Based on my experience here, decently clean and organized store. Customer service was average. Prices were reasonable. Would recommend overall.

When everyone is writing 5* reviews I REALLY want to write something different, but I just cant think of anything, lol! The last time I was there they were having an alarm issue. It kept going off and was super loud! I thought YES! Now I have something to write about--but then they handled it so well, that I dont even have anything to complain about! Blah - I guess I love the same things as everyone else - set up is really nice, the holiday stuff is front and center, easy to find what I want, nice selection, always end up buying something, eay returns, no lines, and on and on and on...

Love Love.. selections and prices..some are same as other stores ( prices) but they have enough other stuff that your shopping for you just end up saving money on the whole purchase..always clean and decorated with items for sale so you get inspiration for own home..yes I know they do it as a selling technic for higher sales..but for me it works both ways I save n they sell...

Staff are exceptional! Greeted at door with HUGE SMILES, consistently refilling shelves, checkout a BREEZE, wished the best day ever as you walk out the doors! By far, I rate everyone employed at this store as the best TEAM I have ever experienced! I have NEVER been in a business that has treated customers any better! HomeGoods is my home away from home! I love this store! Its like a treasure hunt for unusual items. The items change every few weeks. This keeps me coming back for more! I love the furniture they have it is so beautiful and lasts. The kitchen items are wonderful and so many items to choose from. I highly recommend HomeGoods and be prepared to stay awhile!

Very clean store. A great place to find things you wouldnt find in regular stores. For instance the set of 2 glass skull mugs for $10, very cool and sturdy. Also they have awesome fall scented candles. Weve gotten many things for the home from this store. The only thing we bought that was a disappointment was a $100 swivel office chair that didnt hold up for long. As far as service goes, weve had nothing but a pleasant experience.

So we went in here for the first time the other day and I believe this is my new favorite store now.

Normally the home goods stores are set up for a pleasant experience. This one however is not Isles dont correlate clearance items or strune around different places not at the end caps or designated isle. Hard to navigate with a cart

HomeGoods is similar to stores like BigLots, in that they have various types of products at anytime, but not necessarily the same brand available. The store is nice, well organized, and well stocked. It is clean and bright, staffed with friendly, helpful employees that care about customers. It is a pleasant experience to shop HomeGoods.

Its like a ross or tj max without the clothing.

I wanted to purchase a small furniture item which I could not carry on my own. I went up to the cashier and she immediately followed me back to find out what I wanted, said that she would put it on a cart and bring it up front. and in short order she brought the item up front and I paid for it and she said bring your car up to the door and we will take it out for you. This all went smoothly and with an extremely helpful staff person and Im very happy with the service that was provided to me. Additionally, this happened in mid-December and the store was full of many people shopping so I was very happy with the quick and friendly service.

Rude staff

I really enjoyed the new seasonal merchandise that was out. The bedding department was not very exciting with only a small area along the back wall and one side of an aisle dedicated to it. Not very much to choose from. Contrary to this...the clearance area was completely overstocked with items stacked and teetering on each other with no organization. The store was clean and the employees were accommodating and nice.

Their floor plan layout felt a little helter-skelter? I went in looking for a few specific items and hoped for a one stop shop- but ended up at Marshall’s and Target in the end to find what I was looking for.

I love this place!! Its a great place to go for dishes, kitchen items, pet accessories, furniture, home interiors, gifts. I have purchased my dishes there, as well as accessory pieces and gifts. They have a nice little selection of greeting cards too! They carry a lot of fun things you dont see everywhere.

Its a great little store to decorate your home and also block cooking appliances seasonings and spices sometime neat little goody treats some islands in there a thing as far as furniture to decorate your home I think some items are overpriced for but I love going her every once in find something in here I cant find another

Four stars instead of five because of their hectic way they stock their shelves. They are somewhat color coded, but the items are haphazardly put all over the shelf. That being said, I love this store. Its like Marshalls/Ross had a baby with Bed Bath and Beyond. Youll be surprised by the home items you will find at this store, along with the prices. Perfect place for home decorating, or for stocking your kitchen with pots and pans. This store is worth checking out!

Always a great selection and good customer service

I had my first visit in this store almost a year ago, and instantly fell in love. The things they sell are different every time I come. The food options are pretty cool, things Ive never tried before are always so tasty! The home decor is just stunning, and the prices are decent for the quality of the goods.

This is a beautiful store. I was in search of items to decorate my new house, and I really hit the jackpot here. I specifically wanted a decorative bowl for my dining room table, and the selection was excellent. So many beautiful things, and good prices too. My new favorite.
