Couldnt recommend more. Spencer worked with me and was extremely patient as I switched between different beds and spent a good amount of time laying on each of them. I think all in all I spent close to 3 hours trying out beds. Spencer helped me with my decision and made sure that I had exactly what I needed for my specific sleeping issues that I was having. The delivery team that came to my house to drop off the mattress was incredibly professional and made sure that I tested the base on my bed before they left. I havent slept a lot on the mattress but will update after evaluating it.

We walked in, were greeted warmly immediately and asked what we needed. Spencer explained a few options for us, explained in detail everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. My husband and I went into Mattress Firm to pick out a new bed for our 7 year old daughter. Spencer and Kaitlvn were awesome. They helped us pick out the perfect bedframe, boxspring, mattress, and mattress cover for her. They also helped us get a headboard(which we didnt know that Mattress Firm sells). Spencer and Kaitlvn also helped us get all the discounts that were available and helped us with delivery and set up of our daughters bed for Sunday. They definitely went above and beyond to help us. This is the second time we have bought a mattress from Mattress Firm and we we continue to buy from them in the future.

Im sincerely astonished just how great my experience has been here. I only just moved to town and needed a new mattress, and I had several places to visit in mind to find one. I came here first and decided I didnt need to look further, Id found my spot. Braxston was thorough, patient, listened to what I wanted and chimed in with useful recommendations. He saved me hundreds on the final price and on the delivery expense. He even was able to change my order last minute when I decided to go with a different model bed and arranged for that new bed to be delivered on the same schedule. Fantastic experience all around at this Mattress Firm. Dennis helped us; he was very friendly, informed, and willing to work with our budget. We told him which kind of mattress we had before (we moved across the country and couldnt bring our mattress with us) and he immediately had a recommendation for a similar mattress. We were concerned seeing most of the mattress prices above $700-800, but he ended up giving us a very good deal. We walked out of the store with the queen-size mattress that we liked for just over $300. Thank you Dennis!

He was informative without being pushy, listened when we shared our budget plans, and worked with us on the current promotions to get us the most out of our purchase possible. We were a bit worried about how our two young kids would hold up while we were looking at mattresses and talking things over, but they helpfully had little toy tables and Trent did not create any pressure on us as our kids enjoyed testing a few beds alongside of us.The communication from Mattress Firm during the delivery process was helpful, as well. We received a call with the delivery window the night before and could track the delivery truck online after that point. Useful!

My husband and I came in looking for a mattress and we were approached by a gentleman named Dennis. He was extremely helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. We looked at several different stores and just couldnt find what suited both of us. We looked at Macys, mattress depot, mattress ranch, sleep number, and mattress firm. We ended back at mattress firm about 10 mins before they closed. (We just wanted to lay on the mattress that was in our top 2 and I did feel bad we were those people coming in right before the store closed) all that to say Dennis was so accommodating and stayed late to let us test. We ended up going ahead and buying the mattress from Dennis. He bent over backwards to work with us and stayed late to help us get within our budget. Highly recommend going to mattress firm! Its probably got great mattresses if you have $800 or more to spend. They had one... queen mattress in the clearance section for $250 and it was thin, and visibly smaller than the queen $700 clearance mattresses next to it. Disheartened and feeling too poor to get my daughter a mattress, I left and went to Mattress Depot, and they totally saved the day.
