Fair and Capable , what more can you ask for in a Mechanic.

This is a really good mechanic.There are many auto mechanics in Miami, but few that are honest and fair. Been coming here for year. I look up the prices of the work done by these guys online and the prices are almost always on the lower end. They will tell you whats wrong with your car, but dont push the upsell and, so far, theyve always been candid about the priority of what is in really bad shape and what they suggest you fix soon. The owner seems to really care about doing business right, and hes usually there at the shop.

Marc from J&M is an excellent diagnostician. I tasked him with maintaining my Montero Sport until it hits 300,000 miles and he was up for the job! Dr Marc Cohen, a great auto surgeon. Wish I had the cofidence in a Dr for me as I have in Marc with my car. Hes been the Dr for 7 grateful years. I have a 1998 Z3. In 21 yrs , there have only been two shops to ever work on my car, In NYC a dealer Rallye BMW & here J&M, Dr Marc. Hes better. Great concierge service at dropping car off and pickup upon completion Marc delivered my car to my home. A lot of work was done and ALL completed first class excellent. Mark Cohen is the owner and I will tell you he is super honest and goes out of his way to get your parts or even if you want a quick oil change or even just stop in for your fluids to be checked and your tire pressure he does all of this plus fixes your car so you are left with absolutely no worries driving when you leave or come back to pick it up because he will go out of his way and every single possible over the edge way to get everything done absolutely meticulously and perfect...! You must go there and find this great honest place to get your car fixed because this is a problem with many people trying to find honest people to fix their cars that dont cheat them and you will never find this there and youre always greeted with a big smile and true sincerity from their hearts...! I have been taking my cars to Mark for over 10 years can not believe time has flown by, and he always has been honest and fair.On one occasion my battery died on the road and, he sent a repairman to switch out the battery for me as I was in a hurry to go Orlando, I was on the road in 25 minutes!I could go on with other services he has provided during the years...If there is a six star award J&M Auto deserves it!Highly recommend them!

Been going to J%M since 2009.My daughter told me about them. I would compare their prices to other places like Goodyear,Firestone,Pep Boys,etc.,when I would need some repair work done or just maintenance work. About 2 weeks ago I had some problems with the car. Mark kept working on it until he found the problem. It took a while but he never gave up. Now its running fine for a2004 chevy. I have to admit I missed the old place. Need to be AAA certified. Keep up the good work.

I live in Houston and we had a situation where my childs car broke down while on spring break. Was referred to J&M where the car was taken. Trying to deal with a major repair remotely is not easy but Mark and staff were extremely courteous and patient with us and provided highly professional service.

I have taken my cars to Marc and Jude at J&M for the past 13 years! As super mechanics they have helped me keep my vehicles running all this time. My 1988 Landcruiser had 40k miles when I purchased it, and, now has 296K miles. They have helped me maintain that truck all these years, replacing many parts as they worn out, and, at reasonablke prices and excellent turn-around times on the repair. I highly recommend the Auto Doctors to anyone looking to keep their cars in excellent condition at a reasonable cost.
