I drive 30 miles to this place today. Because just like every other day there supose to be open until 7 pm. I double check the website make sure hours are the same (which I knew they where because I have been going to this pawn shop for last few years now) but I just gotta double check as I look down at my gas and its way below E!!! Maybe on your website you should state hours may vary. Times are tough 4 every one out here u know peace

I wouldnt even give a star... Customer service was rude. Typically I use Cash Northwest, came here due to being in a bind. I am a Carpenter. Between jobs money gets tight. Never have I been treated like an inconvenience. Sad this is how people get treated.

I been buying stuff here for ten plus years and in the last year or so I been coming in is a joke there so busy doing loans and buying stuff I cant even buy anything I have came in four times in the last week to buy something and I wait 20 plus minutes and they cant even show me the item if you have something to pawn great but dont plan on buying anything.

I have been going through some financial times right now, as most of us. Cash America pawn has saved me several times. The staff is the best. Im not a wheeler dealer type person and they have been outstanding with me in all aspects. Friendly, helpfull and a comfortable place of business. FYI. Im waiting for them to open as of this post.

They are all sucmbags dident know anything about anything I brought in a lg soundbar with a lg sub. I brought in a Nintendo switch not the light and a 500 fishing pole and they offered me 150 bucks

I felt disrespected by them and their absolutely ludicrous $5 offer for a nice couple gram 14k gold cross when its 2k an ounce currently. Not to mention the other high dollar items I had that they said $20 was the best they could do.. This place and its staff are a joke and will do nothing but waiste your time and belittle you for even walking through the door. So i went to Tumwater pawn & they were great and gave me over what I needed and stayed open late to finish our transaction.

What can I say, its a pawn shop. Never really feel good about what just went down.But hey. Its pretty fast and if you need a quick buck and youve got something you dont use of value for you can part with for awhile, than its ok. Just dont forget about your stuff cuz it pretty much gets put out on the floor at loan maturity date. You can allways pay to roll it over if you dont have enough money to get it out. That just means, your loan period of repayment is extended into a future date. I have lost a bunch of stuff in there and they have some bad fees it seems to restock something if you not prompt, or something like that.

I normally have no problems with this place, but I just called trying to get a very rough quote for a camera Im trying to sell. When I asked the gentleman on the phone about it he rudely/sarcastically replied Id have to see it cause there are literally over 300 kinds of cameras He didnt even try to be nice! I know theres 100s of cameras out there but I also know you can ask me what kind of camera... I am a long time customer who has spent literally thousands of dollars with this company from when they were Pawn Exchange to the company they are now and have never been as insulted as I feel now!

It was the most horrible experience Ive ever had there! Employees are not social distancing at all. They where super rude and combative. I brought up the moment with cashier and it just worsened from there. I will never shop there again. If you value you safely dont go there.

Great Big shop, super friendly people. Great place to find inexpensive good guitars and amps. They have them on the floor and easy to try out. great selection of electronics and cameras too. Best place in the whole area.

This place is a joke! Not only is most of the stuff in the store over priced but if you try to get a loan on something they will quote you a price then they wont honor their quote! I will never set foot in that junk store again and I recommend no one go there! If I could give it no stars I would!

What a JOKE. I have never been to a pawn shop that wont haggle with you but I have now! They want to give you $30 for a 40 in tv saying they sell it for $80 just to have it on the shelf for $150.00 later. They want to try to sell Xboxes but wont budge on the price even though the damn thing is covered in stickers!Long story short if you want a tv go to Bestbuy. If you want a gave system go to (Cringes) GameStop. IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF THOUGH THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!

This pawn shop is a joke I brought my beats by Dre headphones and tried to sell it for 100 (Their worth bout 150_180 used and they said it was only worth 30 bucks lol so I just sold it my self, same day someone gave me 100 bucks for them. If your going to this place to try and pawn something I strongly suggest trying to sell it your self and use this place as a last resort

Not impressed. Very cramped. Prices are a bit high and they are completely unwilling to negotiate.

Place has gone down hill. The staff doesnt even know what they are talking about. Brought in a drone that runs off a phone app and they argued that it still needed a remote. The lady that helped me said tools dont come with batteries, every drill or tool Ive bought came with the battery..

Called ahead to see if they could pawn my tablets till payday. Spent money to get there and then was told they dont even take pains on that brand. Bad customer service skills, and really pissed me off!

Bought a drill and the first thing after putting it under a load it started to smoke took it back and they charged me 5$ forto restocking fee so beware they dont check the stuff before they put it on the shelf

I have shopped and bought alot of merchandise from cash america (Tacoma Stores, Auburn, Puyullup Stores) every month. I stopped in the Lacey,Wa store to make a payment instead of driving way to Auburn. The Manager has no tack or Customer Service, Sales Skills.(gift too gab). After i make my payment i walked over to the jewelry section to see if a chain i looked at a couple months earlier was still available. So i ask him( manager) can i trade/upgrade my 22in i bought from cash america previously for the 24in he had. Tells me he will give me $450 for mine 22in 32 grams.(Clown,Weirdo) offers me $2200 for his. I tell him that 2 employees gave me a better price, he tells me his the manager. I walk away keeping my hard earned money and not doing business with the Lacey Store. Back to Tacoma,Auburn and Puyullup i go. Manager is Trash and what an environment for those employees to work in. What does that store sales look like compare to the stores i go in?#CustomerServiceWins

Such crap! They are a joke. Low ball prices for selling saying we never sell things for full price and i was also asked if I had an attitude problem. When I walked in there were no lines, I was asked to take a number, so I could be called up, why? There are no lines. Very rude people, horrible service and awful prices. Ill never go back. Worst pawn shop experience ever.
