The heater blend door modulator on my Kia Sorento died and the repair shop told me the part was not available. Our local parts dealers confirmed that. Hanson Kia in Olympia claimed they had one. A couple weeks later ,I had one. They kept me updated and the price was more than fair considering the supposed rarity of the part.

While they had the part I wanted, they also charged me sales tax. I live in no sales tax state, I am not in Washington nor receiving my part in Washington. Apparently, Washington state has decided they can charge sales tax on auto parts. I MAY be able to have the sales refunded if I go through a long, drawn out process. The owner would rather lose a sale than not charge sales tax. I cancelled my order and I am glad I did. I found my part elsewhere for $25 dollars less - and no sales tax charge. Keep looking if you are not in Washington state. There are better places to buy from.

Fast and prompt service. My part wasnt in stock. Hanson communicated that with me. It only took a couple of days for it to come in and they shipped it. Im very pleased with their service.

I ended up coming across Hanson Kia via google. I live in Houston, TX. Was searching for a part for my 2005 Kia and wasnt able to locate locally. I ended up ordering it from Hanson Kia. Was the correct part the first time . They also kept me abreast of my order status and package tracking once it was shipped. Will definitely use them again if I am not able to find the parts I need locally...

I was very impressed with the service I received from ordering my part online it took them no time to get this part to me even after advising that it had been back-ordered. Upon receiving the part I noticed it was incorrect. I called the parts department and was advised to send an email requesting a call tag to have the part returned that was 48 hours ago and I still have not received that information to get this part returned nor was I advise as to how I will get the part that I originally paid for at this point Im deeply disappointed with the service that I have received from Hanson

I placed the order, which took a long time to ship. and there are more than 8 days after sending it has not yet arrived. when I enter the site to find out more. informs me that my email could not be found.

Awful communication about the status of my part. I got a shipping notification with a tracking number but no information on the shipping company. The link included in the notification didnt do me any good. My email asking for better info was ignored. I received the part but still no response to my request.

I would give them a 3 1/2 because of the long time it took to process the order and get information about who shipper was and when it would be delivered. I had to do tracking to find out what day it will be delivered. The people were very courteous and helpful though. It was something that I never had to do before.

I ordered a fuel temperature sensor for a 2005 Kia optima. I was sent the wrong one. I had to out in the VIN before ordering so I know I didnt choose the wrong part. I called in to speak to someone about getting a refund and I was told they would call me back. 2 days later and no call back. Ill be happy to change this review once I get my money back for the wrong part

Shipping took forever! The site is terrible, and I mean terrible I tried ordering a parking brake adjustment assembly and got something way different. Not much pictures when’s ordering. I’m only giving it two stars because the Customer Service was very helpful but that’s all.
