Ms. Tonya was phenomenal. I have never owned a new mattress in my life and bought my first one today! Got the pillows and sheets to go with it she was super informative. The store manager, Tonya, was absolutely amazing in helping us get a new mattress that we desperately needed. She was kind and patient with all questions we had and explained everything very well. We want to applaud her and the young man who worked alone yesterday, they were busy (us plus 4 other people to help) and they made sure everyone was taken care of and had their time with them. Fast, friendly, easy to work with.I ordered a bed today, I don’t have it yet, but just from my experience today I’m willing to rate 5 stars. I went in a few days ago to look at beds and found one I absolutely loved, super comfortable, but a little more money than I wanted to spend. I spoke with a customer service representative named Clara who seemed to very knowledgeable about the products she was hired to sell. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and never once tried to convince me to buy something. I decided to think about it and she let me know when she’d be around in case I wanted to come back. She made the entire experience completely painless, she remembered me and knew what I wanted so the whole experience took maybe 20 minutes. I was in and out without feeling pressured to buy anything extra and she even worked things out so I could get the things I did want in place of the things I didn’t without trying to charge me any extra.

Couldve ask for a better experience. Tonya is a very knowledgeable person. Wasnt pushy, just answered my questions and let me make up my own mind. Will tell others about this experience.

When I went to go look at mattresses I was in and out in literally 20 minutes. Im not a picky person I was just looking for something comfortable, soft, and in my price range. They just delivered my mattress, on time, in and out in five minutes, and they take the old mattress and box spring (at an additional cost) with them. Super happy with the store experience and the delivery. 10/10 recommend!

Tonya Edwards rise to the job she holds at Mattress Firm by making it possible for me to exchange my uncomfortable and still under warranty bed for a better but more expensive model and brand. I was very happy with how she helped me although the head office in Houston ignored my official warranty claim for over a month and never responded to Tonya or me nor answer my valid concerns concerning the warranty claim. I feel cheated by this because I would not have had to spend another $1000 if the company had been up and running properly. I did get an allowance on what I had already paid which was thanks to Tonya. I am not impressed by Mattress Firm’s leadership however and might not recommend it because of that. In fact I doubt this evaluation will be seen by any human eye in Houston. So thank you, Tonya Edwards of Olympia’s store.

Bought a mattress protector here for my daughter. It ended up being the wrong one so we went back to return it. The mattress protector is still new, unwashed and in original packaging. The first time we tried to return it, they were having issues with their system and it kept freezing. They asked us to come back another time. We live 30-minutes away, but decided to wait and try to return it the next time we were in Olympia. We just tried to return it again, and apparently they are still having the same issue. Now they are telling us they will have to send us a check. Im pretty upset about this whole experience, and really feel like if they were going to issue a check, it should have been done the first time. Definitely will not buy anything here ever again.

We walked in, it was our 3rd stop and so we were tired, but Claire introduced herself, let us know that she was new, but she kept the conversation going, with ease, while her colleague Tonya finished up with another customer. I bought a bed from an online seller and thought it was comfortable but realized I needed a new pillow.My friend swears by their pillow from mattress firm. I went in and while Tonya was showing me pillows I got to lay on the beds too. I did not even know beds could be that comfortable and after going home that night with my new pillow I realized I made a big mistake with my online bed purchase. I went back the next day and got a new bed. Everyone, it is so important to go try these beds! You do not know what you are missing if you have never experienced a great bed. Definitely go see Tonya before you regret your online purchase! Now I am dealing with the hassle of trying to return mine (which was supposed to be easy as they stated online) Mattress Firm and Tonya have my business for LIFE!!

I needed to buy my preschooler his first big boy mattress! He moved up from his toddler bed to a bigger bed but we only had the toddler-sized mattress. I went in and asked for the cheapest possible mattress and they hooked me up. They also gave my son a certificate for moving up to a big boy bed and he was super excited. All in all, it was a super fast and easy experience which is exactly what you want when you take your four year old to a mattress store during a pandemic.

I’m in the process of moving to a new apartment, and had to buy all new furniture. I needed a new mattress that would help my lower back problems, be soft, and make sure it was in my price range. Im posting here because the review I left on Mattress Firm is moderated so will likely not be posted since it isnt positive. First off, Sam and Bailey (sales) are very good to work with. After the order was created and paid for is when the problems began. First, I was told the mattress was in stock and would be delivered in one week. I was told a phone call would occur the night before the delivery. No phone call, no phone call the morning of delivery. I called the store. They apologized, gave me a small discount and said the exemption report wasnt done correctly by the warehouse. Delivery would be another week away. Received a call from Sam the night before the 2nd delivery date. Said it would now be delayed another 5 weeks. The inventory/communication chain between Sealy Mattress and Mattress Firm is terrible. I dont understand how you can go from one week delivery to another 5 weeks wait and Im only notified of it the night before. Customers actually have to make plans and re-arrange things to be home to accept the delivery. Mattress Firm seems to think people can just take days off work, rearrange schedules and if they call to cancel the night before everything is fine. The only reason Im giving them 2 stars is because Sam and Bailey appear to be powerless to the communication problems between the manufacturers and the Mattress Firm warehouse. I wont be shopping with them again and I was granted a full refund.

We came in today lookong for a new mattress. Aaron was the name of our salesman and I have to say it was a great experience. He asked all the right questions to help us find what we need and had the answers to all of our questions. He was very professional and extremely helpful. I felt no pressure to buy anything, which was great. Aaron went over all the details, features and pros/cons of mattresses. And when the time came to get down to business Aaron was ready to rock. 10/10 shopping experience.
