Professional service. They were very honest and affordable. I went there for the first time for an air conditioner fix. The owner checked my oil and brakes while I waited for Cody. I waited there until evening until Cody arrived. (This was my choice because I lived pretty far from location). Their waiting area was very clean. When Cody arrived at the shop, he immediately started to work on my vehicle. According to Cody, the dashboard needed to be stripped and a switch needed to be replaced. Being that this was an expensive job for an old vehicle and I NEEDED AC, he was able to find a cheaper alternative. I had no problems since then (2 months). I will definitely be going back there. Thanks guys.

Do not, REPEAT, DO NOT Go here! A man named Cody who works here fixed my car and I thought he was a nice honest Mechanic… This was until I realized that they never write anything down at this place! They just take your key and tell you to come back later. I was quoted a price of $280 “out the door” For a repair to my car and I agreed to this price. Later though when I return they said a second repair needed to be done and now the price went from $280 to all of a sudden $960! I told them OK forget the second repair I just want to pay for the first repair. I had an inkling that they were now going to try to up the price of the first repair to compensate for me not agreeing to do the second pair and Shernoff now the price of the first repair jumped from $280-$360! When I asked Cody why the repairs all of a sudden more when he told me it would be $280 out the door he claimed now that the extra money was for labor and that the 280 was just for the part! I’m sure this is part of his scam as to why they never write anything down so they can just change prices on you! Then I asked him how much for the second repair is for labor and how much for the part and he told me $100 for labor and $400 for the part. Wait a minute though this doesn’t add up to the $960 though when you add up the total cost for both repairs!? Which leads me to the obvious conclusion that this guy is literally just making up prices in his head as he goes along! Anyhow I paid him and left and when I went to get my car I see that somebody with muddy feet put them all over the floor mat in my car and did not put it on a piece of paper to protect it!The mat was literally covered in mud! My wife and I did our best to clean it but as you can see from the pictures they ruined it and this is a $75 mat it was in perfect condition before I took it to this place! And as one final measure I asked him what the first repair was exactly and then I called up several other repair shops in the area and I originally thought this place was reasonably price but then found out it was literally the most expensive place in the area for that repair as every other place quoted me a lower price! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place at all cost!

This places is great with fair prices and quick service!!! The owners son is so kind. They stayed open a little extra on a Saturday to make sure my car was running. They only charged me for the service I needed and there was no up sell. I am a new car owner and have never had to take care of maitnence before. It is nice to known that I am not getting ripped off. I even did price checks and they were less expensive. AAA told me I needed a new battery and they told me mine was just fine so I saves several hundred dollars. I will be using these guys again!

You know how people hate to go to the dentist... well, mechanic shops are not too much loved either.But this place is so welcoming and warm that you just want your car to act up just so you can go there :)Always great attitude, workers are full of jokes and very pleasant.Keep up the good work guys.

I went to another mechanic that wanted to charge me $3000 for a faulty turbo. I called Sky Lake and over the phone they gave me a quote for half price. After inspecting the car, they saw that my turbo was fine, and that they only needed to reconnect one cable. They did it on the spot, and I was on my way. There are so many bad and dishonest mechanics in Miami, and these people are honest, nice and fair priced. Thank you!

If youre reading reviews to see whether you should bring your car there....Dont. The treatment I received was absolutely disgusting and no short of ridiculous. This place REEKS of unprofessionalism and is a JOKE. If you can, find another establishment that doesnt function like a zoo. Where the workers arent rude and knows that proper customer service is vital to a successful business.

I brought in my diesel bucket truck because it kept stalling. I got the truck back in a reasonable time. Havent had the problem since. They also fixed a few other minor things that I didnt expect but needed attention. Great job guys. Keep up the good work. I will always bring all of my diesel trucks here.

Dirty snakes in the grass...they tried to hustle me, I got a $40 oil change and they attempted to charge me for 3 separate transactions at 3 different prices. Be sure to check your bank statements if you pay with a credit card. I will let everyone around me know to stay away from this place.

Great service very fair prices

The place used to be good, until all these rice-a-roni racer kids took over. I got there with my car that needed a plug for the nail in the tire and the guy there about my age said he wouldnt do it cause they closed 5 minutes ago. 2:00PM - on a Saturday. Even offered him extra, and he said no and he went back to tinkering with a Jeep with his buddies.I remember when a family member of mine got a flat, and it was changed out by the manager 5 years ago, no charge and it was done in 5 minutes. Times have changed and its sad this place has turned into a playground. Go somewhere professional, this isnt it.

They are very nice guy but the price they charge are out of the market.$ 600,00 to change a water pump that cost $150,00$ 650,00 to install a lift kit that cost $100,00I checked prices at other places and are half of those applied by skylake.I have to change place.
