Let me start off by saying that I am always skeptical of Dealerships when it comes on to servicing my vehicle. Any service shop as a matter of fact. But Capital City Honda has replaced my sunroof in the past so I know this might be a drop in service quality since then. Today I am left very disappointed because I did an oil and filter change and now Im seeing oil dripping on the garage floor. I have never seen oil dripping from my car since I bought it, and I normally do my oil changes myself, but because of circumstances my tools are out of reach. I love Honda and I love Capitol City Honda due to the service Ive always received when picking up parts and my past interactions. Currently though, I am feeling very sad. I am sure they will make this right though.

I wanted to get prompt, high quality service while I waited. I was assured by both the lot manager & the service manager that I would receive this within my allotted time. I was more than pleased. My car was serviced immediately and by very expert personnel!

Good service as usual. The one issue was when we checked in at the main service area, they told us that oil changes are being done at the used car lot service area. Just a minor inconvenience but it was a quick and easy process. They called us to recommend an cabin air filter replacement which I appreciate because 1) they didnt just do it and tack it onto our cost and 2) we didnt need to make a separate appointment to get that piece done.

Everyone I spoke with at Honda was helpful! Gus, my service advisor, explained the problems with my car, and answered my questions in a kind and knowledgeable way. Johnny who worked on it did a great job! I trust that they know what they’re doing and they’re honest about what needs immediate attention, and what can wait. Abe was absolutely amazing! I just bought my first car and I’m glad it was with him. I was terrified to go to any dealership so of course I brought my dad! We visited a few but Abe was the only salesman that put me at ease and I wasn’t afraid to talk to him comparatively to having my dad talk to the other salesmen at the other dealerships haha! He is very easy going and overall nice guy! He and my dad even got to do some bonding about their passions for cars while on a test drive. Andrea in financing was also amazing. I looked online to see if the Express Oil was open, and it said it was open on Mondays. I packed both my kids up and drove 30 minutes to get an express oil change and when I showed up it was closed, but the sign in front of the shop said it was open on Mondays. I then went across the street to the main service area and I told them I checked online to see if the Express Oil was open and told them even the sign in front of the Express Oil says it is open on Mondays. I told them someone needs to update that information. They shrugged off what I told them, and then was told there were no openings for an oil change. I was not offered a solution such as a future discounted oil change or anything. I would have even waited a little longer than usual if they could change my oil. Absolutely horrible customer service. This service spoiled my mood for the morning. I will absolutely not be using Capitol City Honda for my vehicle maintenance.

They always do a good job. This time however they were short on mechanics and forgot to update my oil change mileage sticker on my car and I had to do it myself. Other than that I’ll keep going there for my oil change because it’s fast and good service.

Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff was very courteous. I added a couple services and they were done with no issues. They even vacuumed the front seat area - very nice.

I am a pre-nursing student with bad credit and a trade in and some money down. I needed a car to get me back and forth from school and work. David and the finance team along with Robbie, Spero, and Willie did everything they could to get me a car. I ended up with a Honda CRV after driving a beat up 2005 Ford Focus for three years. I called about getting a quote for a outer tie rod replaced. I was told that it had to be diagnosed at Hond first and they would not accept another shops diagnostic. I was notified that diagnostic would cost $150. So I asked in addition to the $150 how much will it cost to get the part replaced? I was hung up on.

Leah handled my maintenance minder service - she was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Very pleasant and easy to work with. The service itself was less than it would have cost at Jiffy Lube, and done by much more qualified technicians with more protections and service offered. Very happy!

I have bought 2 cars and serviced them at this location and usually have great experiences with the service department, yesterday must have just been bad day. I called a 3 days in advance to schedule rain guards to be put on that I bought with my new car. I was transferred to the tech who installs them and scheduled an appointment at 0830 and said it should only take 45 mins to an hour and a half, perfectly fine. I arrived at 8 and was checked in by a tech who told me to leave the car parked with the keys and go wait in the lobby. I brought my laptop to work, so I was fine waiting. Not wanting to bother the staff right at the 1.5 hour mark, at 11:27 decided to get and update from service. I was told that I wasnt checked in properly by the tech and the other issue was the tech I scheduled with(who I was now talking to) had a dental appointment the morning of so did not come in until later. The tech said they would rush the order and it will be about 45 minutes. They finished at 12:17 and the tech apologized. I feel like I wasted my time, so I am writing this review for feedbacks sake, not free stuff.

I have gotten routine maintenance for my 2011 Honda Van for the past 2 years with this Honda Dealership. My experiences have been consistently excellent. I especially appreciate how estimates are given and questions answered and I never feel like extra services are forced on me. I never get talked down to. And I love the free shuttle that will take me to Capital Mall and back while services are being done. Waiting at the dealership is also pleasant because there is free WiFi and coffee and spread out seating including tables for sitting alone or a Comfy group sofa area with TV. And you can browse the newest awesome Honda vehicles in the adjacent showroom! 5 stars and recommend!

Capital City Honda always does a great job! I brought in the car because there was a noise that was not right and I needed them to figure it out and fix it. After carefully quizzing me they spent 30 minutes finding the problem, they ordered the part and I was all fixed in two days. The Service team does a great job with routine maintenance or figuring out weird noises. During this virus time they took great measures to keep the car clean, me safe and all were wearing masks which I appreciated. Five Stars to all!

The service was a little complicated because of my extended warranty and took longer than expected. But because I’m retired it didn’t inconvenience me much. Dex is nice guy.I was disappointed to get home with my newly repaired CRV to find I had an email saying I’m due a service visit. I wish that could have been mentioned while my car was already in the shop!

Always quick and thorough, with these times took precautions cleaning car when it was done, they did suggest a transmission fluid change which I did at 39k miles, after looking on line it is suggested at 50k to 100k. Will research before I say yes on future suggestions. But great people and very timely. In and out.

Abe is the one. He helped me getting a very good deal on my 2019 Type R and was making sure I’m in good shape after. Took my 2014 CR-V in for God knows what, I just knew it needed help. Darren/Darin (unsure of spelling) kept in contact throughout the day, kept me updated on all the things that needed repair, and made sure to give me pricing BEFORE doing them.Transmission flush, oil change, tire rotation, both air filters changed, and only $220! Done in about 4 hours. Absolutely recommend! I always heard going to a dealership is more expensive but I knew they would get it done right, and the price was really amazing!

I had a slight problem with a fairly new car that they took care of it in a heart beat and theyre gonna deliver an extra key for me at my work place. I highly recommend and if anyone goes there recommend my name and I will split the $100 with you
