UpdatedMy husband, myself and our two kids originally went in on 8/26 around 4pm. Upon arrival we weren’t greeted or anything which shocked me. I then figured that the two ladies who were there were both possibly working together to help the one customer in the store. We decided we’d start browsing, my husband instantly seen one and we both fell in love. We waited, the other customer left and another walked in… the ladies greeted and began helping him but still we had 0 help.I wanted to go somewhere else but couldn’t get that ring my husband picked out off my mind. I told my husband we could go back earlier in the day and see if someone else was there. And if not just walk away and drive elsewhere to another outlet. Dean greeted us and the two ladies that were there with him with pleasant smiles and was so willing to help, not to mention others were in the store but they all gave focus to everyone. It was great and best part I’m getting the set I wanted.Thank you Dean for helping turn our experience around. The bridal set is gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier.

Walk into this location no one spoke and as me did I need any help. Felt like I wasn’t welcome. As I walk around a little looking at the jewelry a couple walk in and then they spoke to them. I really felt some type of way because no one spoke when I walk in or as me did I need help. As I continue to walk around the store the lady finally as me did I need help. I did not buy anything because I felt I wasn’t welcome. I will not shop at this location again.

Its sad when you walk in and get a hello and the white couple behind you walks in gets a hello can I help you. Now I wait and keep getting I will be with you in a few. The other female is helping a couple and says I will get to you soon. Ok no problem. 25 min later of still waiting patiently and listening to the conversation of exchanging stories instead of sales I decide to just leave. Never will I go to the outlet store again. Spend your money somewhere else.

The Store Manager Dean Duva was awesome! Excellent Customer Service. The first employee that helped me the day before that just disappointed me. I was trying to trade in my old ring to a new one and she gave me less value for what I paid for. And couldn’t give the discount I was asking for because I wasn’t using their credit card. Since I was paying in full, I was expecting a good discount of course. Plus she couldn’t do the math/calculation.😔But then when I came back the next day and spoke with the Store Manager Dean Duva, he just knows exactly what to do. Exceeded my expectations and so much more. Gave me the value for my old ring and gave me the discount I deserve. A very nice guy! Very helpful/accommodating. My go to guy at zales from now on.

I purchased a ring for my girlfriend for Christmas. I told the lady I didn’t know the exact size but I knew it was close. She told me it wasn’t an issue and that if I purchased it, I would have 30 days to come in and exchange it for the right size. When I called in to see if I needed to schedule a day to do that, they told me they would never tell a customer that.

Zales associate Ryan went beyond expectations with customer service. Highly recommend. Will be returning for future purchases.
