LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT WITH THE NEW BED THAT KEEPS ME FROM 25 AGONIZING MINUTES EACH MORNING JUST TRYING TO STAND ERECT. NO MORE.ERIC POINTED OUT MATTRESS DEPOT HAD A PROMOTION FOR AN ADJUSTABLE BED, AND THAT I QUALIFIED. I JUMPED ON IT. GOOD THING. THE FOLLOWING WEEK THE DOCTOR SAID RAISE YOUR FEET EVERY DAY.THERE WAS A MINOR SNAFU IN THE DELIVERY. I GOT A STANDARD BASE INSTEAD OF THE ADJUSTABLE ONE. ERIC AND HIS DELIVERY CREWS, MYRON, RICKY, DALTON & BILLY WERE ALL OUTSTANDING. THE ERROR WAS CORRECTED SO QUICKLY I WAS AMAZED. THE DELIVERY CREWS WERE BOTH MORE HELPFUL THAN I HOPED. Wow! I initially dreaded looking for a new mattress and put it off for quite awhile. Especially knowing it would require lots of visits to different stores and doing research to find the “right one” for me. But, all that changed after visiting the Mattress Depot store in Olympia and talking with Eric, the store manager. He really knew about the mattresses they carried and helped me find the perfect one to meet my needs. Thank you Eric for providing such great customer service! Am very happy with my purchase so far.

Absolutely great service and a good selection of beds! I went in knowing only that I needed a bed and that it had to be good for my back. Over the last 8 years or so we have purchased 4 mattress, 3 frames, 1 adjustable platform. In addition several pillows, sheet sets, and a cooling mattress cover. I will never go anywhere else. I have never been pushed to purchase anything I didnt want or need. Jon is exceptional in managing the store and taking care of the customer needs. I had a great purchasing experience. However, delivery administration was rocky. They promised a delivery date and then told me that they didn’t receive the delivery so it would have to be the next week. My delivery was included/complimentary so it’s not like I was losing money for the delay in delivery. But I couldn’t hell but wonder what that means for people who lay for their delivery. When I was able to call to try and figure out what happened, it was apparent to me customer service is only a priority during a purchase. The person I bought from was apathetic at best over the phone— even sprung a little attitude when I called. I’m sure he had to deal with the disgruntled grumblings of other customers who (probably paid for their delivery and) were upset with the delay in their delivery as well. At that moment over the phone, I wish I hadn’t bought from mattress depot or at least this location.Regardless the mattress is wonderful and I’m quite content to sleep on it, after it was delivered. And the delivery guys were professional and careful with placement and setup.

Jon has been such a help in purchasing our bed. We got a great bed at a great price. He added a pillow sale, best pillows ever, to the best bed ever and still continues to help with things I need, dealing with my bed and/or pillows. Jons knowledge and service is always a step above the rest. This alone will keep us coming back.

Went in looking to make a fairly sizable purchase on a king with an adjustable frame. Jon was incredibly helpful and patient with us and our 6 month old. We were able to try many mattresses and Jon even moved mattresses from one base to another in order for us to get a feel for both the adjustable and mattress. Came in looking for a full size mattress box spring and received some of the best customer service. I personally hate furniture shopping because of the car salesman approach that most places use. This is not the case when you enter mattress depot of Olympia! It was such a welcoming and non pressured environment. Patrick worked with us to price match and then some against the larger box stores in the area. Jon was very kind and loaded the mattress into our truck for us. I was in need of a new pillow top king mattress, and I found what I was looking for at Mattress Depot USA. The salesperson was friendly, helpful, and did not pressure us. We ended up getting the mattress, two gel-cooled pillows, and the terry cloth sheet protector. The delivery and pickup went very smoothly as well. Our mattress and pillows are very comfortable and were very happy with our purchase.The only issue I had (and the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5) was that after everything was delivered, I took another look at my receipt and realized that they had overcharged me for the pickup of my old mattress. Pickup for each item is supposed to be $15 per piece, and since I had two boxsprings and my old mattress, the total should have been $45. Instead they charged $45 per piece, for a total of $135. They were happy to refund it but I was a little upset that if I hadnt noticed this myself, I would have been overcharged by $90.Anyway, when I returned to the store to have them refund the overcharge to my credit card, there was a man knocking at their back door to deliver something. The customer service rep at the front desk made a friendly joke as he went to answer the door, saying We dont want any Girl Scout cookies! The delivery guy responded with Oh, Girl Scouts? You got any of those? Oh I guess I could get in trouble for that. Um... Girl Scouts are like 6 years old, could you not be gross? I was really annoyed by this comment but at this point was just ready to get the refund and head out. Its a shame this tainted an otherwise positive experience. Mr. Delivery Guy should probably get a talking-to about hey maybe we shouldnt talk about preying on little girls in front of the customers, or at all.

There was a listing by Mattress Depot on offer up for a plain twin size foam mattress for $99. We go in, tell the employee what we are looking for, he shows us the same mattress in the listing, but for $199. I said oh on offer up it says $99 he says Yes. 199 it was a little odd and happened a few times. I would say 99, and he would AGREE but then say 199. We didnt want to purchase it until we were on the same page with him on the price. We did get it for $99 but it felt like we would have been charged double if we hadnt sort of argued about the price.

I go into this location. You see I have a new chapter in life, and with that new chapter must come a new bed.I had been eyeing mattress depot, but I pity the fool. So I had to do research first. Good BBB ratings, dependable reviews other places, I will give them a shot.Now, I am a mother of two. I work at least 55 to 60 hours a week and my sleep. Well let just say it. is. everything. When I actually get it.I walk in, and feel a serene knowledgeable energy. I dont have time for a salesman, so I attempt to blow him off as I skim the room for my next haven. Then comes Doug. Charismatic, but I assume his job is to be this way.I am pleasantly proved wrong, and impressed as we begin to digress about proper sleep positioning and the important of circulation and breath within sleep. He is genuine, almost in an uncanny way. I instantly feel comfortable as he assesses my needs, preferences and moves on to suggesting a bed. I though here we go, he is gonna try to sell me the most expensive bed in the place. Instantly, my guard goes up.Little do I kow Doug is a diamond in the sky. He shows me a bed manageable in price, perfect for my needs, and answers every question I have.I challenge here, I challenge him there he remains steadfast in his confidence in the product and in his truth. Obviously I had to buy to the damn bed. BUT this time, I did it without remorse or obligation. I did it because I felt transparency, honesty and consideration. Often when I shop I fall victim to judgment of a books cover.Doug had customer service and honesty in his heart, he answered the most obnoxious questions I had, with patience and simply a down to earth grit, the mattress depot is lucky to have.I have a bed, its amazing, and I probably wont buy a bed anywhere else.
