute. Well thats not any of your business. If I pay $173 to ship a laptop, I am counting on UPS efficiency and systems to track it right and get it there when its supposed to. Instead, it sat in this location for an extra day.I called and was informed that a 10 day refund process would happen. If it works and I get a refund for the shipping costs, I will be satisfied, but even if the shipping is free, its too late to help our situation.All UPS are not created equal, apparently. Just look at the reviews.

I have used this store for years and have always had great service. The employees are very proficient and courteous.

I am not happy with the new policy of this store not printing out emails/labels for you. Last time I went there I had to turn around and go home and come back. They do have a computer for customers to use but I could not login to my personal email to print the label. I will now be using the post office whenever possible because this store is no longer offering a high level of customer service in my opinion.

I live in Alaska and had to ship something home after the holidays. The ladies at this store were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful! Im happy to report that every single one of my crystal champagne flutes arrived today... in one piece! After I left the store the ladies individually wrapped every single one and made sure they were secure. I also had several other breakables in the box that made it safely as well. Wonderful customer service and a perfectly delivered package... it doesnt get much better than that.

Manager doesnt know the policies of UPS or handle any one who asks a question. Attempted to ship an optic and manager told me all gun related items had to be shipped via the distribution center. When asked why something that is like binoculars would need to shipped at a different location, she became belligerent and rude. Went to distribution center and they advised I should have been able to ship it there and that the policy doesnt cover optics. Its specific to gun parts.

The ladies who run this store are wonderful! We have shipped over $3000.00 worth of household goods. Every box was perfect. If we lived in Olympia we would not use any other UPS store!

Poor customer service. One of the staff was rude. I have seen the same staff member being rude to other customers in the past. Basically it seems like she does not want the business to do well, with an attitude like that. Well it worked...I will take my business elsewhere. I hope the owner sees this and realizes one of their staff really needs to be fired. The rest of the staff have been good so far. Just the one with a terrible attitude. Too much attitude for an employee. Or maybe she is the owner so she can do whatever she wants. If so, I obviously do not expect a change!

I’ve come into this store several times before to stand in line with only 1 employee working the counter and another (or even 2) standing back and off to the side doing something else/eating (if you’re on lunch - go somewhere else...don’t be eating right behind the registers in the package holding area where we can see you and you watch us in line - makes us think you could be helping us but you’re choosing not to). It’s frustrating to know there are other employees there that aren’t being called up to help. But this last time all 3 employees greeted me when I walked in, offered to get me a cart (they’ve never done that before when I’ve carried in the same 45 lb shipments), and all smiled. THIS is the way it should be when going in to the store. I hope this is an indication of permanent changes! Please keep up the good work!

Easy to find, park at, and use this UPS store. Often use as the UPS drop off when we are going to be out of town when a package is due to be delivered and we dont want it sitting in the drive way unattended for days.

I like my UPS Mailbox Store, I like the people who work there; theyre friendly and call me by name when I come by to pickup packages and/or my mail. I really like that when a package is delivered, to them, I get an instantaneous email saying that my package has just arrived. I can easily give them a 5 STARS rating ! I called to find out how much my order would cost before I left home. I talked to a woman that I thought was the manager on the phone and I got her in person. I was quoted at $0.55 on the phone. She charged me $11.28 in person. I dont appreciate the bait and switch.That said, they were prompt and polite. At least they have that going!

Sent my wife to ship a steel slide for a custom gun. It has no firing capability nor the parts to fire at any point. Was told they dont ship gun parts per policy. Odd considering UPS ships ammo and other gun parts to my house regularly. I dont know why they have this policy and I dont wanna jump to conclusions on why. But it seems clear to me Which is to bad.

I had sent my $165 iron in for servicing a few days after Christmas and in the process, lost my tracking information. One month later, I contacted the company that services the iron to see about when it might be finished. They told me a bit longer. One more month pasted by and still no iron. Upon yet another inquiry, they told me that they needed the tracking information.My only hopeful option was to go back to the UPS store and ask if there was any possibility that someone could help me find the tracking number. A young woman named Sushan took time from her busy day to look AND find the tracking information. She printed it out for me and off I went. I honestly cannot thank her enough! This was the best customer service that I have ever received at a UPS store. She was not only helpful, but had a pleasant attitude an a smile--she told me not to worry that she would find the tracking number.The repair company admitted that they lost my iron and so they replaced it with a new one.

Really unprofessional and not helpful. Shipping should be much easier than this. I had my code ready but my phone was dying and they had no solutions for me despite there being a clear code under the scan icon. If this was my job I would have been much more reasonable and offer a solution instead of turning away a customer. A bit ridiculous. Use a different store if possible.

Still worst customer service ever. After 3 attempts to pick up a package UPS told me was there, met with blank stares of disinterest and mild annoyance at this imposition made on them, I finally had to resort to calling customer service at the 1-800 phone number they are only too eager to offer, as they reportedly know nothing. Ever. They knew nothing about anything except what I, myself, had access to online. Apparently, UPS was unable to deliver the package because they were full up. No one mentioned this to me. Poor training? Complete lack of interest in providing accurate information? Are they even a UPS store? Someone should tell UPS if they are not. Will never go there again for any service requiring assistance. Well probably all be happier for it. No love lost here. Definitely dont listen to owners defensive comments on here.

I came into this store expecting them to be able to take a package that I needed sent off that same day. The front counter lady told me that they couldn’t except the box because the insurance was too much and she wouldn’t sign for it. She told me that the tumwater branch would take it and sign for it. They closed in 10 minutes. Couldnt send off the package and got me in trouble with my work. I will now try and make sure to not that my company no longer uses their services. UPS is a terrible company.

This is a HORRIFIC UPS store. I was extremely disappointed with the service and store policy. They charge $2 to tape up one simple box and charge over $2 just to send them an email to print! The tape they use only costs $2 a roll and you can tape up about 40 boxes with one thing of 3 inch tape. I only used 6 strips of tape! $2 is absolutely ridiculous. So much for a one-stop-shop kind of place, I will NEVER EVER come here again and I strongly advise everyone else to steer clear. I know what a good UPS store is like because I work for one in a different state. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!

Today, I went into the Olympia UPS store #1902 a disorganized mess. Thank you Sushan! You were so patient and helpful, it felt like talking with family. The entire staff went out of their way to answer my questions, assist in completing orders, and even skipped their lunches to get the job done. I was blown away by their service and their attention to detail on all of the prints that were ordered. No matter what I asked, Sushan found a solution. Based off of the reviews, if someone doesnt have a good experience at this store, they are the problem.

Every time I send a package to a hiker on the Pacific Coast Trail, the Appalachian Trail, or the Continental Divide Trail the staff at UPS are fabulous and helpful.

I have gone to other UPS stores in the Olympia area and none of them are as good as this one. The staff here is very nice. Sushan has helped me many times and she has been more than courteous.
