Oil Change. For once I felt I was NOT scammed on my oil change. They were fast, very competitive in price (I use pure synthetic on my Honda HRV), and a tire rotation was included. Dave helped me out, he was a very pleasant guy. This place is immaculately clean, and as a member...you’re treated like royalty with a great waiting area, free bottled water, coffee, etc. I will be a regular.

I tried to make an appointment to have my windshield replaced as I was referred to their facility by the AAA Members customer service agent at the website. In order to get my windshield repaired and the cost be covered by AAA. Their shop is listed as a full service auto repair facility on AAA’s website , as well. However, the shop called me to advise me that they didn’t perform services like that. This would have been completely understandable, if I hadn’t received my referral information to make the appt. from an agent on the AAA membership website. I receive multiple services through AAA. In order to get repairs done and request that AAA cover the cost of the repairs, the car must be taken to a AAA “approved” or “authorized” auto repair facility. This shop happens to be the facility that AAA “authorized” to complete the repairs to my car. Now, I am back at square one and I don’t enjoy the whole long drawn out process it ends up turning into in the first place. Now, I am at square two and not wanting to waste my time, again..... But who knows.... Maybe this time I will get the world’s most efficient customer service agent and I will miraculously get another appointment at a “real” AAA “approved” auto repair facility in my lifetime that actually DOES service vehicles! Yeah! Because I have that kind of luck! Hey, I can dream can’t I? 😉

I take my vehicles to AAA back home and today it was like they came with me to this facility.Im forgetting names but Jason, Kevin and everyone else at the facility are great. Although I do not like negativity, Im about to be just that. This place, which I truly thought would be better than any other, was not. I am a female, and was treated, not only like I knew nothing about the mechanics of a vehicle, but like I also knew nothing of my own vehicle! They did not do the job well, they kept my vehicle, in my opinion, longer than what the job shouldve taken. When I finally was able to pick my car up, things were not put back together correctly, and it was running worse than before. Really, thats an understatement. Things started falling apart, breaking, things that I had no problems with beforehand, no signs or symptoms that these things were failing. So due to new problems, I had to return to the facility 4 times!! One of which they kept my car for a week! A week to replace a plastic grommet on the gear shift cable!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! I really had thought they would be excellent but I was wrong and I was disappointed and bewildered at the snobbery of the employees as a whole, and the lack of care they have in their own work as mechanics, not mention the lack of care for the company they work for. I wouldnt want my name on a job done so poorly and incomplete as the one they did. Apparently AAA does not care. Greed has, yet again, claimed a company that once took pride in their work and what they stood for. Also, they are outrageously expensive! Please compare other places before deciding to take your vehicle or your money there, for any aspect of services they provide.

I received an email for being a triple A customer for a free oil change and tire rotation, this location was friendly and efficient and did everything just as promised from my coupon.

What a nitemare. Upon visiting Oklahoma I assumed sticking w AAA would provide me with reputable service. I should have known when my kid pointed out to the mechanic that it reeked of petrol and was not the brake line.but i trusted AAA. Saturday I was told Monday by fuel line would be replaced. Staying @ Holiday Inn and hoping to get home so I figured Tuesday would be a safe assumption. Boy was I wrong! The fuel line was fixed...but when I went to pick up the truck, the brakes went to the floor and brake fluid poured out from a specific spot, no where near the fuel line. Thank God I didnt plow over anybody and the truck now needs a brake line. 1300$ for a fuel line and Im still @ Holiday Inn. They ordered wrong size 2x for part but by Saturday I was able to drive the truck. I was facilitated w rides and appreciate the smiling while screwing me over...almost $600 for brake line ...

Took care of my immediate needs that I made the appointment for, the did a bumper to bumper inspection and let me know what will need taken care of in the near and far future. Then sent me on my way without pressure of my any other work.

I would like to recognize AAA and one of their amazing employees for going above and beyond to provide me with the best care I could’ve possibly received. Yesterday 10-26-20 I was working across the street from the AAA service and tire repair center when the weather started to get really bad. The roads were starting to ice over quickly and everyone was in a hurry to get home in time to avoid getting caught in the storm. I too was in hurry to load up and leave as quickly as possible. When I walked out to the parking lot I realized that my tire was completely deflated. In a panic I tried to quickly access my spare and get it changed out before conditions worsened. I struggled for 45 minutes in the freezing cold trying to release the spare from the undercarriage of my work van where it was kept. I eventually realized that this was to no avail because the cable mechanism was frozen and would not allow the cable to release the tire. In a last ditch effort to get help I called the AAA center across the street and talked to Kevin Lynch who informed me that the shop was closing in 15 minutes. I told Kevin of my situation and he immediately went into action trying to figure out how to resolve my problem.He asked me for my location and when I told him I was across the street he told me to just stay where I was and he would be right over to assist me. About two minutes later he showed up in his own personal vehicle, helped me remove my damage tire, and took it to make the repair. When he returned he went even further by helping me put the tire back onto the vehicle. When I tried to pay for the service he graciously declined and told me that I had already been through enough. I thanked him several times and told him people just didn’t do stuff like this for each other anymore. He looked at me and smiled and said “sure they do”. I would love for this amazing man and this amazing company to get the recognition they deserve!!!!! AAA has gained me as a customer for life and I will refer them refer to everyone I know moving forward. Thank you so much Kevin and AAA for serving our community faithfully and being a company we can depend on when it really counts!

Really impressed with this facility and it’s staff, very professional and courteous. I went in because of their offer for a free oil change for healthcare workers which was a huge blessing. They treated me (as a single woman) with respect and were honest about my car’s needs. I would go there again and would recommend them as well!

I have never been to this location but I was very impressed!! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I had my car serviced. They answered all my questions and were very courteous. The two times I’ve had to have my car towed, they always take about 2 hours to get to me even though I’m in the city. And one time I missed the call from the pickup person (phone did not ring for some reason) and they did not bother to leave a voicemail or try to call me again, or send me a text message. I had to call to schedule another tow and wait another 2 hours for a pickup. So frustrating! Highly irritated with their roadside service people.

Needed a new tire to replace a spare/flat tire. A kind employee named David found me and affordable tire service package and assisted me quickly and efficiently. Glad I found this location in such a pinch!

The repair shop is truly amazing! Ive taken both of my cars there and David Herren even remembered my name when I walked through the door for my second car. Great customer service and both of my cars were fixed before most places would have even started to troubleshoot the issues.I am telling all of my coworkers and friends to bring their vehicles to AAA.

Trip tech service is amazing, She help to create path and discussed needed stops plus help locate motels in path while considering travel time along with downtime for enjoying a location. Shawn Dorsey was suppose to do the research on our case and never contacted us back. I keep emailing him and he ignores the email. We switched from OK to FL through Marvin Soberanis before the date lapsed, he didnt take care of the situation. I spoke to Michelle Johnson, she was no help, nor was Jordan Seeborn, or Alisa Cartright. Why isnt anyone competent??This situation is still going on, they owe us a refund but they charged us a fee so we would owe them money!!!!Update:::AAA asked us to email them about what happened and they would follow up on the issue. It has been 3 weeks and NOTHING!

They dont have ins agents inside so if your wanting to talk to one, you will need to use their phone. Silly in my opinion

Vacation time, AAA makes vacation easy ,me an my family love AAA.

Pleasant if inattentive staff. Having recently had foot surgery I was displeased that I was expected to stand at a counter. The counter being all the way to the back of the location and my walk showed clearly the difficulty, I was surprised that no one offered a seat or otherwise accommodate me.I was also disappointed in the cost for maps, international drivers license related fees and the lack of help in trip planning as a member traveling internationally.
