The customer service at this place has gone so far downhill... Every person Ive seen in the last 2 months with the exception of one younger guy has been cold, standoffish, and just generally unpleasant. They make it very obvious youre inconveniencing them. The quality of drinks has significantly declined as well. Espresso doesnt seem to be dialed in properly and Ive been given regular milk when I asked for oat milk multiple times now. So disappointing because I love supporting smaller, locally owned stands.

On sunday morning i had the nicest interaction with the gentleman barista here. i was having a really bad day already and when i ordered my coffee (which was a little complicated) he made it really quick was incredibly incredibly kind to me (i think he could tell i was having a bad day). i left a nice tip but felt called to make a quick review. thank you, barista, you made my day!! :)

Friendliest staff, great coffee options, delicious snacks and sandwiches (their marinated tofu sandwich is delicious!!), and I love supporting local business. Will keep being a lifelong fan as long as theyre around!

Does it run a little slow sometimes? Yes, but youre getting handcrafted coffee. They are always super friendly and have daily specials, not to mention compostable cups.

Just can’t justify paying $6 for a cup of coffee/chai tea latte.

They serve the amazing Oly Coffee Roasters coffee which is my favorite espresso! The gal with reddish hair that I see each morning I stop by is quick and super sweet. I love this quirky little coffee stand!

Delicious local coffee

This coffee shack looks like the type to get really bad coffee. But oh boy was I wrong. It was some of the most delicious coffee I have ever had. They were very quick and polite. The prices are great for the quality that you get.

About 2 years ago, this place was awesome but after several weak and horrible tasting coffees I am done. $6.20 for a 20oz sf iced mocha that tasted like weak chocolate milk...nope ...I can spend my money elsewhere and you should too. Seriously...there are more options

I was a Cyndi fan! A diehard regular for 19 years. Monday through Friday 10:00am, with at least a dozen coffee stands within walking distance of my work I would get in my car daily and drive to the filling station as they filled more than just my coffee cup and it truly WAS, again was, the BEST coffee in town. I made friends through the window and brought many new customers. I was devastated when Cyndi passed but even more so when it was sold. The last thing I expected was for an immediate change in the beans used. It was a drastic change to a light roast that in my opinion is awful! I only stop by on occasion now to see the girls but they too now have all but one moved on. The Filling Station is not nor will it ever be the same. I personally and all of the customers I brought have moved on to other local businesses.Id give it a ZERO star but its not an option

Wasnt happy at all! Spent 15 min there waiting after ordering an the lady told us she couldnt make us our drinks while she was crouched on the ground cause her ex boyfriend was there. My husband concerned asked if there was anything he could do to help and she said just close the window and leave. Before we got to the window she wasnt even in the shop she was across the way getting food from a different stand she had to run back to the shop when she saw us there. Weird place

I live downtown so the filling station is a big deal to me. I LIVE FOR THE BREAKFAST SANDWICHES -- no hippie breakfast sandwich, this is the real deal - cheddar cheese, big egg and sausage patty on a fluffy english muffin. Yum

Pretty good coffee, but very slow service.... I have been there twice and there is never a line, but it seems as if the baristas take their precious time. We had gotten our order taken and the barista paid no attention to other person that had driven up until after they gave us our drinks... which also took along time.

Yuck.I have always passed this coffee stand and finally decided to give it a try.. not impressed. We got white chocolate americanos. They tasted like straight syrup and cream.. not the slightest hint of coffee. I will not go back.

Took forever to get coffee. We were in front of a car for about 10-15 mins and then we just left. Cant really tell how their coffee is but customer service based on how everything was, its not worth wait. Sorry.

Awesome baristas at this little drive thru coffee stand. They use Da Vinci coffee syrup which is just the best in my opinion. Oh, and the coffee is very good, roasted without the burnt taste as that other big brand coffee maker, lol.

Filling Station is my favorite coffee stand in the entire world! They have always been kind, friendly, and given me an overall wonderful experience. Also, they make amazing coffee. Thats saying something from this PNW coffee snob!The original owner of Filling Station, Cyndi, made the world a better place through great coffee and promoting community in a town she loved. She was always a joy and I miss her every time I drive up.It is a blessing that Cyndis daughter Carissa carries on the ethic. When I lived up the street, I used to visit Filling Station several times a week to grab a latte and a yummy quiche for breakfast. Then I moved out to Tenino and didnt visit the stand for several months. One day, I took advantage of a rare morning stop in Olympia and zipped through Filling Station. Carissa leaned out the window, smiling broadly, and said, You cut your hair! Its so cute! Do you want your almond milk latte? Anything to eat? She remembered me--and the coffee I order--after all that time!I cant lie, I love her. I love Carissa and her husband Gaelen who always greet me with a grin. I love all of the wonderful baristas that fill my day with cheer and my life with coffee. I love the blended mochas in the summer and delicious hot lattes in the winter. I love the pastries and quiches. I love that I ALWAYS leave happier than when I arrived. Most of all, I love to see Cyndis vision living on and thriving to make downtown Olympia a better place.Thank you Filling Station for always being my favorite coffee stand! Sometimes theres a line, but youre always worth the wait!

Walked away half way through my order. Had to wait till she came back. Then she seemed irritated.
