My first and last time coming here! I was there for about 15 minutes, walking around and stopped and sat in front of the jewelry I was trying to ask about. The 2 Caucasian women that were working there BOTH looked at me yet didn’t ask me did I need any help or anything. They were dealing with a customer apiece but still, you can at least tell me to wait a few moments. One of them finished with their customer and went right back in the back and sat down! Must not had been good enough for their service

John is the best person they have to represent the company, and the only one who cares about the customers. Corporate can care less about you as long as you pay your bill. I put my watch in for repairs and heard nothing from them until went and checked on it 3months later. And still no watch and no information about it until John showed up and took the time to handle the situation and get answers. And got back to me about what was going on. So once again John is the man, but the company gets no good reviews from me.

Chireese showed excellent customer service and made very satisfied with the service. I told her that I was in the process of buying a home but after closing on my house I will definitely be back to sign up for Kay jeweler credit card. I was just so amazed with her service, I thought she was the manager of the store. Chireese is a great candidate on y’all team and would make a great supervisor with the company

I brought in 3 watches to get batteries put in them. Of the 3 that I brought in, 2 of them were returned to me with scratches on the battery plate. Its very disappointing because if you are unable to remove a watch battery without scratching the back of it, then you should not even attempt to do it. After scratching the back of my watch, they referred me to a kiosk in this same mall that does watch repairs, and this lady at this kiosk replaced the battery in literally 3 minutes without scratching it further. Even after scratching 2 of my watches they still charged me full price for the service. I am beyond disappointed with my experience.

10:30 am on a monday, 2 women were working with no customers in the shop. my wife and i went in to get our rings cleaned because of the warranties require it. neither lady acknowledged my wife or i for a second. they just kept typing on a computer and the other lady was cleaning jewelry. we walked around the whole store and not one word was said to us. we left and they didn’t even look up. they just lost a 10 year customer. customer service has gone down over the years

Most definitely the worst Kay’s location I’ve ever encountered. On three separate occasions where I’ve needed jewelry repaired/resized/altered, they have never come back correct. Not to mention their less than satisfactory customer service.

The worst customer service ever! My girlfriend & I stood in the showroom for about 10 minutes waiting to be helped. After the employee finished with the customer in front of us, she walked over to a customer that came in after us & said to us they were here earlier & left, so Ill be with you after I help them. Huh?!! Since when does a customer who left to shop elsewhere, get served before a customer that was there before they came back? The rudest employee Ive encountered to date.
