For a world renowned full service auto franchise, my experience here allows me to let the public know that this is not someplace to go if you value excellent business ethics! Heads up if you catch a nail, they cannot remove it from your tire, I know sad right? And on top of that they wanted me to purchase a brand new set of tires for an estimated amount of $725. Really? Ride past this business! Go to Georges and pay a 8% fraction of the price.So what if you cannot watch TV while you wait. Honesty is still the best policy.

They overcharge you for the services, they would sell you cheap quality tires and pretend that it doesn’t have warranty, they mess up the car even more so you have to come back to them, and they like to play dumb. I don’t recommend this place at all. It’s not worth the time nor money.

Every time I call they keep you waiting more than 10 minutes. Also this is the second time I have a flat tire. They will tell you , bring the car in . It will be a couple of hours. Before they use to be more helpful, now they don’t care much.

Wow. After one hell of a day when my tire popped on the express lane I-95, i called this Firestone and The amazing Tony answered the phone. When we finally got there, he had done his research, found me the best deal, and had a two tires ready for me. Can’t recommend this Firestone enough. Tony, you the man. You guys are great!

Live in West Kendal and have used my local Firestone for over 20 years. My daughter recently started working in N Miami and her car broke down last Friday. We had it towed to this Firestone at 10.30am Friday Morning. Spoke to rep and he acknowledged receiving the keys and the car. No updates tile i called at 4pm to find out they cant find the part for the car. This continued for the weekend and on Monday. I found the part and delivered it to them on Tuesday. I spoke to the Assistant Manager, Marco on Tuesday and expressed my frustration. I then call on Wednesday at 5pm to find out that NO ONE has looked at the car and Marco says I can only call the 1-800 number. I ask for the 1-800 number and he gives me a 800-number for Credit Repair. This PLACE IS A JOKE!!! STAY AWAY!!!

On 6/01/2021 I came from 2 hours away to purchase a car which unfortunately needed a tire. Store# 4502 was God sent distances away from the seller’s home so I drove on over to purchase a tire. After swiping my card for the total amount of the tire & service, I was told to sign a paper which was in regards to the charging of the money on my card. After waiting for about 25/30 minutes the technician who helped me at the beginning told me that my car battery is dead and unfortunately they had no jumper cable or jump box to start the car. I inquired about purchasing a new battery but was also told being that the company was currently switching battery companies they no longer sold the battery recommended for me car. I was stuck! MAJOR INCONVENIENCE! My card was already charged for the tire & I was told that only the store manager can do refunds who wasn’t even in at the time. I had to pay $500 to tow my car home. The following day, I reached out to the store’s manager who was very polite & understanding. He informed me that the store do in fact have a jump box & also stated that I should come into the store to make a report after processing my refund. It’s been 6 days after this very big inconvenience with the refund still not yet received. The technicians treated me so unfairly and also showed no interest in assisting a customer who payed for service.

Waste of timeGot the lifetime alignment plan and on the first alignment it seemed that the mechanic/tech just wanted to drive my car he floored it around the block twice and said my car was aligned and I ended up leaving with my car worse than how I brought it in. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just thought my suspension was bad. When I went back again to get my free alignment and tire balance they tell me they’re not gonna touch my car because it’s lowered. I then tell them so how come u let me sign up for lifetime alignment and aligned my car??. They just told me “we don’t know what the mechanic did but you can’t get an alignment on this car” They gave me a refund but I can’t get the time I wasted back. I ended up going to a real alignment shop and they diagnosed and solved my problem within an hour and a half.

Good place for auto care but I feel now charges are very high after pandemic.

Yesterday was not my day. I had gotten out of my work early and super excited as I needed to get home to study for my huge exam. The car behind me signaled that my tire was low. I of course, never carry cash and had used up all my coins recently and visited maybe 4-5 gas station to try to put air all of which only took quarters and didnt offer cash back. I finally just went into Firestone and Angel was seriously my hero. He explained he could put air in no problem but that hed be worried that it may pop on me in the road- most likely there was a nail in there. He place the spare on for me quickly and got my safety home. Thanks a million Angel! Im glad you were there yesterday and saved my day

Terrible, would not recommend. They could not preform a simple oil change and did a half a** job on the alignment. ALSO they damaged something in my hood because after attempting to take it somewhere else to resolve the oil change my hood would not open. Luckily this was an easy fix for the guys over at Brake Kingdom in Hallandale....go there

Absolutely horrible customer service . I have appointment today at 3PM to change all 4 tires on my truck .I was told by service adviser Marco it will take max 2HRS . 1.25HRs later nothing was done . I spend about 3HRs of my Family Weekend time for simply not getting any service .

I came in on the 8th and ordered 4 new tires and made an appointment for 9AM on the next day, got here at 9:15 and the tires didnt arrive til 11AM. Im on a tight work schedule and that was unacceptable to me. Tried to be nice about it and at 10:50 tried to ask where the heck are my tires and Tony was very rude to me. He told me to show him respect and that I was talking nonsense. Never met such a rude employee at a Firestone location. The guys I dealt with before were very nice. Will never come to this location again... After paying over $1K for tires I wanted at least a decent treatment... very disappointed... Clausel on the other hand was very nice, understanding and professional!

To go into detail would give me a brain aneurysm. Purchasing tires shouldn’t be so complex...and knowledgeable employees of said tires would’ve been awesome 😒. Wasted a whole day off work, left my car there to not get the work done because “ooops, 4 hours later we realize we input wrong tire size and we don’t have in stock....” and if I didn’t call I would’ve still been waiting...bruh.

After their quote, I called some other car shops and got a few hundred dollars lower labor cost for what I need so I ended up not doing it here. The employees here are super nice and helpful though. The customer service is on point. Especially...... his determine nation to find and stall a particular part by a certain time quickly became solved. He made so many calls to ensure both the quote and parts were acceptable. Unfortunately, time didnt allow the work to be completed the same (customer request) he recommended an early appointment the nextThe next day parts and payment were satisfactory and total time to complete the mechanical issue took about 3 hours. Thanks to the chief mechanic and his team. Firestone in my case was beyond five stars...try for yourself.

I purchased an old 2005 truck for my business and lately have had to have it towed twice to Firestone. Each time the store manager Clausel goes above and beyond to communicate what the diagnosis is and to get it fixed. He appears to work open to close. That shows real dedication. I took my Mercedes E430 to get an alignment, Great all good then I took my E320 wagon needed a scann to get Deep codes in Esp control unit, I was told to take it to Mercedes because they couldnt do nothing after that,meaning after the scan,so Do the Damm Scan tell me the codes charge me for the service and take care, how can you tell me that,I hate that incompetence!

Today I encounter an service advisor named Yashika. Her professionalism and friendliness was outstanding. She provided not only care to me but gave reassurance that every need was taking care of today. I will be coming back again.

The customer service representative Yasheika was very kind she was very informative and it was a pleasure being in the lobby with her she made everyone feel very comfortable.

They didn’t do a tire rotation because they wanted to leave. Got there at 6:15. Waited to get attended and then they started to give me excuses. The young man calls the manager and then started to speak about they’re day and that just one customer is was there. They started closing the doors. The mechanic came outside started giving me excuses as well. So much for buying tires from them getting promised w rotation and thru deny to give me the services after promised when I bought my tires. I will bad talk this for a while. I’m very very very upset. Will be buying my tires somewhere else.

A great place to get your car serviced I been coming here For years getting my oil changed

Went in for what was a simple bulb replacement (I thought), turned out the bulb fused into the socket. Instead of simply sending me off to the dealer, the technician continued to work at it and was able to resolve the problem. Im sure he saved me money from having to take the vehicle to the dealer for a bulb replacement. Very happy with this visit!

Its a hit and miss when it comes to good customer service and getting back your car in a timely manner. If you drop your car off dont expect it back until the end of the day or the following day. Some of the managers have customer favorites and prioritize those vehicles so they can get their personal tips in. If you call the store expect a 10-15 min hold prior to speaking to anyone. If they tell you 10 more minutes they really mean three more hours. Quality work is done to the vehicles but theyre horrible when it comes to repair times.

I Was told by a customer service rep I could not not request a specific technician until i came in. Ive been coming here for ten years and never heard of this. Ive always requested the same technician over the phone and was always granted my request without incident. This new service rep doesnt know whats shes doing. I Will speak with the manager who knows me well you can be rest assured. If this is what I have to deal with now I will close my account and speak to Firestones corporate office and look for a new place who will be glad to have me request the same technician its just good customer service which she doesnt have.shes by no means an asset but more of a deterrent to this sound firestone store.

The staff here are exceptional. They were very informative and the work done was top quality and done in a timely manner. I was getting 4 new tires put installed along with an alignment (as is standard and recommended when getting new tires). Will be taking my car here from now on.

I had an appointment at 10:00 am for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 9:40am. I took a walk, came back 1+30 minutes later and they had not even started. Having an appointment clearly means nothing at this location.

Bad care, I just needed a patch for a hole in my tire and they told me that it could not be done, that due to company policies I had to buy new tires. It is not good to deceive people

Ive been going to this specific Firestone for a couple of years now. I usually only get an oil change and an alignment, and have had no problems only doing that. On my last alignment and oil change, they told me that my front calipers are stuck/brake hose. This was on June 4th, 2020. A week later (today, June 11, 2020), I attempt to make an appointment for the calipers. I was put on hold for approximately 7-10 minutes because there were a few customers ahead of me. I understood that, he stated there were at least 5 customers. After the wait, I explained to him my situation. He kept stating that he was not seeing it under my name. He told me I had to make an appointment for another check, which was approximately 16 dollars. I had to get the paperwork to thoroughly explain that it was part of the car care package, and that it was the front calipers stuck/brake hose. He kept stating that they wont be able to know what the issue is unless they do another check. He finally said that he sees where it says Car Care Package-Front Calipers Stuck/Brake Hose (even though earlier he said he doesnt see it on my record) but the pricing was unavailable so Ill have to do it again. He then said that he doesnt have time for me because he has other customers waiting, even though the conversation was less that 2 minutes. He said just come to your appointment on Saturday morning, even though we didnt establish a time to come in because he was too busy. Even though I waited around 10 minutes, he couldnt attend to me in less than 3 minutes, but thats okay because I made an appointment with Goodyear instead because they offer free brake checks. Goodyear was very hospitable while the guy on Firestone was rude more than half the time and was attempting to charge me for a check that already happened. I give this Firestone 2 stars since theyve helped me with the oil change and alignment, but the one time I needed anything else, it seems that it was too hard to understand. Next time, Ill just call Goodyear for all other needs.

Stay away! Overpriced and was told my tires were rotated when they were not. Front desk staff is polite but does not make up for the bad information and inflated prices. Quoted $1,200 for work I’m getting done for $300 next door.

Honestly service in the front is ok but they are under staff.I dropped off my car this morning at 8:30am and its 2pm and my still hasnt been up on the lift.Could it be because I bought the lifetime maintenance and Im not a paying customer.?

From the moment I walked into the store there was only only one person to assist us. Then about 30 minutes later I was addressed and not welcomed into the store. He seemed like he understood the situation I was in because I had just bought my car from an individual seller but it had a few things to be fixed. He said that I should start with a Complete Vehicle Inspection for $23.53. He said it would take a while so I went across the street to check out local stores. He called me when he had finished the Inspection and said that I had not a few issues but a lot of issues. I understand that this can happen but I did not appreciate the way I was informed. I honestly feel that since I was a woman that my prices were higher for no reason. After expressing my issue with him he lowered the $560 projected costs to $501 for all the things I need to get done with my vehicle. He told me that I could not find these great prices anywhere else but there are stores down every block that offer the services I need at a lower price and still receive a great number of satisfaction. I would not recommend for my friends or family to go here because I felt he was untrustworthy. I dont understand how he can cut charges from the projected costs just because I told him that this was not the best price. He was basically adding discounts from that point on to please me with the price but I feel that he should have done that from the beginning. Then as I thanked him for at least letting me know what is wrong with my vehicle and was ready to go he tried to tell me that there was financing options. I was furious at this point and did not want to be apart of whatever game he was apart of.

I discovered a nail in the front right tire of my S550 Mercedes, which gave me a slow leak. Went to Tire Kingdom 2 blocks away, There was a long line of customers there with no apparent manager or anyone that even cared. I left and drove to Firestone. Albert , Immediately took care of me and got me set up with a wonderful Cuban Mechanic. They patched up the tire from the inside, rebalanced, and $45 later, I drove home. What a wonderful experience to find a professional manager and get it done right the first time.

This is by far the best location of Firestone I have ever been in and Im not saying this just to save this Im saying this because the people in this location really takes time to really help others. Lets start with Clasul who helped me tremendously he gave me a very good rate for my vehicle all my parts are lifetime warranty this guy truly cares for his customers. The people in the staff here they are really kind they very respectful and they do their very best nature on their customers are truly satisfied with work and above all with their service. The mechanics are very patient and they took their time to make sure all the vehicles are properly driven away from the location. Yashika and Clasul are hands-down probably the best employees that I have ever met and all the Firestone locatins that Ive been in there some good ones but this is downright the best do yourself a favor if you want to go to a location to make sure your car is probably taken care of, great customer service, great rates, mechanics that will take your time to fix your car, and leave with respect look no further chooses Firestone location you wont regret it

Changing 4 tires should not take so long. It would not if the person doing it was not stopping every 5 minutes to tell jokes and talk about his private life.If we all did our jobs like these mechanics, planes would be falling out of the sky and not one package would ever be delivered on time EVER! These people aught to be paid based on performance, and judging by what I have witnessed they would owe the place where they work money at the end of the month. I wish I could rate the customer service at the welcome desk separately because those guys deserve 4 stars.

2 Times I had major issues with Firestone,1 I called up to change my flat tire, and asked if he had the same one in stock. Tony said he did not but said he has a comparable tire. I said is that typical not to get the same exact tire. He said yes giving me a whole story about if i was in the middle of nowhere and needed a new tire would I get a different one that was comparable. I am not in middle of nowhere, I am in Miami! After doing some research, I found out that you only want to do that as a last resort when you can not find the same exact tire. Not when you are only changing one tire and the other three are brand knew. Different tread equals less traction and control. Tony mislead me to try to get my business. Thank God I double checked and got the same exact tire somewhere else much cheaper.2 After the first incident I should have known, but I figured how can they mess me over on a oil change? First thing the representative said to my wife, after she was waiting twenty minutes to speak to somebody, was I do not have any time for you today. After she explained that we had an appointment he was semi willing to help, but with an attitude which he only toned down slightly when he saw that I was with her. We had a coupon for an oil change with free wiper blades. He would not honor the coupon and lied to our face about what it said. First he tried talking us out of getting wiper blades that we did not need it. Next he said the coupon was, buy one get one 50% off when it clearly said pair of free wiper blades. Very big difference! After that, he tried convincing us to get a synthetic oil change, when my manual says conventional oil and does not require synthetic oil. The guy kept lying to us. It is funny because the store has all these certificates and trophys of excellence, yet they are all meaningless. When I saw the so-so reviews on here, I was on the fence about going, I should have listened! I would have saved myself time and not have to dealt with sleazy people. I will never be contacting or going to a Firestone complete auto care store again!

Their website gives you the option to book an appointment at 6pm. Then I get there and told their last appt is at 5. I left work an hour early only to be turned away. So ridiculous.
