They are always there to help with getting the right parts for my van!

I was in yesterday after calling the night before for two parts I needed. They had one in stock and the employee I was talking to said we can have the other part in the morning by 730am. They were closing and I thought kind of early but they could get the part fast. Long story short I got the wrong parts after attempting to put on and they returned both items no questions asked. I thought wow great service and after being told they price match I will definitely go back and see them!!!

I pulled in the worker saw me he then closed the doors and locked them. Instead of telling me they were closed or helping me for that matter. He did not utter a damm word. I find that to be rude. Also who ever heard of a parts store Losing at 4:00 p.m on the weekend and at 5:30 on the week days. People work until then ya know.

Great service, I have been shopping here for many years. Andy and the rest of the staff always seem to go above and beyond to help me. Their hours could be better, sometimes I find myself having to shop else where out of convenience.

Very helpful and they have what I need everytime. WAY more knowledge then other auto part stores in town. I honestly dont go anywhere else since finding them.

Great all around parts store with a selection dating back to the oldest hunk of junk you can find, all good quality parts at reasonable price!

The staff was very nice and friendly but they were extremely expensive. We were able to go to home depot for half the price.

Worst customer service ever! Arrogantly ignorant about the calipers they sold me which were a mixed matched set from their remanufacturer. Then they told me that nobody in town would have anything different! 1st stop, OReillys on Pacific. Walked out with a matched set that they had in stock!! NEVER GOING BACK to Parts Plus.

Seriously, what auto parts store closes at 5:30? Somebody had a meeting and said OK, so what should our hours be? to which the reply was Lets make sure were closed as soon as peoples get off work

Service is usually sub Par Compared to Shucks down the road.I needed a coil pack and Plugs/wires for my Kia so went to them first. After getting a price on the coil pack I asked if they could give me the number to Shucks so I could call them and compare there price. I was going to buy the Plugs/wiresfrom Parts Plus and decide on the coil packs after I got a price / time it would take to get it from there wharehouse.He would not get me the number just gave me a phone book to look it up Myselfand said he didnt know of any other Parts Stores.I walked out in disgust without buying anything and have not been back since.I know the stores are in competition but what ever happened to customer service? What they fail to realize is that not only would I have bought thePlugs and wires from them but most likely the coil packs to if they were within$5 of each other. Plus I would have continued to come there when the need arrises since they are closer to me than Shucks.
