I used to love this place, but the employees do not wear masks despite the mask mandate in effect. Dont go here if you care at all about ending the pandemic and protecting your loves ones. I gave them a second and third chance thinking it may just be certain employees, but no. Every employee has been maskless every time. Shame on this business, its disgusting to shirk food safety precautions in this line of business.

Not bad, but definitely not a Perfect Cup. Got 2 white chocolate mochas for my wife and I. Not hot so much as warm, though I understand why they wouldnt want to make them too hot. Flavor-wise, it was okay. Overall, definitely not worth the $8+.

Coffee is kind of tasteless, price seems high for a cofffee stand. Menu is incomplete - I dislike having to ask the staff what they have, when there are people waiting behind me. The first time I went there, they got my order wrong. But, of course, I was driving away; Im not going to go back and complain.

Quality espresso drinks absolutely no question. Friendliness and service quality really depends on who you end up with. Some of the baristas are extremely friendly, some are unbelievably cold. Regardless I will always love this place as it offers some of the best coffee in town.

Service is incredibly slow, quality has taken a significant downhill turn. Not sure what happened to all the girls who worked here but I find it incredibly odd they all disappeared at the same time. Not coming back. I suggest you don’t, either, unless you like long waits for mediocre coffee.

Employees are very badly verbally abused by the owner! They are being miss treated in a very wrong way . They are very hard-working employees and they don’t deserve that so I will no longer be coming to this place and made those employees find a better place to work at a place where they are treated like human beings!!

I found the manager so awfully rude. Shes rude to her other employees, rude to customers (unless you frequent there), and generally does not care about the quality of service or product.One of the baristas said Id be so embarrassed if I only left a 50¢ tip You shouldnt say that in front of any customer.Another didnt rinse the shot glasses.The last time I was there I waited a full 2 minutes before driving away, in which I had saw someone walking to the window when I was too far past. 2 minutes snt a long time, but it is when you see no sign of anyone being there despite it being open.

Perfect cup is our favorite coffee hut in Olympia. We always get the latte and Americano, hot or iced, and have always been happy with the taste. The coffee is strong and the prices are not ridiculous like other places.

The staff here is very professional and courteous and I love that they use Batdorf & Bronson coffee. My drink is made perfectly every time and I hardly ever have to wait. They have it ready when I pull up to the window! Thank you!

Every time I go to this coffee stand I am not disappointed, the girls that work there are always so sweet. Its my new favorite place to get a coffee and the pastries are scrummy.

Kendra loves her Kahlua and cream coffee here! No one else makes it as good as these gals do! The coffee here is so good they dont have to wear bikinis! Five star service here always.

After being a fairly loyal customer for over 16 years, they completely messed up my drink and it was only two-thirds of the way full. When I went back they said they would make it right but proceeded to charge me for it. I asked why they charged me when it wasnt my mistake. I didnt even order it, I just told them what happened. She said that they dont give out free drinks, thats just the way the owner is. Loyalty means nothing and their mistakes arent corrected without a charge. They have messed up my drink multiple times and I have rarely complained. Im always pleasant and I always tip. So long. It was okay while it lasted, but never, ever again willl I spend money there. There are plenty of coffee shops with better service and better coffee around here.

One of my favorite stands. I love batdorf & Bronsons coffee beans and they serve them here. Would have gave 5 stars but it would be nice if they asked for or offered Punch cards instead of me having to remember every time to pull mine out cus sometimes I space it. Also, got laughed at once for the amount of espresso shots I wanted in my drink. Who cares if I like a good coffee buzz? Youre getting paid to do a service the least you can do is be 100% polite til I leave. I always leave them a generous tip even when I collect my free drink.

My favorite. Its taken me a long time to find a place with the perfect vanilla mocha. This is the spot. And the ladies are always very warm and friendly.

First of all the prices are reasonable, but after dealing with two of the rudest baristas I have ever come across. Complained about tip within ear shot after giving us hot drink that was lukewarm.

The girls were always rude, they wont combine punch cards which is annoying. Last straw for me is when I went through and used my well deserved free drink and the girl lied about the money I had given her. Unless my drink was $10! ill never go back, Ill wait in line at all American instead.

Best Local Brews!My wife and I came here for two years straight, most every day, while we were living in Tumwater. The baristas are super-friendly, make delicious drinks with a seasonal menu full of even better drinks, and they have the best advice for making NEW drinks if you feeling daring! Definitely a great place for coffee!

Hands down some if the rudest people Ive ever had make my coffee. Became a regular and likes it at first. The gal I really liked left. Everytime I go there its clear Im putting them out by ordering a drink. I have to argue about how my drink is made more than once and when I asked if my cards could be combined she very rudely informed me they dont do that. Really Ive ordered hundreds of dollars worth of coffee here and we cant take one punch card with 8 punches and another card with my other punches?? I did pay for each punch. I still have free drinks there I wont even cash in because its just not worth the constant attitude

Everything in my order almost every time I come here has something wrong. Be it forgetting the soy, missing some syrup, or getting the completely wrong size. Its happened too many times to be a coincidence.

The best of Olympia, though sometimes of the day less true than others... Make sure you define the temp you want, i.e. 160 degrees, etc.

I am giving two stars because I went to this stand a couple days ago, and it was great. Delicious coffee, and nice barista. I ordered a 16 oz iced americano with a couple pumps of chocolate. I went again this morning, ordered the exact same drink, and it was awful. The service was even worse. My ICED americano was warm so I went back and told the barista. She said I had to wait for the drink to cool, but she put more ice in it. The ice of course melted making it watery and luke warm. I used to be a barista, so I know how an iced Americano is supposed to be made and taste. It wasn’t worth the $4 they charged me. ($5 if you include tip)I’ll stick with Avenue espresso.
