I was rear-ended at the beginning of the month and my poor car was hit square in the middle of my bumper which hecked up the internal frame in my trunk. It was a long process but my baby is back and good as new! I’m so happy with the work they did and they kept in touch with me the entire time. Thank you for such professional and prompt work!

Collision works was amazing! Their professionalism, updates throughout the process, and ability to make my car look as though nothing had ever happened in a very reasonable amount of time was so appreciated. I would take my car there and use them again without question.

Have unfortunately had to call on these guys a few times in the past. Professional, personable, and meticulous. Always going above and beyond from showing up early to accommodate your schedule to making sure you get a rental car if one is needed. Will only be doing business here for body work.

My car was rear ended and their insurance gave me a list of preferred collision centers. I knew collision works, aka Kansas coach, had done a great job in the past on repairs for my family.From the start, I was impressed with their turn around time to get parts ordered during a time where everything is on back order. From their receptionist to their techs, everyone was stellar with communication. I can’t tell you how many times I received texts and calls to let me know where they stood in the process of repairing my car.Now, that might not seem important to many but in the world we live in today, communication is key and greatly helps customer satisfaction. Chris? (Bad w names) did a great job letting me know A) here is the problem and B) here is our solution.I can’t say enough good things about this repair center and would highly recommend to anyone needing work done on a vehicle!

Its the type of place you don’t want to go to, because it means you’re car was wrecked, but you know your vehicle is in great hands if you have too. Had to have my front and back bumpers painted and they are aweful. Not matching and people comment all of the time about the mismatch. Jason wicklund agreed it needs repainted due to the mismatch and ive tried multiple times to get my car is yet I always get a non response or runaround about a rental car. Promises have been broken and now its come to this review. Also a find it strange that a couple weeks after this the paint on the rear of my car above my bumper started to bubble up and shed off. Strange to never have any issues with paint until going here. Definitely not happy with them!

StateFarm said this was a Partner and we used them because of their location. Jason was my contact and he was a really easy guy to talk too and explain the process. They also use a text message system to keep you up to date of where the repairs are at. 100% if you have a crash use this place. Collision Works give Jason a raise he made my experience a pleasant one.

Thanks to Jason Frazier and Jonah V they got my AC working again so I’m not melting anymore like a popsicle left on the sidewalk in August.Highly recommend

Collision repair is a service that no one ever wants to engage, but Collision Works made it as painless as possible for me. They were very descriptive of what theyd be doing and were great in working with my insurance. My car looks great and it is a relief to have it back in great condition. I got updated just about everyday. Plus they threw in a complimentary detailing for my car!! Im definitely coming back here if I need any kind of body repairs in the future.

They did such a great job start to finish. Had my car done early, and it looked perfectly brand new after my deer accident. Stayed late to let me come get my car, taught me some stuff, and really kind people to work with. I would return to this place, and I am typically a hard person to win over when it comes to service. Their automated text system to give updates is really nice as well.

Had a screw in my tire, went into them and they “plugged” it. Told me I had lifetime warranty and to come back if I needed anything else. Long story short, they messed the plug up and I had a flat on the highway a week later. Called collision works and they told me there was nothing they were going to do for me, left me alone with a flat and had to buy a whole new tire. Firestone confirmed leak was from the messed up plug. So much for “lifetime warranty”. Terrible

Collision Works was recommended by my insurance provider and although it was about a 40 minute trip, it was well worth it. From the moment I arrived, they took care of me. They walked me through everything that was going to take place. The gentleman did the walk-through of the damage and repairs. I noticed right away the amount of experience they had as a business because they were able to talk about the previous owner of my vehicle and what they did to it just by examining the fender closely. They didnt talk down to me like some places do and answered all of my questions that I had. It was pretty straightforward.I loved how they texted you updates on your vehicle. That was so convenient! Great communication, great service all around. No one hopes to have to come back to get collision repairs, but if I ever need it, I will definitely use them again.

We took our car here to get fixed after hitting a patch of ice that took out our suspension and tire.These folks are great at communicating and keeping you posted on the status of your car and when to expect your vehicle back. It was a painless and seamless transaction! I highly recomment this place! Jason is who I spoke with direcly the entire time. Friendly and easy to work with.

Collision works of Olathe were great during the whole experience. Josh worked on my Jeep and he kept me posted throughout. Jesse at the front desk has always been pleasant to speak with. I was able to drop off my keys in the drop box and when my Jeep needed to be picked up they allowed me to set up and appt on Saturday morning to do so, which I greatly appreciated. I have had to call about a couple things since Ive gotten my Jeep back, and Ive been told to bring it back in so it can be checked out, which I intend to do. I appreciate them working so well with me and even my schedule.

Jeff and his team were absolutely wonderful. They worked with me and the insurance company to get my car fixed as soon possible. They went out of their way to deliver my car to me before 4pm so I wouldnt miss my kids appointment. Thank you all for your hard work and excellent customer service.

My 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee was involved in a driver side front accident. A friend of mine backed into it by mistake. His insurance took care of me, and set me up with Collison Works for an estimate. I figured I would get the estimate and take my Jeep else where since I had the choice to do so to have the repairs done. I did some research on Collison Works and found nothing but positive things that were said, so I decided to leave my Jeep with them. Jeff over there at Collison Works was very nice and professional, took my vehicle in and keep me updated along the way with texts messages of how the work was going on my Jeep. They advised me that it would be about a 2 week project. Three days earlier from the 2 week deadline I am told my Jeep is ready. They did a WONDERFUL job!!!! Doesnt even look like my vehicle was in a wreck. I also had LED fog light bulbs that I had been meaning to install that I had in the Jeep while it was in the shop. I called and asked if they would be willing to install them and they did. I really appreciate you guys over there at Collison Works. If anyone needs some type of vehicle repairs done, please dont hesitate to go to them!

My insurance rep suggested this place out of a few that they work with and even though my vehicle was a loss the staff were very nice when I was on site. They answered all of my questions and were very polite and understanding. I hope to not need their service in the future but if I do this is where I will be taking my next vehicle.

Absolutely the best body shop Ive had any vehicle repaired at! Hands down! I had my BMW X6 repaired there and when I say they strive on great customer service they go way beyond. I literally got text updates on over phase of my repair. They charged less than other body shops, and had my BMW looking brand new. Jeff is awesome. He will talk you through whats going to take place with your car, tell you what might need to be replaced or not (logos, trim, etc). If youre looking for a body shop that you dont have to worry about service, check them out! Also with Enterprise across the street you can have them meet you there and theyll walk back to their office after you sign rental agreement and off you go.Id rate Collision 6 stars if I could!

Very happy I decided to come here to get my car checked out! I walked in without an appointment and they were happily able to help immediately. They explained what was wrong and how they fixed. They fixed it in very reasonable time and a great price. They also took the time to detail my car after the fix. Overall very friendly and professional. Absolutely the best body shop we have used in Olathe. It sucks when you need a body shops services but these guys knocked it out of the park. Couldnt find anything wrong with my vehicle and Im a picky customer.

I hydroplanned into a sign on the highway. I have Geico as my insurance company and during the claim process I choose Collision Works because they were the best rated partner that was close to my location. After 10 days of waiting and believing my car was being fixed I was advised it is total loss. They have parts included in the quote that have no damage to them and excessive labor hours, so now my 2018 Honda Civic is totalled. I didnt know I was taking her to her own funeral or I would have went else where. Im sure they do great work but every car probably ends up total loss with their quotes...

Jason is very unprofessional! Rude, and lied to the employees/ customers. He chose his friend to work there who has no experience painting when someone who has experience and over experienced let go when he lied to them a bout having a job ended up bringing his friend on , then took money from the employees bonus pay . Then goes giving the run around ! Who does that? Why would any company want to keep that around and even let him take money from ppls hard earned money with their bonus pay! This is ridiculous! I’ll bring the media on this and once the police find out what he is doing illegally at work on work hours they will shut down that business! Then make an excuse to let ppl go but not tell them directly and make them wait , very unprofessional Jason ! I highly DO NOT recommend this place, if he’s there not to customers or ppl who are looking for work! If you want your money taken away from him and corporate not do anything about it. Don’t even try going. Don’t bring anything to this location. Another thing when one of the workers broke his foot he made him work the next day and didn’t care for the guy. When one guy almost had a heart attack he didn’t care he wanted him at work

Pros1. reasonable price - I had my car checked by four different bodyshops and they were the second cheapest.2. great quality - the result was nice and flawless3. friendly staff - The manager and service adviser acted swiftly and responsibly in dealing with my request.4. free soda - the store was clean and pleasant and they did offer free soda even when I went there just to get a quote.ConsThere was no DIET COKE. Too bad.

Horrible experience - I took my car to fix a very small scratches in the back of my car, and now my trunk isnt opening!!! I already took my car back and they refused to fix it. they were VERY not customer friendly and gave me a very bad attitude when I brought the car back - Do not choose collision Works in Olathe KS location as your body shop repair place. They provide the worse customer service, not reliable, liars, not trustworthy and very dishonest. I took my car to fix a problem and I left with another one.

I was really nervous taking my car there as I had never heard of Collision Works. I was so happy with everything from dropping off my car to seeing it and having them explain the details when I picked it up. They did a wonderful job and my car looks new again.

Had a small accident a couple weeks ago, insurance recommended them, dropped my car off mid Friday that would have been 04-17-2020, they finally started working on it Tuesday 04-21-2020. I go to pick it up today which is Wednesday, I take time off to go get it. Granite my car has a couple scratches on it and such.. my issue is and it has been address with them was that some bubbles appeared up front in the area they had worked. They said they repainted a portion of the front bumper but put a clear coat over the whole front bumper. I brought the bubbles up to them which the employee josh responded with “if you can leave your car here another day we will get that taken care of. Something must have not sealed right.” Not even 30 mins later I get a call from them stating that they aren’t touching it because of major bumper damage behind it prior. That’s the reason I brought it there in the First place, but that’s even worse service saying you are going to fix something then 30 mins later change your mind. I am taking it up with my insurance.. and it’s still sitting at the body shop..

Went to get quote. Person just seemed not on top of things and akward. Called back a week or so later and they had no quote and told me the person that was working on it went AWOL and it was never finished. The person I talked to suggested that they might be able to finish the quote based on their pictures, and suggested I could come back in... Overall unprofessional. Im taking my car elsewhere.

So I had recently gotten into a fender-bender, which actually caused a good amount of body damage on the front-passengers side of my Sonata, and it even cracked the radiator and bent my wheel. I had full insurance, thank the Lord, but I had to take my car into my Geicos recommended body shop. That happened to be CollisionWorks in Olathe, KS. I dropped my car off pretty easily, and they said that they would let me know about how long the repairs would take, so I left for home in a rental. I received a call the next day, and they told me it would take about two weeks. They did a good job communicating with me on the status of the job via text messaging. Well, when it came time for the car to be done, CollisionWorks ran into some challenges with ordered parts that hadnt arrived yet. So my rental was extended, and even though my insurance paid for it, CollisionWorks told me that they would foot the bill if they had to. Finally when the parts came in, they were able to finish my Sonata and gave me a call. I went in to nab my car, and the job they did was phenomenal! I looked absolutely gorgeous, almost as if they had replaced the whole front end and not just the bumper and fender. Jeff, the manager I was working with, explained the diagnostic process they ran on it to make sure that all of the electrical areas worked with the replacements, and it all scored great. I was very impressed with the job they did. Then, when I went in to pay my $500 deductible, Jeff knocked off $100 due to the delays, and I didnt even ask for it! I was so blessed! So I highly recommend these guys. I had a great experience, and I will be considering them in the future if I ever run into a time where I need body work done on my car again. Thanks a lot, yall!
